On this business trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I chose this Hilton for the first time because it looked relatively new and was centrally located, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel rooms were very clean, and the facilities were quite stylish and modern!

The first time I settled in Six Senses, the whole experience from the pick-up at the airport was very good. Villa duplex two floors, with a private pool, you can go directly down to the beach, privacy is very good. The dining standard is very high, the breakfast buffet and the Vietnamese food in the evening are very good. The Resort has prepared a wealth of activities, experienced Hiking, Body Board and SPA, and enjoyed it very much. The entire service team is enthusiastic and responsive, thanks to GEM Kieu, Hiking team Vien, Vikrant and Moath. Con Dao used to be a national park with a quiet environment and few tourists.

Breakfast is very rich, some are point, there are also self-help, are super delicious. The hotel is very quiet, suitable for leisure and relaxation, pure resort hotel, before the National Day, there is almost no guest, the hotel service is very warm, considerate and very thoughtful, go to the town to play with fear of communication problems, specially for the small mobile phone to easily contact. Will definitely come again! Really great!

The room had a lovely vintage feel, and the public areas were also very beautiful. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and friendly. They even went the extra mile to help mail back clothes I accidentally left behind, and their online communication was very prompt. Definitely recommend staying here!

Location was good and the room was great! Master bedroom toliet had jap style controls and the room size and layout was perfect. Service staff was lovely and so helpful! 10/10 will restay. Food was amazing too - definitely go for their breakfast, they allow a la carte ordering of individual dish and each dish was plated so nicely! Our family really enjoyed our time here. Room was really clean too.

Hotel Sedona has great location conveniently connected to Saigon Center which can be reached by walking around the corner of Le Loi street and Nam Ky Khoi Nghia or by using the elevator up to 6th floor of the hotel then go the shopping center which has plenty of international restaurants. Breakfast of the hotel is okay, need to provide more food selections. Room is good, but the bath towels are not qualified for 5 star hotel, thin and old towels need to be replaced for better quality.

Don't get conned by this establishment! It looks nice from the outside but once you're in, the service is atrocious! There's great pretence in ”trying” to serve and assist/help in anything (from restaurant reservations to car park ticket validations) - it's all one big farce! Excellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel.
Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible.
The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough.
Thank you for a great stay and I hope to come back again when I am back in the Netherlands.

A stylish design hotel next to the canal, with a good location, it takes more than 15 minutes to walk to the Central Station, Dam Square, Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and Anne Frank House. Great location, close to centraal station, tram and metro. Lots of restaurants around, especially the Asian food selections nearby (chicken ramen is very nice)! After returning from Iceland, I opted to stay here again. This time, my room was on the 3rd floor, but there's no direct elevator access – you have to switch elevators on the second floor. The room didn't have any stirrers, and when I asked, the front desk wouldn't send them up; I had to go down to get them myself. What was truly frustrating was the motion-sensor light in the bathroom. It would always turn off automatically halfway through my shower, leaving me in complete darkness. I'd essentially be left in the dark twice during a single shower!FromAU$200

The hotel is right next to the concert hall. From the central station, take tram line 26 for one stop, then it's a 200-meter walk across the bridge to the ground floor on the other side. They gave me a river view room, and the scenery was absolutely stunning – truly a 'wow' moment when I opened the door. Breakfast was also very rich and varied. I booked early, so the price was quite reasonable. It was definitely the best hotel experience I had among all the places I stayed on this business trip.FromAU$166

Booked this hotel cause it’s near to our friends house. Self Checked in process was ok. However when we entered the room it’s much smaller than what we saw in the photos. Our three luggages cannot be opened and lay flat.
Bathroom also smaller than usual Japan hotel. After showering, the floor is very wet.
Our room’s door is very near to the next door room hence when next door open or close the door we can hear it clearly. When we entered the room the first moment we called receptionist to ask if we can change the room. However hotel receptionist is not friendly. We haven’t used any of the stuff inside the room but still didn’t allow us to change the room.FromAU$95

It was a fascinating 3-day-journey. I really liked the hotel and the staff… They welcome you at the reception with a kind big smile. They gave two magnets while check-in and 3 key rings while checking out as presents.
Hotel’s location is very close (7-8 mins on food) to Sloterdijk Station which you can have access to train, metro, tram, public and international bus.
The room was clean. They changed the towels and cleaned the room on the second day. The bed was so comfortable and big enough. There was also a microwave oven, fridge, kettle and coffee/tea bags…
The only missing things are air condition and hair dryer.. there was a fan which works but seems mot enough to cool down the room.
If I come to Amsterdam one more time, I will stay there again.FromAU$20
