The location is not very central, slightly northerly, going to the inner city for one or two kilometers, there are too few people nearby, and the street is empty.

I don't know of any other hotel that is as wonderful and perfect as this. We stayed here on our honeymoon. They prepared a surprise for us, and we never had to wait in line for the cafe. The room had high ceilings, was kept clean, and we could see the Opera House from the window. Everything was perfect. There was always a doorman on hand, so we were able to start and end our day beautifully. It's located in the city center, so sightseeing is easy to do. The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. It was just that their front desk had zero tolerance for excessive things and took the initiative to stop practical actions to solve the problem.

Absolutely surpassing the five-star luxury hotel, the price is excellent. The check-in experience was very good, sitting and handling, with a glass of sparkling wine. All staff are very warm and professional, the concierge service is practical, and the city and surrounding areas are detailed. It is impressive to have modern elevators and the old elevators that have been retained to date. The rooms are decorated in a modern luxury, the lighting control system is practical, and the toilet has a very dark switch for night use. There is a flat panel at the bedside to control lights, air conditioning, TV, order meals or request any supplies. The bed and pillows (with a long pillow menu) were the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in, none of them. Room cleaning and turndown service was meticulous. The bathroom water pressure was very comfortable. A la carte breakfast was reasonably priced and the menu was rich and delicious. I also encountered problems such as Wi-Fi not being able to log in, door locks not being locked, so I can't say that there is no flaw. But the speed of solving the problem still makes me willing to believe that this is a rare phenomenon of bad luck. In addition, the biggest problem is the layout of the room, especially the bathroom area is too small, resulting in the floor mat to be laid, the door cannot be opened and closed, because the door gap will be stuck in the floor mat, which is too stupid for this grade of hotel. Because I booked the best room in a non-suite, it is possible that the bathroom with a suite will be larger to avoid this problem. Overall, if you like the decoration style here, I would still like to think that this is the first choice for Vienna accommodation.

The service is very good, but the facilities are very impersonal. The air conditioner and curtains are difficult to use, and the door handle cannot be opened if it is not in the right direction. The drinks in the minibar require a bottle opener, but no bottle opener is provided.

Super good, although the price is expensive, but it is worth the experience. The small suite I booked, the front desk said that you should wait a while, and there will be a suite with a balcony (although I later found that this balcony is nothing special). My husband waited until 5 o'clock to check in. Halfway in the lounge, he ordered a beer, and later said it was free. Asked my husband if he wanted other wine or snacks, all free, saying that we made you wait. It was said that an extra bed would cost about 1,000 yuan, but the hotel did not charge extra. In the end, they gave my child a lion in the hotel, which made me feel very happy. Because I was the last one to stay, I rushed back and kept thinking that I must give a good review, but I kept forgetting it and dragged it for more than a month.

I had a phenomenal experience for such an affordable price! It truly rivals the Sofitel Haikou – I was absolutely blown away! The panoramic city views of Vienna were breathtaking, and the pure white rooms were thoughtfully designed, giving off a distinct Santorini, Greece vibe!

The hotel is in a great location accessible by tram. As a Gold Elite member, I also received a complimentary upgrade from the base room to a junior suite as well as other welcome gifts. Breakfast was served à la carte, and the amenities were great. One small critique is that reception and guest services were often too busy to answer calls, requiring us to go down to the lobby for assistance. But overall, we had a very delightful and comfortable stay.

This is the most comfortable room in Europe, the best service attitude, the friendliest hotel! Good location, super delicious breakfast, unlimited coffee tea in the room to room service.
