I stayed at MO in Sanya before. The facilities were old and the beach was average. I was very disappointed, so I rarely chose MO afterwards. When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying: 1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍 2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake. 3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place. The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?

Very good apar**ent, it is a self-check-in apar**ent type, there is no front desk, the room is in a very good location, the lake view is very beautiful, and dining and transportation nearby are also relatively convenient, which is very suitable for family travel.

The hotel is conveniently located right out of the street of the hotel with things to do, restaurants and shops. The window looks straight out of the Alpine snow-capped mountains, and the room is big enough and the toilet is big enough.

This was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room – seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.

Service: Super good. Since it is a long way down the stairs, there is a bell to inform customers to ring the bell and the hotel staff will help carry the luggage and send customers to the room to guide them to check in! The location is excellent and the service is attentive. The restaurant below the hotel is actually a Michelin restaurant. It's great to have a drink in the evening and the drinks are not expensive! In addition, the hotel will give you a welcome coupon that can be exchanged for any drink, which is a great value.

To be honest, the hotel is very close to the train station, and the surroundings are very good, but the room is a bit awkward, the price is too expensive and breakfast is not included.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Lucerne train station. The interior environment is clean, bright and tidy, and there are many guests, which proves that the hotel has a good reputation. As a tourist, I am generally satisfied with my stay! 

It was all good. Facing down the lake makes it really relaxing. One can even rent a SUP at the concierge. It was maybe just a little bit too much attitudes at the check-in. Everything else is just perfect.

A few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.
