A wonderful hotel, with a calm atmosphere, cleanliness, and the staff are very friendly. Dinner in a tent in the garden was a special and happy experience that I have never experienced before. I have stayed in Sri Panwa, Phuket and Jumeirah, Maldives, but this hotel was just as good or even better.

One of the best hotels in the world in terms of service, facilities and food. La Mamounia is so rich in culture and heritage that there is a unique story in every part of the hotel. We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappointment was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Will definitely be back.

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! Beautiful hotel with impeccable service and high-quality amenities. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are magnificent, the food delicious, and the service incredible. This hotel is a true five-star luxury hotel. A special mention goes to the breakfast staff, Lahcen and Reda, who provided impeccable service with many thoughtful touches and a rarely matched kindness. Morocco and its people are very endearing with their kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

What made our stay truly exceptional was the outstanding hospitality we received. A special mention must go to Simo, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His cheerful personality and sunny smile were a constant source of warmth throughout our stay. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations, arranging logistics, or simply checking in to make sure we were enjoying our time, Simo’s attentiveness made us feel at home. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches that reflected the charm of Moroccan design. Breakfast each morning was a delight, featuring fresh and delicious local offerings. The riad’s peaceful courtyard and rooftop terrace provided the perfect spots to unwind after exploring the bustling streets of Marrakech. If you’re looking for a place that combines authentic Moroccan hospitality with impeccable service, Riad Janate is a perfect choice. I can’t thank Simo and the entire team enough for making our visit so special. Highly recommended!

做舊效果很出色，以為是很老的酒店，其實很新，住的那間更是重新裝修過第一次入住。床墊對於我這樣喜歡硬一點的來説太舒服了，躺下就能睡着。餐廳很好吃，特別推薦塔吉鍋橘子燉雞，跟傳統的檸檬燉雞不一樣，口味偏甜。橘子奶油湯和摩洛哥沙拉也都好吃。假如你受夠了老城裡摩託車的尾氣和千篇一律的旅遊紀念品商店，那就待在酒店裡，吃完早餐遊個泳，睡個午覺做個Spa，然後要一壺加糖的薄荷茶，坐在院子裏看書曬太陽，哪裡都不用去。（留了本中文版孤獨星球《摩洛哥》在酒店，需要的問前台借。）
