朋友介紹的民宿老闆，大阪和京都的民宿都是住她家的，正在點評的正是京都kiwa。地理位置非常好，跟七條地鐵站距離200米左右，二者剛好在一座橋的兩端，附近飯店和居酒屋也很多，但是又沒到嘈雜繁華的程度，正適合生活和居住。最讓我們驚喜的是裏面的環境，很豪華的三層獨棟別墅，家電和設施都是高科技產品，幾乎是全新的，傢俱也都是名貴的品類，整棟房子以木製為主，整個房子都散發著一股木材的香氣，各個角落也放置着香薰。我們抽空做了兩頓飯，發現還有很多好東西沒來得及發掘。最後我和朋友美美地拍了一張合照，可能是住過最豪華、體驗最好、最有紀念意義的民宿了。

It's very convenient, as most attractions are within a few kilometers. There are also many yakitori and yakiniku restaurants nearby, and an Aeon supermarket is just a few hundred meters away. The hotel even provides a shuttle bus to JR Isetan department store. This hotel offers excellent value for money; the free parking alone saves you about 100 yuan a day. Highly recommended!

The location is incredibly convenient, right on the second floor of Kyoto Station. Every time we exited the subway, we were practically at the hotel, which was super handy. The room itself was quite spacious, with a business-like aesthetic. The night view from the window was fantastic; from our room, we could see the railway lines of Kyoto Station, and I imagine the Kyoto Tower would be visible from the other side. It seems the swimming pool has a fee. When we checked out, my son forgot his watch in the room. After contacting Ctrip, the hotel located it and held it at the front desk. When we went to pick it up, they had even packaged it nicely in a bag for us. The service was absolutely excellent.

An experience that exceeded my expectations! It seems there are only two garden-view rooms per floor, and the balconies are fully equipped and well-utilized, not just for show. As a Virgo detail-freak, I absolutely loved it! My friend and I were both very satisfied. The room facilities were amazing in every aspect! The location is excellent, within walking distance of famous attractions like Gion. The super popular dumpling restaurant across the street had no line when we went between 4-5 PM! It was delicious! However, the hotel's front desk staff and servers didn't seem to have much hotel experience; they were a bit unfamiliar and didn't quite understand service. Our room key didn't even work upon check-in... but they all had very good attitudes.

The hotel clearly strives to offer good value through its design and attention to detail. However, the public areas are quite small and don't offer much in terms of amenities or space to relax. A significant drawback is that none of the rooms have a view; the windows look directly out onto the walls of adjacent buildings, which feels quite confining and uninspiring.

The room was quite spacious for Japanese standards, and the rooms next to ours all seemed to be triples. It's conveniently located right across the street from the Hachijo-guchi East exit of Kyoto Station, or you can use the underground passage. With New Year's approaching, the hotel was pretty much fully booked, and we had to queue for breakfast, which included sushi. The only downside was the scarcity of washing machines; there's only one on floors 5, 7, 9, and 11 respectively. For a hotel this size with so many guests, it was really inconvenient for laundry.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were super quick, and the room was just the right size for two carry-on suitcases. Every day they give you a complimentary bottle of water, which is a nice touch. Super nice amenities! The shower was great, and I loved the lavender shampoo and conditioner. The only downside was the limited space beside the sink for cosmetics. The bed was very comfortable, though I wasn’t a big fan of the pillow since it didn’t have much shape (my husband actually liked it). The extra pillow they provided was a bit too flat for me.

It's close to the subway and shopping malls, with various major brands right across the street. It's also near Kiyomizu-dera Temple, just a few minutes by taxi, making it perfect for getting an early start during autumn foliage season. Facilities: Well-equipped. It boasts two rooftop onsen baths, one indoor and one outdoor. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, coffee, and ice, available for self-service at any time. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Very good. The rooms have a lovely Japanese style, though they are a bit small. Service: Quite good.

Exceeded my expectations! I randomly picked this hotel, and since I was traveling during the off-season, the price was reasonable, and most importantly, they had a triple room. Compared to other Japanese hotels, the room was quite spacious. The location is super convenient; within a 10-minute walk, there's a subway and bus station, and it's also very close to Kyoto Station – excellent transportation. The hotel facilities are relatively new. The only minor drawback might be the poor soundproofing. The service was also great. I stored my luggage there before check-in and then checked in after 3 PM using the self-service kiosk. Besides standard toiletries, the hotel also provided facial cleanser and some lotion/toner, which even Koko hotels don't offer. Plus, each floor has a microwave for heating food, and they provided cutlery. The nearby 7-Eleven was well-stocked, but when I left, I didn't realize the Indian clerk hadn't given me cutlery, so I ended up getting it from the hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Excellent location just 3 minutes walking distance from Kyoto Station. You can get all toiletries amenities from the lobby, free flow of coffee, tea and soft drinks within a period of time. The room is normal Japanese size, enough for two people but cannot open both 20 inches suitcases at the same time. Cleanliness nothing more to say at this room rate. There has laundry area with few washing machine and dryer but the machine only accept electronic payment , they don’t accept cash and credit card which is reslly not user-friendly for tourists. When I seek the front desk assistance, they told me to go to laundry shop which is 8 mins walking distance. Not far away but we need to carry all the way back and forth. What’s the point of providing laundry service????

When I booked the hotel, I specifically requested a high floor. The standard check-in time was 3 PM, and our family of three arrived around 3:45 PM to check in. To my surprise, the front desk attendant, a tall Japanese man wearing glasses, assigned us a room on the lowest possible floor, the second floor. I communicated with him for about ten minutes, reiterating our request for a high floor. The front desk attendant was very arrogant, claiming that our reservation didn't show any request for a high floor and insisting that the hotel was fully booked for the day. He said that if we wanted a high floor, we would have to switch rooms tomorrow. Of course, we understand that high floor requests depend on the hotel's availability on the day, but this hotel has around 400 rooms, and we didn't arrive late at night. The hotel has nine floors in total; we would have been perfectly fine with a room on the 4th or 5th floor, especially since we were staying for three nights with a child. If it were just one night, we might have just put up with it. Despite our efforts, the communication was fruitless. After going up to the room, I called the front desk again to request a room change. Less than five minutes later, the same front desk attendant appeared with a room key for the 9th floor. So, we dragged our luggage and our child up to the 9th floor, only to find it was the very last room, furthest from the elevator. Later, I contacted Trip.com's customer service, who were very helpful and contacted the hotel. The next day, the front desk informed us that they could arrange a room closer to the elevator, but we had already unpacked our luggage, so we decided not to switch rooms again. The front desk then offered us a complimentary room cleaning for the day. All in all, the entire check-in process was incredibly frustrating. It felt like that front desk attendant was intentionally making things difficult for us! On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent and convenient for getting around. The breakfast was similar to other Dormy Inn hotels, and they also offered free ramen at night. However, the dining area was extremely crowded due to group tours. The variety of hot spring baths was better than other Dormy Inn hotels, but there were no semi-outdoor baths.

Absolutely incredible value for money, a total no-brainer to book! What more could you ask for at around 700 JPY for 4 nights? The location is perfect, nestled between Kyoto Station and the Shijo shopping district – a quiet oasis in a bustling area. The guest lounge on the 3rd floor is spacious, and there's a local Fresco supermarket diagonally across the street where we stocked up on snacks and yuzu ponzu to take home, all at great prices. You'll find quite a few Westerners staying here. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and about 1.5 km away is Byodo-ji Temple, known for pet blessings. The hundred-year-old Smart Coffee is also not far (3 bus stops away). All in all, it exceeded expectations, highly recommended!

It's very close to both the subway and bus stations, making it easy to get to various attractions and shopping areas. The surroundings are also quiet, so I had a great night's rest. I am from Yangzhou, Jiangsu. Although Yangzhou is a garden city, there are many such style escape hotels in Jiangsu and Zhejiang, Hongxi Noya of Hoshino Group is definitely worth living. The overall health is very good, the facilities are well maintained and there is no musty smell. That is, all the windows can be wiped clean. This time I checked in in the evening. When I took a taxi, I saw the sunset of Lushan, which was a value-added item. The reception staff was very polite and welcoming. At night, the girl was invited to drive us to the hotel entrance. This road was too standard, almost standing on the mountain, and there was a feeling of adventure. When I checked out, I felt the ship of Hoshino. By the way, I recommend the dyeing workshop and Zhai Pavilion are diagonally opposite. If you like the scenery, it is worth seeing.

The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need! It's clean, and the service is great too. The location is excellent, super convenient for eating and shopping, and there's a 7-Eleven and a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get anywhere.
