Facilities: Well-maintained, quite new, very new. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The room has a great view of The Londoner and The Parisian, and the night view is stunning. Service: The service was very attentive. When we returned to our room at night, it had been tidied up and even decorated. Our charging cables were neatly organized with special little leather straps. Full marks for attention to detail! Dining: Breakfast was exceptional, absolutely delicious. It wasn't crowded, and while the selection wasn't vast, every item was exquisite and tasty, especially the daily special. Although you can only order one, the quality was excellent.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service truly made it a memorable experience. The only minor issue was the slow bathroom water drainage, which caused some flooding after showers. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely return for another luxurious getaway!

Even though I'd seen pictures beforehand, I was still pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The service was thoughtful, and we received a welcome fruit platter. The garden view was beautiful. There was a slight hiccup with a last-minute change to the guest name, but the front desk sorted it out in advance, which was a relief. Breakfast was really nice! 😋

## Facilities: Quite Disappointing On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them. Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy. ## Service: During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests. ## Location: The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn. ## Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.

The room's design, layout, and views were all excellent. We also caught The House of Dancing Water's 8 PM show. City of Dreams is definitely worth exploring, and it's super convenient with Grand Hyatt, The Londoner, MGM, and Wynn all being just a stone's throw away. Cekay at the front desk was fantastic!

Our stay at The Londoner Macao was a truly delightful experience. Having visited Macau many times and stayed at various hotels, I can confidently say The Londoner offers exceptional value for money. Most hotels in Macau don't include breakfast, but here it's not only included, you can enjoy it all day long, which is both convenient and cost-saving for travelers! The day before check-in, the hotel butler proactively reached out via WeChat to understand our room preferences and personal needs. Knowing it was my birthday during the stay, the hotel surprised us by decorating the room and even providing a birthday cake! An unexpected surprise on our check-out day was a small birthday celebration arranged by the staff at Huating during breakfast, which touched my wife and me deeply! A special thank you to Alva, Alan Pu, and Mavis! We will definitely choose The Londoner Macao again on our next visit!

The Londoner Hotel's exclusive club lounge, The Manor, offers an all-day pass (breakfast, classic English afternoon tea, and selected cocktails at the bar in the evening). The food was absolutely delicious and abundant; I only wish I had a bigger appetite! The hygiene was impeccable; it was spotless. The facilities were excellent, with plenty of power outlets – no need to bring anything of your own! The service, however, is what truly stands out. Every staff member was warm and incredibly attentive. They not only meticulously prepared the room but also provided lovely little gifts and snacks daily. They even arranged a private car to the airport for our departure! The Londoner will definitely be my first choice for my next trip to Macau!!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, making getting around incredibly convenient. The lobby design is elegant, and the front desk service was warm and efficient; both check-in and check-out were very quick. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the shower pressure and temperature were just right, allowing me to sleep soundly every night. Breakfast offered a rich variety and was delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful yet welcoming, with attention to detail evident throughout. It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit this city.

The hotel service was truly exceptional and attentive. A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk who handled our check-in; she was incredibly warm and thorough. Our room featured intelligent facilities, was spotlessly clean, and every corner showcased meticulous attention to detail. The luxurious and opulent decor gave it a truly grand feel. This is undoubtedly the best hotel in Macau, and we had an incredibly satisfying stay. We will certainly return given the opportunity.

Tommy at the front desk was really nice and met all our basic needs. For families with babies, they provide a bottle sterilizer and dryer, bottle warmer, and a baby bathtub, which saves a lot of hassle from having to bring your own. However, be aware that the kids' play area on the third floor downstairs is no longer free to use after check-out. The Kids' Club on the second floor of the Galaxy Hotel allows free play after check-out, but for very young children, the play area downstairs at the Marriott is more suitable.

The Galaxy Macau Marriott Hotel is excellent! The facilities are brand new and the food is fantastic. The location is super convenient for shopping, with a dedicated walkway directly to the Galaxy shopping mall, where you can shop, catch a movie, and dine – it has everything. The staff are all very warm and provide meticulous service. Definitely my top choice in Galaxy, highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

An incredibly luxurious five-star hotel. I've always been a fan of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, so I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel today! The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served à la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.

This might be my fourth or fifth stay at the Galaxy Hotel, and I really love the interior design here. When the sun shines into the room, it feels so comfortable; it's never dark or gloomy. Every time I check in, there are always little desserts to enjoy while waiting, and Butler Betty is always there to assist. Most of the snacks and drinks in the room are complimentary! As for breakfast, it's quite pricey, similar to The Londoner, but comparing the two, it definitely falls short. I'll continue to choose Galaxy Hotel on my next trip to Macau, but I probably won't opt for breakfast again, haha, because the value for money isn't great. Betty also comes by during breakfast to ask how it was and what could be improved, which is definitely a commendable point! Such thoughtful service!

On the first day, during check-in, a staff member introduced us to the hotel, nearby transportation, and asked if we needed any extra items (as we were two adults and two children). The hotel staff thoughtfully prepared many items for the kids. We stayed for four days and three nights, and every day, used items were replenished, and if anything from the mini-bar (snacks/drinks) was consumed, it was also refilled. It's very kid-friendly; there's a Toy Story exhibit downstairs and a Don Quijote supermarket to browse. Highly recommended for families with children. The room assigned to us was also very quiet, ensuring a great rest. All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and proactively asked if we needed any help! Highly impressed!

As a Mandarin Oriental fan, I specifically chose the Mandarin Oriental Macau for my birthday stay, and the actual experience lived up to my expectations. As one of the very few high-star hotels in Macau without a casino, the Mandarin Oriental is truly an ideal place to stay. Several details really stood out and earned extra points. First, during check-in, the front desk duty manager, Hallie, proactively recognized it was my birthday and reserved a tower-view room on the highest floor in advance. This kind of luxury service truly lies in these small details. After we arrived in our room, we noticed some stains and imperfections on the bedding. When we informed the front desk before heading out, they meticulously re-housekept the room. Later that evening, returning to our room, we found a heartfelt letter and a fan prepared by the hotel's guest relations manager, Melody, which was very touching. The ability to efficiently and professionally resolve issues, even when they arise, is what guests value most. Finally, on the day of checkout, I went to the gym and met Annie and Leo. Upon learning I wanted to purchase some hotel merchandise to take home, they specifically arranged for a colleague from the spa to open early for us. When I used the pool, Leo was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout. These details were definitely a huge plus. I hope the hotel management recognizes these efficient and professional staff members and conveys our gratitude. Should I return to Macau, MO will still be my top choice.

Amazing service and quality. The old Nanyang-style decor is incredibly well-maintained, exuding a luxurious feel with its rich textures. The most delightful hardware surprise was a golden table lamp, casting a soft glow over the view, accompanied by a pot of tea. My friend was very interested in the vanilla flavor of the welcome tea. A kind lady at the front desk, wearing glasses (I was in a hurry and forgot to ask her name, would love to know!), specifically wrote a note offering to send another pot. This truly showcases the high-quality, human-centered service characteristic of MO.

If you're looking to avoid casino hotels and unreliable guesthouses, this place comes highly recommended. This hotel has hosted the country's top leaders twice, so its quality and reputation speak for themselves (it's an especially amazing experience if you're traveling with family elders who appreciate historical significance). It's located in Macau's top luxury residential area, offering a quiet environment with excellent views of the Macau Tower. The Liaison Office of the Central People's Government is right nearby, and behind it, up the hill, are some interesting churches. There are also many historical sites in the vicinity, perfect for a city walk. The only downsides are that it's a bit out of the way (wealthy areas tend to be less central) and not as convenient as hotels with casinos. While there's no direct hotel shuttle, public buses are available. If you come by metro, be prepared for a rather steep uphill walk.

Experience was unforgettable. Truly a 5 star hotel with an excellent service. I would want to visit Macau and book them again because they truly are world class. Jenny at the lobby - I can’t praise her enough. Like wow. She remembered me, like girrrl I am in the hospitality industry as well and I dont have that keen attention to details. So I arrived earlier right? Even before reaching to the counter, this girl, Jenny approached me. She asked, how can I call you? I said Maria. She said I can put my luggage at the concierge. I said okay, I will have my lunch at the 18th floor. When I came down the lobby again, I saw there were no seats available so I took the chance to withdraw some cash. I went back and looked for a toilet, Jenny saw me. She was like “Maria, may I ask for your full name?” And then, she was like Il escort you to the 17f so you can wait at the lounge. She remembered me. And upon check out, she greeted me, and remembered me. Like what?! I couldn’t believe it. Too bad I didnt get to take photos with her. She is so nice as well!

Booked this last minute with a friend for our trip to Macau. As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, staff came over to help with our luggage and guided us to check-in. The first thing I noticed when we got to the room was how spacious it felt compared to hotels in Hong Kong. It was also very clean, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. Overall, a great experience. I'd definitely book here again if I come back to Macau.

I came with my child and specifically booked the hotel's breakfast. We were given a high-floor room, and the customer service was very responsive to our requests, which we were very satisfied with. In the morning, the little baby could eat steamed corn, yam, sweet potato, and purple sweet potato, so even a sensitive baby would be fine. There were also boiled eggs and oatmeal. The adults were also very happy with their food. We could request a bed rail for the child, and they also provided separate shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, and cups, which was great! It's just a shame we wasted money on the water park tickets...

We’ve been spending quite a few stays here in this hotel. The staff usually have us the same room, and it’s perfect for my daughter especially to feel like home. However, the staff at the check-in counter nearly processed our booking wrongly, saying that we had no breakfast included. We meant to book for the breakfast too each time for leisure mornings. Also, at the restaurant for breakfast, the staff made us to share a long table with others but we were neither in a guided tour with them or traveling in a big group of people. We asked for going to a small table aside but we’re refused. We ended up choosing sitting at one end of that long table, hoping that my daughter wouldn’t be bothered by strangers. We’ve actually explained to the staff about my daughter’s special needs. Anyway, the hotel room was still fine and with its convenient location, we would still come, but maybe without breakfast next time!

Staying in the South Wing, the walk from the front desk to the room was long but acceptable. The room was decent, and the bedding was clean. From the window, I could see Studio City and the light rail in the distance. The next morning, I asked a staff member working in the hallway for drinking water and also mentioned that I didn't need the bed sheets changed, etc... The communication was harmonious. I imagine they were happy to see that I had sorted my empty water bottles and other trash. Express checkout was very efficient, thumbs up. The front desk staff were patient, friendly, and professional, also a big thumbs up!

The hygiene was excellent, and the environment was decent. However, the front desk service was very mediocre. Once you've booked a room, you're expected to follow their rules with no flexibility whatsoever; in other words, they're quite rigid. The Grand Lisboa Macau, regardless of environment, service, or cleanliness, is absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed at across so many countries and places! It truly lives up to its five-star rating!!! Every single staff member is dedicated, polite, smiling, and professional, which is evident in every aspect where you might need help. This includes luggage storage, booking hotel shuttle buses, luggage delivery to the room, informing guests about potential noise from daytime renovations, explaining room facilities, and more. The room itself was genuinely clean, tidy, and odorless – fantastic! And the Grand Lisboa Bakery inside the hotel offers large and delicious portions of coffee cream buns and char siu bao, and you even get a discount with your room key card. Getting around is also super convenient, with a large bus transfer station right outside the entrance, allowing you to go anywhere you want. We stayed at the Hotel Royal Macau, located on the Macau Peninsula. I heard it was Macau's first five-star hotel. Its location is quite good, right next to the Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion and not too far from the Ruins of St. Paul's. Overall, the hotel is decent. While the rooms are a bit older, you can tell they've been renovated and updated in recent years. The room comfort was good, and the staff we encountered were quite diligent and responsible. This was my first time staying at The Venetian, and overall, it was a great experience. I called at around 10 PM to spontaneously order a small cake for a birthday, which added a nice touch of ceremony. A big thank you to the tall Indian gentleman who delivered the dessert – he kindly offered to open and pour the wine and wished us a happy birthday (I forgot to ask his name, so I can't thank him by name!). The two porters who helped with our luggage when we checked out also provided excellent service. Thank you, David and Raymond Lin!

Pros: The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Macau Peninsula. It's a short walk to the old Wynn and both the old and new Grand Lisboa. The area downstairs is lively with tons of small shops to browse, and many pharmacies. It's also very close to the Fortuna Hotel. The in-room toiletries are L'Occitane. The 'wet market' on the hotel's third floor is also interesting; although it's old, it still retains the charm and vibrancy of a grand hotel. The lobby is impressive, and they offer various complimentary drinks. I personally found the milk tea quite good, and they have several hot drink options, which are more considerate for women than the iced milk tea at MGM. And despite what some say about the Landmark Hotel being 'doomed,' I found it to be a fun spot with a less intimidating atmosphere than some of the larger casinos. Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room is indeed poor. Even as a deep sleeper, I was woken up by doors closing upstairs and could clearly hear mobile phone conversations from outside. 2. There was no charging adapter, which made charging inconvenient. The adapter in the bathroom outlet also didn't work for my hair styling tools. 3. The surrounding area felt a bit chaotic at night, and I didn't feel entirely safe going out, though that might just be a perception. 4. It felt very dated; metal fixtures and hangers in the room were significantly discolored. 5. You have to take an elevator from the first floor to the sixth floor to transfer to another elevator to get to the room, which is a bit circuitous, but thankfully the hallway isn't too long.

This was my first time encountering a situation where, despite booking half a month in advance, the hotel claimed they hadn't received our reservation. We, a group of six including an 80-year-old and children, had to wait for a long time. Eventually, we called Trip.com ourselves, and they confirmed that the rooms had indeed been reserved. If they hadn't received the order, how could the rooms have been held? Secondly, the hotel rooms had a strong, lingering smell similar to smoke, even detectable in the hallways. When I asked the front desk staff, they said guests are informed about fines for smoking in rooms, but once the door is closed, there's nothing more they can do. This really shows a lack of hotel management. I thought the smell would dissipate, but it was completely pervasive. Thirdly, we were given vouchers for free egg tarts, but weren't informed they were only valid for that day. I'm curious why they weren't valid for the entire duration of our stay? Fourth, I booked the rooms half a month in advance, yet on the day of check-in, the price for a single room was 600 RMB cheaper than what I paid. For two rooms over two days, that's a difference of 2400 RMB. Booking early during the National Day holiday meant I got fleeced. It truly lives up to its reputation as a 'gambling city' – even the room prices are like a gamble. Aside from these issues, the service attitude was decent, and the rooms were quite spacious.

The hotel was clean, well-organized, and sufficient for our stay. It has a convenient location near the ferry terminal, though it’s not the best spot if you want to be close to major attractions — you’ll need to walk a bit. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. The casino had a somewhat dated vibe, and we didn’t have time to check out the pool, but note that you’ll need to bring a hair cap if you plan to swim.
