I really love this hotel. I welcome cakes and bear candy on the first day. It is delicious, and the quality of the toiletries is very good. The hotel has a free mobile internet, a deposit of 200 Euros, and a refund. The breakfast area is small but it is really pleasant. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sun and tea, it is full of holiday. I will definitely stay again next time.

The central location cannot be beat. The hotel feels recently renovated or at least in very good condition. Staff friendly and check in was smooth.  There is a good sized, well equipped gym in the basement and a must visit rooftop bar to begin the evening. Despite being central the rooms are well sound insulated, no noticeable noise disruption. I recommend this Hotel and would gladly stay again. The bell staff did a great job on luggage storage and ordering a taxi, etc.

The location is very good, close to Puerta del Sol and Retiro Park. However, the cleaning staff had a bad attitude and often opened the door directly into the room. I stayed for three nights and only made the bed one night. One night when I returned to the hotel, I found that the door card for power supply had been pulled out. There were hairs on the towels in the bathroom. The mini bar was not replenished in time. As a five-star hotel, there are many areas that need improvement.

This hotel is very unique, with each floor featuring its own distinctive design. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was the first time I've stayed in a room with a projector instead of a traditional TV, which was an interesting and fun experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station and about 5 minutes from a supermarket behind the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and polite. The breakfast offered a great variety of choices and everything tasted excellent. It was probably the best hotel breakfast I've had outside Northern Europe. One thing to be aware of is that the rooms are not very soundproof. I could almost hear my neighbor taking a shower! XD It would also have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room for storing drinks and snacks. That said, these are only minor drawbacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers staying outside the city center. It's an excellent option with easy access to the metro, which takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes.

The location is superb, right next to Plaza de España, and you can spot the hotel as soon as you exit the subway station. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Temple of Debod and the Royal Palace of Madrid, and about a 15-minute walk to Plaza Mayor. The hotel's Sky bar offers great views, but it gets very crowded. You can't reserve tables; you have to queue like tourists who buy tickets to enter (though you can go anytime just to enjoy the view and take photos). The glass-bottom bridge is a popular spot for Instagram-worthy photos, and it's most beautiful around dusk. The rooms are decent, more on the upscale side than luxurious. The outdoor pool on the 21st floor is fantastic, but its opening hours are quite short (10 AM to 7 PM). Breakfast is varied and tasty. Overall, highly recommended. The only downside was that the Euro exchange rate was high when I booked, and I later realized the real-time price was actually several hundred cheaper when I arrived at the hotel.

I've stayed at Vincci Soho several times and it remains one of my go-to hotels in Madrid. I choose it primarily for its location, the room design, and the service. The staff is always very friendly and attentive; on my last stay, they even gave me an upgrade, which was much appreciated. As an added touch, they left me complimentary muffins with a personalized card—small gestures that make all the difference. The rooms are comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, a good shower, and a thoughtful design, ideal for relaxing after a day's work. For business trips, in my case, it perfectly meets all my needs. Some things to keep in mind are that some rooms can be a bit noisy and not all have much natural light, but for short business stays, this hasn't been a problem. Overall, for comfort, location, and service, it remains a choice I'll gladly return to.

We stayed at Vincci Mint Madrid from January 10 to 13. Overall, the hotel was good and the rooms were clean and tidy. Initially, I was close to giving an excellent review. However, after staying at another Vincci property in Málaga, the difference in hospitality was noticeable. In Málaga, the service was top-notch — from the receptionist to the attendants, everyone delivered outstanding service. By comparison, the service at Vincci Mint felt more average. The location of Vincci Mint Madrid is excellent and very convenient. On the downside, the rooms are not soundproof, and you can hear quite a lot of noise. The terrace was also closed during our stay, possibly due to the weather. In summary, a good hotel with a great location and cleanliness, but service and soundproofing could be improved to match the standards of other Vincci hotels.

The room was well-maintained and quite clean, though the bed linens weren't perfect – I hope that can be improved for my next visit. I loved that the room was divided into two separate spaces, so the sleeping and washing areas didn't disturb each other. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the museum, and bus route 001 right outside gets you to all the attractions, saving on public transport costs. It's also really convenient for exploring areas around Madrid. The breakfast isn't luxurious but definitely meets basic needs. The decor is minimalist white. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend! The hotel's front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room to one with a small balcony, and it came with a Dyson hairdryer! The location is perfect, right in the city center. Photos 2 and 3 highlight the delicious yogurt ice cream and a Michelin restaurant just next door!

The hotel was quite comfortable, but there's no direct airport shuttle. If you take the subway, you'll have to carry your luggage a short distance. The staff was okay; they kept asking if we wanted to add breakfast since we hadn't booked it, and they did deliver luggage to the room. The first time, they delivered the wrong bags, and when we told them it wasn't ours, they responded with 'but it has Chinese writing on it?' The turndown service included chocolates, and we got a free glass bottled water every day.

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled. The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness. Concierge service was good. All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations. This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests! I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this. While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.
