Retiro is the apartment for you if you are looking for a quiet place to rest and feel at home, without giving up the convenience of accommodation in the center. We are in fact 100 m. from the San Blas market and the historic center.

Spacious and well-equipped, Retiro is well-lit, but does not have views. To admire the city from above, we offer you the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor!

Retiro is a cozy apartment, perfect for 2 or 3 people. Among the features to highlight are:

- a large kitchen, with stove and microwave, which allows you to prepare your own meals at home
- comfortable bedrooms with cotton linens and premium mattresses
- a shower with hot water and constant pressure
- an intimate and comfortable room to watch TV (smart) or work on the computer

We also provide the electric heater to heat the room (very useful in winter!), the filter to make water drinkable (and reduce plastic), as well as hot water bottles, a plaid for the sofa, a selection of teas and infusions, a list of local tips... and many other little things that, over the years, we have learned to be very much appreciated by our guests.

The upper floor terrace (shared) is perfect for enjoying the panorama that the city of Cusco offers, from the snow-capped peak of Ausangate to the baroque bell towers of the center!

We are located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Independent entrance.

Our building is easily accessible from the driveway. You can ask the taxi driver to drop you off right in front of the building door! There are no stairs, hills or cobblestones...

We are located just a 10-minute walk from Pl. de Armas, 15 min. from Templo del Sol and 5 min. from Plazoleta San Blas. The San Blas market is just 120 m. from the house. The interurban bus stations to the Sacred Valley are within walking distance and the Limacpampa urban bus stop is just 5 minutes away.

Histórico is an apartment overlooking the internal courtyard. It is located on the second floor and is well lit, safe and quiet.

It boosts a brand-new, modern kitchen with gas stoves and electrical appliances (kettle, coffee machine, microwave). It has everything you need to cook your favorite meals!

The bathroom has gas heated water in the shower (hot water 24/7) and windows for ventilation. We provide 100% cotton towels, shampoo and shower gel.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a premium quality mattress: you will feel the difference! In the built-in wardrobe you will find more then enough space to store your clothes and belongings.

And finally, our little, cosy living room! The sofa is perfect to relax reading your favorite book or watching the best series on Netflix. And what if you need to get some work done? We provide a desk and a chair so you can sit comfortably next to the window and respond to emails or participate in video-calls!

And finally, on the fourth floor you can access a spacious panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city of Cusco: from the snow-capped peaks of Ausangate to the baroque domes of the churches in the center.

Access without stairs is perfect for those who fear fatigue due to the altitude. The interior does not have abundant natural light, but just outside the door you will find an outdoor space furnished with a comfortable sofa (private) and garden tables (shared). Our apartment overlooks the internal patio and is located on the ground floor. It is therefore easily accessible from the main road, even if you bring very heavy suitcases with you. It offers a large window onto the patio. The lighting inside is limited, but our guests can enjoy a coffee in the open air at the garden tables on the patio or on the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor.

It has a relaxation area with TV and sofa and a small but well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, kettle and coffee maker). We also have a water purifier so you don't have to buy plastic bottles in the shops!

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms located at the back: one double and one single. In the large room you will find a premium mattress and a very large wardrobe. In the small room there is a small wardrobe, a desk for working and access to a small laundry room, for hanging clothes and washing by hand.

In the well-ventilated bathroom, you will find a large shower with 24/7 hot water (gas) and white cotton towels.
