This was my 7-month-old son's first trip, and I want to thank the Ritz-Carlton Macau, especially Ms. Amy at reception, for providing us with a perfect stay. From check-in onwards, the staff went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. They also thoughtfully decorated our room to welcome our baby on his first journey. The hotel specially provided a children's tent, a lovely lion toy, and a small backpack for us. The room also had baby sanitizing products and a bed rail, which was incredibly considerate for guests traveling with an infant. Our little one had so much fun playing in the tent and absolutely loved his new toy. What was truly surprising and delightful was that the hotel prepared a custom bib with his name on it and a small tote bag as souvenirs! This made his first trip even more memorable!

This place has just given us the best hotel experience we’ve had in Asia… quite something, considering Macao is a city-break destination. * The hotel room is utterly superb — from the views, to the huge size, to the classy décor, to the small touches like the complimentary minibar, the massage chair in the bedroom, and the in-room spa service. * The food is exemplary. Even the bar snacks are supremely presented. * The swimming pool is heated — zero shock upon entering — and we didn’t want to get out, as it feels very much like a bath. Perfect. * From butler service through to check-in and concierge alike, this place redefines xenodocheionology (hotel lore). During the flight home, we both sat there blissfully aware that we’d just experienced something very special. We got what we paid for — the very best of world-famous Chinese hospitality and a Valentine’s holiday we’ll never forget.

Service is very thoughtful

The room was clean and bright, conveniently located, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and Yang Xiaojun, a lovely lady, showed us to room 1333, which was spacious and bright, and we were very happy with it. A big thank you to Yang Xiaojun for preparing fruit and gifts in the room – it was a touching gesture! Definitely five-star worthy. Five stars to the front desk manager and all the staff, and five stars for the floor cleaning service!

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

Tonight, my 'British daily life' docks in the 113-square-meter 'Windsor Suite'. Facing the Grandeur of Classical History Before heading to the suite, it's hard not to be captivated by the Crystal Palace. Soaring glass domes filter sunlight into silken golden threads, and Baroque fountains murmur, seemingly recounting the glory of old London. In the afternoon, push open the exclusive club for hotel guests – The Residence. This is a microcosm of The Londoner's soul, with corridors adorned with contemporary pop art and antique paintings, making you feel as if you're strolling through a private London club. Here, an authentic English afternoon tea, from the fragrant Earl Grey wafting from bone china teacups to the lingering taste of English scones and clotted cream on your tongue, all accompanied by the attentive yet unobtrusive service of an English butler, perfectly embodies the refined daily life of the aristocracy. The Gentle Seclusion of a Modern British Apartment As you open the door to the Windsor Suite, your eyes are immediately drawn to the exquisitely designed, gallery-like entryway. The living room's design is inspired by comfortable London penthouses, with soft grey and off-white tones interwoven, complemented by stately and practical Chesterfield sofas and leather high-back armchairs. Every detail exudes understated luxury and warmth. Within the spacious 113-square-meter area, there is a separate living room and dining area, and the mini-bar resembles a private VIP lounge. Here, you can have your butler pour you a chilled glass of champagne and enjoy a blissful, undisturbed moment of tipsiness in your own private sanctuary. Bathing in London's Golden Dawn The most captivating feature of the Windsor Suite is undoubtedly the massive floor-to-ceiling window that offers panoramic views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. As night falls, the Victorian-style deep bathtub in the bathroom is already filled with perfectly heated water. Immersed in the fragrant, luxurious soak, the mottled silhouette of Big Ben and its golden lights shimmer through the misty steam outside the window. At that moment, the dazzling urban splendor outside becomes a backdrop to your bath, this 'hermitage in the bustling world, free from the clamor of carriages' is the profound tenderness the Windsor Suite bestows upon its guests. The Londoner Macao's Windsor Suite is a dual baptism for both sight and soul. It doesn't sell noise; it cultivates romance. It doesn't heap up gold; it refines taste. On this splendid night, you are not merely a traveler, but the most elegant protagonist within this flowing British masterpiece.

One of Macau's top hotels (right next to Hotel Okura). The room is massive, with a sofa big enough for one person to sleep on, and a private plunge pool. Both the elevator and the elevator lobby look incredibly luxurious. The in-room amenities are also top-notch, featuring a separate bathtub, a dedicated vanity, two TVs, and a mini-bar with all drinks and snacks complimentary. Even the bottled water is French Evian. After checking in at the front desk, a dedicated staff member escorts you to your room and explains all the facilities and important details. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

This time, I brought my mother to City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau for her birthday, and we had a truly unforgettable experience. Many thanks to the thoughtful front desk team, who prepared a birthday cake, flowers, fruits, and snacks in the room beforehand. This pleasant surprise deeply touched us. The 37th-floor room they arranged offered a superb view. The room's design featured soft lines, gentle lighting, and comfortable bedding. The hotel's calming essential oils and spray were also a thoughtful touch. In the evening, we could see drone performances outside the window, which was a fantastic experience. Both the hotel's architecture and interior design are avant-garde and modern, offering a visually stunning experience. It's conveniently located next to The House of Dancing Water, making it very easy to catch a show. From design to service, City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau truly sets a benchmark for modern hotels. We had a wonderful birthday trip and highly recommend it.

The most satisfying aspect of my trip to Wynn Macau was the room service. The room was clean and tidy, and every evening turn-down service left the bathroom as spotless as when I checked in. Items were neatly organized for easy use, and the shower glass was perfectly clean, without a single streak. The room service staff were of high quality. My biggest disappointment was the semi-buffet breakfast. The self-service options were limited, and the à la carte menu also offered very few choices. Surprisingly, taro cake was even one of the items you had to order. Because the à la carte main courses were small, I would always order two different ones. However, they would always be served at the same time, which speaks volumes about the quality of these main courses. I ate there for three consecutive days, and the menu was identical every day. The restaurant service was good, there weren't many guests, and the dining environment was pleasant. The Chinese restaurant, Wing Lei, is definitely worth recommending. It offers authentic Cantonese cuisine with exquisite culinary skills, and every dish was delicious. If I stay at Wynn again, I will certainly revisit Wing Lei.

In a compact city like Macau, the Mandarin Oriental is truly an urban oasis—just steps away from the hustle and bustle, yet maintaining an air of elegance and tranquility. From the moment you step inside, a sense of serenity washes over you, instantly melting away the fatigue of travel. The service is warm and attentive without being overbearing, striking the perfect balance. Riding the elevator amidst a soothing oriental fragrance and opening the door, the room felt cozy without being cramped, with a notably spacious bathroom that allows you to move around with total ease. The view of the Macau Tower outside the window was stunning. We were also lucky this time—thanks to the tip and recommendation from Kai at the front desk, we enjoyed a spectacular fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. The room amenities and hardware hold up to scrutiny with plenty of thoughtful touches; the bedding and toiletries were top-notch. Room service was particularly commendable—my child, who usually leaves food behind, wiped out a large portion of macaroni Bolognese, and paired with pastries from the hotel cake shop, Macau's other culinary offerings hardly seemed necessary! While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every dish was exquisite and delicious, quickly becoming our first treat to look forward to each morning. The only minor hiccup was regarding the extra bed. Since we were traveling with a child, the front desk kindly mentioned that they had upgraded us, offered a complimentary extra bed, and extended perks for Ctrip Black Diamond members. However, perhaps due to a miscommunication on my part, there was no extra bed in the room after all. We took the liberty of pushing the twin beds together ourselves and returned them to their original positions before check-out. That said, it didn't detract from our comfortable stay in the slightest. I hadn't stayed at Mandarin Oriental hotels often before, but this stay in Macau has made me completely fall in love with the brand. I look forward to exploring more MO properties with these wonderful memories in mind.
