The stay was perfect staff very welcome and serviceable, beautiful room and concierge reception at the top was perfect

Normal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked. Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions. There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit. But it 's on the coast as a whole.

The hotel staff was very friendly and assisted with every request. The hotel is massive and reminded me of a resort; lots to do, and great for your business trip if you need high-speed internet and room service. The room was above expectation, with a large balcony, overlooking the garden and ocean - Just amazing! The majority of the hotel staff knew English which made things much easier! I will be back.

Checked in at 15 o'clock, we arrived at 14 o'clock, the room has not been cleaned up, and it is not officially checked in at 17:30. The room was a bit slow, the room was damp and a bit musty, the toilet paper was very thin, the sound insulation was particularly bad, and there were many types of breakfast.

Beautiful hotel at the seafront promenade, very helpful staff. Food was excellent in the hotel.  The concierge helped us with restaurant reservations outside and We even had a emergency medication delivered by him out of hours during ramadan 👌 Will definitely return 😍

Everything was great For the slightly annoying side, I found hair on the bed when I went to sleep, and a dead spider that stayed on the corner of the sink for 4 days, from arrival until my departure, so cleaning is lacking and a shame given the price of this stay But otherwise the staff were great, and the place was very pleasant to recharge your batteries

The hotel is clean, new, breakfasts are excellent, lunch and dinner from the menu are beyond praise! Very tasty, there is a buffet for 300 dirhams for dinner. The sea is clean, the beach is wide. The only comment is to the staff, the service is very slow... You can wait an hour for coffee and towels...

Beautiful location. Perfect welcome. Lack of organization. (Review the welcome fruit basket, barely ripe fruit. Very good macaron). Very average breakfast buffet despite a wide selection. Expensive hotel for the service. The village of Taghazout is easily accessible on foot. A corner of paradise. I don't understand why they charge 15 dirhams to enter/exit the hotel parking lot!

The hygiene is average, but the food is very good. The hotel service staff are very nice and friendly. Full marks. I have stayed in two hotels, which are Ctrip's top 1 and 2. This one is 2, which is really great. Don't go 1

The beach is great, but there is nothing nearby except the ocean and the beach. The rooms have everything you need, but are a bit shabby. The staff is great, pretty fast for Morocco. The breakfast is standard, only the glasses and mugs disappear quickly. The hotel was 90% full, but there is enough space for privacy. The restaurants in the hotel are quite expensive, but this is a Hilton and you can't go anywhere nearby. In the evening there is live music, you can listen right from your room, very relaxing.
