An excellent hotel in every way. The only drawback is the location, since it is necessary to pay for taxis continuously to go and return to the city of Marrakech (250DH-350DH) each way. For the rest, personally, probably the best hotel in Marrakech, simply spectacular!

A wonderful hotel, with a calm atmosphere, cleanliness, and the staff are very friendly. Dinner in a tent in the garden was a special and happy experience that I have never experienced before. I have stayed in Sri Panwa, Phuket and Jumeirah, Maldives, but this hotel was just as good or even better.

The breakfast is very good, the service is very good, you can add an extra bed, the room has a kind of fragrance and feels good! It's very close to the palace and the city that never sleeps. There is a swimming pool where you can swim!

This hotel is a true five-star luxury hotel. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff, Lahcen and Reda, who provided impeccable service with many thoughtful touches and a rarely matched kindness. As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! Excellent place for stay in Marrakesh

One of the best hotels in the world in terms of service, facilities and food. La Mamounia is so rich in culture and heritage that there is a unique story in every part of the hotel. We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappointment was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Will definitely be back.

Staff and hotel we couldn’t fault. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble we got two phone calls to check all was okay. Highly recommend both the restaurants. Salah extremely friendly kept us hydrated whilst chilling around the pool.
