This is a romantic hotel. Thanks to every staff member for their service and help. The welcome gift for the first stay, the warm service introduced every restaurant, every room detail, and thanks to the chef of the Italian restaurant for the candlelight dinner. You made me have an unforgettable trip to Bali. Recommend everyone to book a candlelight dinner and a beach dinner Recommend everyone to book a big bed boat to chase the sunrise 🌅 snorkeling, feeding fish Amman, the first choice in the future

The service was great. Every service staff member remembered my room number and name. There were two staff members even when they sent us to the airport. I also had a massage and was really happy. It was a pity that I left in a hurry and didn't experience other services. I will stay here again next time. ^_^

Bvlgari, a must-stay hotel when visiting Bali! I received a greeting email from Bvlgari even before check-in and requested late check-out and hotel activities. The welcome drink at the hotel was delicious. Our butler, Erik, was fantastic! When we arrived, our two-bedroom villa wasn't ready yet, so he arranged a very interesting painting activity at the hotel. The hotel's scenery is absolutely stunning, perched on a cliff – small, yet exquisite. The architecture of the SPA building is particularly intriguing. Our butler gave us a tour of the hotel. The villa was superb, already prepared with welcome fruits and cake. The complimentary laundry service was a huge plus! You absolutely must try the hotel's purification ritual, it's very local. Another great activity was the guided tour of the nearby town. The in-villa breakfast in the morning offered many choices, and you could even arrange for in-villa yoga before breakfast 🧘‍♀️. Dinner at the restaurant was a bit pricey but offered great views. There was also a fun cake-making activity. The pool in front of the restaurant and the 'Sky Mirror' were both perfect for photos. The turndown service included warm tea and a luggage tag perfume, very thoughtful. The service was impeccable. I will definitely choose Bvlgari again on my next trip to Bali.

The experience at the Bvlgari Resort Bali has been largely pleasant and enjoyable (which is why we booked a second night before leaving Bali). If you are looking for a place that is serene and zen away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the place to be at. There is a deep sense of tranquility in their sprawling grounds facing the sea. For once in many months, I managed to fall into deep sleep which is quite a feat for me in recent years. While the villas might feel a bit dated, they feel grounded and perfect for a short getaway. There is a lot of attention to detail that you might expect for the Bvlgari brand - from the locally made utensils, the furnishing to the service standards. There is also plenty to do in and around the resort should you wish to wander out.

Buahan truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier luxury retreat. From the stunning scenery to the exceptional facilities and impeccable service, everything was beyond expectations. What impressed me the most were the thoughtful little surprises throughout our stay, making the experience even more special. Every detail is carefully curated, ensuring an unforgettable getaway. If you’re looking for a luxury escape in Bali, this is the place to be!
- shadder98k
Interesting concept. Amazing views. Lovely friendly staff and team. Let down by Banyan Tree style of overcharging for everything from add-on food and the excursions/activities. Not much to do unless you pay more, and nightly price is already expensive for Bali. For a new resort also feels like maintenance has been put to one side, maybe during covid. Feels much older than it is.

Best hotel I've ever stayed. All the staffs are extremely friendly and the butler service is very responsive and helpful. The details in the room and garden are perfect. Waking up to a blue ocean view with private pool. Birds and butterflies in the garden makes it even better. Strongly recommended.

The service is very good. If there are any problems, they will be responded to quickly. There is a gentle Chinese lady. The barbecue in the restaurant by the sea is great. There are many mosquitoes, so be prepared.

Facilities: This luxury jungle retreat in Ubud truly feels like a secluded paradise. It's exceptionally clean and comfortable, while beautifully preserving the unique charm of the local tropical rainforest. Cleanliness: Spotless and impeccable, significantly cleaner than other hotels we've experienced. Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to detail. We had a very late arrival due to delays that day, and they generously offered complimentary Mie Goreng and grilled prawns. They also proactively arranged a late check-out for us without us even asking. Ambiance: Nestled in a rice paddy valley along the Ayung River, it's quintessentially Ubud. The interior decor also tastefully incorporates local religious motifs.

I highly recommend staying in the villa rooms. The living room and pool are both stunning, with beautiful wooden Balinese-style furniture. You'll receive a greeting email before check-in, and there are plenty of activities available. The rice terrace views are absolutely amazing. Make sure to visit the Japanese restaurant and the sunset restaurant for a fantastic sunset experience. We ordered the set menu at the French restaurant, which offered a truly immersive dining experience. The morning yoga and gym are excellent, and the breakfast is abundant. All the staff are very enthusiastic.

Hotel Description
Belalu Bali - a unique holistic retreat experience for Eco-conscious people without compromising luxury and comfort. Belalu Bali Boutique & SPA experience - new-generation resort built in harmony with their ambient environment. Belalu Bali - the Fairy tale for the natural beauty of the fast-growing Belalu trees, combined with the villa’s bamboo, natural wood and natural stones (our three main chakra channels) to represent top-tier luxury and cutting-edge technology. Built in harmony with its surrounding, Belalu Bali offers exquisite villas of new generation. The villas were designed by the famous architect Pablo Luna, designer of innovative structural concepts from bamboo in Bali, in collaboration with the interior designers – Putri Wihoho. Each villa is with a wow factor, located on the edge of a stiff cliff, with a view to the gorge of the Oos River in the heart of the cultural capital of Bali – UBUD. It has an independent infinity swimming-pool, jacuzzi and terrace-shape garden, a separate entrance, bedroom, semi-open bathroom, decking, balcony and a lounge area from which you will enjoy a breath-taking view towards the jungle. Villa Cobra Inspired by the movements and shape of the cobra – Villa Cobra is located on the edge of a hill with a breath-taking view towards the jungle and the Oos river valley. In the villa there is a bedroom showcasing indigenous craftsmanship of natural bamboo materials in combination with flooring of natural wood and bamboo. All of that in combination with the customised bamboo furniture (some of the pieces of furniture are with the shape of a cobra) make Villa Cobra a work of bamboo art of a new generation. The wooden doors of the wardrobe of teak tree, which are produced by local carving specialists open to introduce you to the semi-open bathroom overlooking the jungle, with white natural stone, ironwood flooring and with an ironwood column from east Java. From the bedroom and bathroom you go out on a balcony overlooking the jacuzzi, infinity pool, the lounge area, terraced gardens and the valley of the Oos river. Built from bamboo poles, Villa Cobra creates a feeling of motion and plasticity aimed at calm, elegant and balanced atmosphere for its guests. We would recommend you the sunrise from the bed or balcony with fabulous breakfast and a glass of champagne. Villa Dome Villa Dome consists of three curved spaces mering one into the other. In the heart of the villa – the main bedroom stands out with a cathedral dome, walls of bamboo, unique furniture and floor of natural teak wood, which stretches to a semi-open bathroom overlooking the jungle and the valley of the Oos river. On the other side of the bedroom, the indoor natural jacuzzi merged into the villa, seamlessly integrating the villa in the landscape. Villa Dome has been designed to inspire while creating a cozy and tranquil atmosphere. The connection of this villa to the land is key, inspired by the simplicity and beauty found in the neighbouring landscape, while its materiality merges into the surroundings. The structure bends on a vaulted roof inspired by the everlasting beauty of the domes. From the bedroom and the bathroom you go out on the balcony, which overlooks the valley of the Oos river, the jacuzzi, infinity pool and lounge area. À la carte and continental breakfast options with local specialities, fresh pastries, and fruit are available. As an added convenience, the villa offers lunches and dinners. The resort offers a variety of wellness options, including a spa facilities, yoga, QI GONG and TAI CHI classes. The hotel is very secluded. It is my first time to stay in such an open-plan room. The disinfection and sanitation are in place. The one-to-one butler service is also very good. What is even more surprising is the Michelin-level chef in the hotel. Every day we have meals. The most anticipated thing. Disadvantages: The temperature difference between morning and evening returns to moisture, so it is not suitable for inconvenient legs and feet.
- Guest User
Living in Alila, compared to Suli will be better. The only disadvantage is that the distance is a bit remote, but there are not many tourists, and the accommodation experience is very good. The service attitude is very good, the scenery is beautiful, and there are no shortcomings except for the location. Facilities: good good Hygiene: good Environment: good good Service: good good

Facilities: I personally felt the room's color scheme made it seem dated, but a closer look at the details showed everything was actually very good. The room was spacious, had a balcony with views of villas and the sea, and was very quiet. The air conditioning wasn't blowing directly onto the bed, so no headaches from that. I also had a spa treatment at the hotel, it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. After the spa, you could use the dry and wet saunas, which was incredibly comfortable! Cleanliness: As someone who pays attention to details, all the room amenities were very clean. Service: Absolutely excellent. Before checking in, I had been emailing the hotel about activities, and every email was answered promptly and patiently. During check-in, they went through all the hotel facilities one by one. The staff were all very polite. The hotel is quite large, so it was very convenient to call a buggy to get to the public areas. I asked the front desk to help book a car to Blue Point Beach, and despite not having a local phone number, we managed to get there and back smoothly. The driver was waiting at the designated spot very early. On the way back to catch our flight that evening, traffic was incredibly congested, but the driver constantly found ways to safely overtake, allowing us to arrive at the airport on time and not miss our flight – that was quite lucky. Dining: We ate and drank exclusively at the hotel. The hotel's ice and water were clean with no issues. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, but the milk here is a highlight, so anything dairy-related, like lattes, was excellent. I ordered a Coke via room service late at night, and they thoughtfully sent ice, a glass, and lime – truly great attention to detail! The hotel has a Cliff Bar where you can have drinks and dinner. I ordered the 'Happy Cow' beef spaghetti, and the meat quality was excellent. Enjoying dinner and drinks while watching the sunset was incredibly comfortable. The coconuts were also very large, enough to drink all day! Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend it!

It was below expectation Keep in your mind that The resort is facing the south so you cant see the sunset which is really huge disadvantage in this resort But the sea clift view with the infinity pool is really from the heaven , one of the most beautiful views in the world It is a little pit far from the attractions in uluwatu but not that much The service is good but not extraordinary The resort is small and there is no that much activities Breakfast is good 7/10 Quiet resort excellent for those who dont want to see crowded swimming pool Overall cozy and eco resort but lacking the sunset view make it not the best choice

We had an amazing experience at the Jumeirah Bali. The service was impeccable, they were constantly checking on us, and communication via Whatsapp was fast and efficient. The ocean view villa was incredible. It's super large, with a separate living room, desk, half bath and pantry area. The pool at the villa was warm enough to swim even at night. All in all one of the best options in Bali!

Hotel is very luxurious and has a great service. Rooms are very well designed. Definitely would stay again. I would just add more buggy’s, especially during peak time at breakfast. Also, I don’t think it makes much sense to pay extra for sun beds near the beach after the price you already pay for the room. This should be included.

A Peaceful Jungle Paradise – Worth the Escape Ayung Resort is a hidden gem tucked away in the lush jungle of Ubud. While the location is a bit remote — with travel into central Ubud taking up to an hour due to the single road access — the truth is, you won’t want to leave the resort at all. The views are absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the mountains and the serene beauty of the surrounding jungle. The entire resort is designed to bring peace and tranquility, with incredible attention to detail in both the architecture and landscaping. The on-site restaurants were excellent, the service impeccable, and the range of facilities and activities meant everything you needed was right there. Whether you’re after a relaxing escape or a deep connection to nature, this place delivers a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the true beauty of Ubud without the crowds.

This hotel is truly amazing; you could easily spend your whole Bali trip just enjoying the resort. My positive impression of InterContinental definitely started with this stay. Next time I visit, I might try a different hotel, but this one will always be my Plan B. The hotel's ecosystem is also very well-maintained, and they even have squirrels. The only downside is that the street outside the hotel is incredibly busy with too many cars, making it quite dangerous. If you plan to walk to the shops, you need to be extremely careful. It's best to take a taxi if possible. However, Bali's traffic is generally like this unless you stay at a hotel right in a commercial area.

Ah, ”Eden Hotel” in Bali! It seems you're likely referring to one of the Grandmas Plus Hotels in Bali, specifically Grandmas Plus Hotel Seminyak or Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport. They are popular budget-friendly options in Bali. To give you a good review, I can summarize what people generally say about them, but if you stayed at a specific Grandmas Plus Hotel, let me know which one (e.g., Seminyak, Airport, Legian), and I can tailor the review even more. Here's a general overview of what people often say about Grandmas Plus Hotels in Bali, combining common feedback: Grandmas Plus Hotels, Bali (General Review) Overall Impression: Generally, Grandmas Plus Hotels are well-regarded as excellent value-for-money options, especially for budget travelers, solo travelers, and those looking for a convenient location. They often receive high ratings for their service and cleanliness. What people like most: * Excellent Location: This is a consistent highlight. * Seminyak: Very close to Seminyak Beach (often cited as a 5-minute walk) and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. This makes it ideal for those wanting to explore the vibrant Seminyak area. * Airport: Convenient for early flights or quick stopovers due to its proximity to the airport. * Friendly and Helpful Staff: Many guests praise the staff for being amicable, attentive, and going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. They often mention the staff's smiles and willingness to help. * Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas are consistently described as sparkling clean and well-maintained. * Value for Money: Guests frequently mention that the price paid for the amenities and location is a great deal. * Breakfast: Often receives positive remarks for being good, and sometimes even offering a ”different gourmet food selection” daily. * Amenities: While generally basic, they offer essential amenities. Some locations have a pool, and many have a connected restaurant/bar. In-house spas are also mentioned as a plus. * Comfort Rooms (after checkout): Some hotels in the chain offer a ”comfort room” which is a nice touch for guests with later flights. What people like least (or areas for improvement): * Room Size: A very common comment is that the rooms can be ”compact,” ”small,” or ”cramped,” especially for families. While well-designed and clean, they might feel a bit tight for some. * Noise: Depending on the room location, street noise, music, or bar noises can be audible, especially in Seminyak, which is a lively area. * Bathroom Ventilation/Issues: Some reviews mention a lack of exhaust fans in bathrooms, or occasional issues like drainage smells or spots on tiles. * Pool Size/Quality: For the Seminyak location, the pool is sometimes described as ”tiny” or ”very poor” and can get crowded. * Limited Amenities: While good for the price, some guests might miss certain features like mini-fridges or electric kettles in the rooms (though free mineral water is usually provided). Would I recommend this hotel? Based on common reviews, yes, I would recommend Grandmas Plus Hotels, especially if you are: * A budget-conscious traveler. * Looking for a hotel with an excellent, central location (Seminyak) or close to the airport. * Prioritizing friendly service and cleanliness over spacious rooms or extensive luxury amenities. * Traveling solo or as a couple (larger groups or families might find rooms a bit small). They are often described as a great base for exploring Bali, offering a comfortable and practical stay without a hefty price tag.

The hotel was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were kind and very friendly. However, during breakfast, I asked the male chef for an omelet near the end of service time, and he seemed irritated. When I spoke to him, he snapped “Huh?!” at me in a loud voice and then ignored me afterward, which was quite unpleasant. Aside from that, the food quality was good for the price, and I was satisfied overall. The location was excellent — close to a shopping mall, market, and the beach. As for amenities, there were no razors, hairbrushes, or conditioner, and the hair dryer was very weak, but considering the low price, it was understandable.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff were not only professional but genuinely kind and attentive throughout my stay. Every detail was carefully taken care of. The room was stunning — spacious, clean, and tastefully designed with traditional Balinese touches. My favorite part was the private balcony with a view of the jungle and river — it was pure serenity waking up to the sounds of nature. The pools, restaurants, and spa are world-class, and the breakfast buffet is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, exploring the resort, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, everything feels five-star. It’s the perfect place to unwind, feel pampered, and experience real Balinese luxury. I can’t wait to return

The room was exactly as pictured and described. The breakfast wasn't great; there was no congee with noodles, only plain congee, milk, bread, and coffee (which was decent when made fresh). The 'Seafood Carnival' was a disappointment. 🤔 It wasn't as good as the first convenience store to the left across from the hotel. That place has a huge seafood platter for just over 300, and it's incredibly fresh. The lobster and tiger prawns with garlic butter sauce are especially worth trying there. The hotel's seafood tasted like it had been frozen and wasn't very fresh, though the live music and atmosphere were a plus. The seafood platter shown in the picture is not from the hotel. What truly stands out is the fantastic service and warm smiles from every single staff member. They genuinely care, and I would definitely come back again.

The most perfect hotel of this trip – everything from the service to the rooms and breakfast was outstanding. My only regret is that we only stayed for one night. Sanur Beach was incredibly chill. Bali made such a fantastic first impression on me that I had no interest in visiting any of the popular 'influencer' spots. On my next visit, I absolutely must stay at Andaz for a few more nights.

The owner of Four Points by Sheraton Bali is SOOOOO blessed to have all these hard working professionals! Not only were they kind, they got everything done in a very efficient manner. The room was super clean and the food was awesome! I just hope the shower head gets stronger water pressure. Also, it's a bit of walk to Kuta Beach, but there are so many restaurants, coffee shops, and massage shops nearby. Four Points by Sheraton Bali made my stay very enjoyable :)
