The hotel is very close to the TEXWORLD pavilion in Paris and it is only 10 minutes walk. Convenient for exhibitors. The hotel has just been renovated and looks new. The waiter is a bit old, but very patient and meticulous. Go out and turn right. There are two Chinese restaurants on the street, about 250 meters from the hotel. There is also a small convenience store, and the living facilities are very convenient. Breakfast is average and there are not many varieties. Hot water can be burned in the kitchen, but it seems that no hair dryer is seen. The room was very warm and lived like the home, very warm. Come back and live here.

The frontdesk was very helpful with everything from luggage storage to checking in. They facilities we got for the price was amazing, sauna, fitness room, and even a kitchen with all of the utensils! It's only a 15 minute drive from Paris CDG, and there are plenty of bakeries and takeaways nearby. Only downside from my experience was that our coffee machine was quite dirty so we didn't use it, and our dustbin lid was detached whilst the step-down was just not working. But they're jjust minor things for me

The bed was very good, though there was some deferred maintenance, like the hairdryer only working for 50 seconds. We were offered a different room but declined as it would have meant repacking everything. Also, amenities like a Nespresso machine and a kettle, mentioned in the description, were not in the room initially and were only brought later. The windows were very dirty. The front desk looked very good. The breakfast was decent, although there were no boiled eggs. My advice would be not to put all the food out at 7 AM, as the bread was already hard by 9 AM from sitting out too long.

This is really just a last-resort hotel; the cleanliness needs serious attention. The bedding was acceptable, but the overall state of the hotel needs a complete overhaul.
