It exceeded all our expectations and easily outshone every 5-star hotel we’ve ever visited. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it truly special. We were welcomed into a beautifully prepared room adorned with fresh flowers, a bottle of fine wine, and delicious snacks – an incredibly thoughtful surprise that made us feel genuinely valued. The service throughout our stay was impeccable – warm, professional, and consistently attentive. Every detail, from the ambiance to the personalized touches, reflected a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. Solaire QC has set a new gold standard in luxury hospitality for us. Seda Vertis North will always be my go-to place especially during days when I need escape or I just feel like rewarding myself.

I booked Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria because it was the venue for our event, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was really spacious—enough to fit up to four people comfortably. I loved the city view from the room, but what stood out the most was how worth it their buffet was—super sulit! The location is also very convenient since it’s connected to Robinsons Galleria, which made everything accessible. The internet connection was fast, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay!

We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the staff graciously allowed early check-in at no extra cost. They even upgraded us to an Executive Room to accommodate our preference for a higher floor. We truly appreciated the complimentary anniversary cake and the approval for a late check-out since our kids slept in. Our toddler enjoyed the free access to the Kids Club, and the kids had a great time at the well-maintained pool. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had! A perfect wedding anniversary staycation filled with family fun. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and great service!

First of all, if you intend to shop or stay right inside a big mall, it is a big plus. But if not, it would be a big hassle in going in and out of the hotel due to the monstrous traffic from 9am till around 11pm. And in case you have your own car during the stay, finding a parking space is an issue during the mall hours. Otherwise, all the hotel staff are well friendly and willing to help. Room is very basic and clean although we were given a bath towel with dried stains. We did not enjoy the food during breakfast. Overall we were satisfied in our stay for shopping and dining.

We had a very relaxing 3D/2N staycation at Citadines QC. The hotel ambiance is so serene. Our room is very spacious and has a microwave oven, bread toaster, full size ref, kettle, plates, cutlery and drinking water. The pool is clean and inviting but hope water is not that cold. Staff are all very courteous and attentive to requests. We also love their very friendly yellow Labrador Daisy... 😊

My new favorite hotel! I’m glad I chanced upon this hotel on Trip.com. It’s a great choice for families. Beds are big, and the amenities are really good. They have a game room, a gym, and a pool at the rooftop. I especially loved their pool (heated) since it was warm, which made swimming very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the staff were very accommodating, they packed food for our companions who couldn’t come down to eat. Service overall was excellent. This hotel is perfect for a staycation, and we definitely plan to come back. The only downside was the extra bed. It felt really hard, almost like plywood without a mattress. My nephew didn’t mention or complain about it, so I only discovered it shortly before we were about to check out. Had I known earlier, I would have asked the staff to replace it.

Place is good. Pool was not maintained properly. We hope management can replace the water at least twice a week.

A Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip. The Highlight Reel: * That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

Location depends on why you’re in Quezon City I suppose. It worked for me. Breakfast was more than decent quality. Staff were all pleasant. A strange smell in the corridor periodically was the only downside. I didn’t use the pool or the gym but had a look at them and both appeared adequate. This was my second stay there so i liked it enough to return. Thats always a plus point.
