This is the hotel I am most satisfied with during this trip. The advantages are as follows:
1 The kitchen has complete cooking utensils and tableware
2 The bathroom has a washing machine for washing clothes
3 There are two bedrooms. If you want your children to sleep in one room and you and your lover to sleep in another room, this hotel can satisfy you
4 The balcony is nice and feels good
5 Good value for money

The disadvantage is that it is still a bit far from the station. If you don't take the bus (I remember that the bus in Switzerland is quite expensive), it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from Zurich Train Station

Good location although walking up the slope could be a little tiring with luggage. There is a bus that could shuttle to the nearest bus stop which is just 2 minutes away from ema resident.
Apartment is spacious with all the necessary setup. Amenities well appointed with washing machine, dryer, over and everything you need.
8 min walk to Zurich Central station and make it convenient to go anywhere.

Very spacious and clean apartment.
Its around 15mins walk to the main station.
TV remote spoiled, the batteries inside leaking, kettle spoiled, the drawers near the TV also spoiled, the drawers kept falling out.. room: 02
they only changed the kettle but tv remote still leaking and spoiled.
In the middle of the night, people playing fireworks on the streets for hours, very noisy.
Overall still a comfortable stay.

I was surprised by the low rating this accommodation has; it doesn't deserve such a low score. The cleanliness was excellent, as was the self-check-in with a code. The location was quiet, and the amenities were good, including a hairdryer, two TVs, heating, a microwave, and plenty of hot water. However, there are several things that could be improved, especially regarding sleep. First, the windows don't block out noise. Second, they should consider soundproofing the ceilings (this was my least favorite issue since I was on the ground floor). Finally, the pillows need replacing and should be of better quality. Lastly, the floor is made of some material that swelled when it came into contact with the shower water, and the bathroom door doesn't close completely. Overall, I think it's quite good value for money.

This was one of the best stays we have ever had, especially because of how beautifully the room was decorated and how clean everything was. From the very first day, it looked very pretty and well maintained. The location is also very convenient since it is close to the metro station.
One more thing that I really liked is their luggage service. If you arrive early, they will keep your luggage for you. Even after checkout, if your flight is in the evening, they will still hold your luggage without any extra fee, which is honestly great.
I would definitely recommend this place. 10 out of 10.

The room was very clean, but noticeably smaller than depicted in the photos—a feeling worsened by the slanted ceilings on the 5th floor. Also, if you book a room with a kitchenette, be aware that basic cooking staples like salt and pepper are not provided.

The location is really good, however we’re here in summer, there’s no AC, and only has a small cracky fan which doesn’t help with the heat. We are on the ground floor so we couldn’t open the window all the way at night too, the hair dryer is also very weak. The kitchen supplies are good for such a small studio apartment tho, check in is very smooth, they just send us an email with the code to enter our apartment. Maybe it’s a good apartment for fall or winter, definitely not summer tho

Honestly, after reading some online reviews, we were mentally prepared for the worst — but it turned out much better than expected. The apartment was actually clean. The floor may look a little “dirty” at first glance, but it’s really just the design and texture of the tiles.
The room is definitely compact, but for two people it was just nice and manageable for a short stay. The location is also very convenient, 5 mins walking distance to Zürich HB.
Another thing we liked was the contactless check-in process. They sent the check-in instructions and access code by email the day before arrival, which made everything very smooth and easy.
One downside though: checkout time was 10am, but around 9am a housekeeping staff knocked and opened the door quite quickly before we had properly responded, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Also, do note that you need to check out right before 10am, otherwise the access code will no longer work. Other than that, the stay was overall pleasant and convenient for a short stay.

The room was clean and spacious, very convenient to get to Zurich city and SSB. The check-in process was straightforward. I was a bit worry after reading all the other reviews but no problem at all!! I was staying in a room at 6th floor. It was lovely and quiet. So I am very pleased.

The location is super convenient, right in the city center. It's about a 10-minute walk to Zurich HB (main train station), and there's a supermarket and the Limmat River nearby. It's also very close to the Swiss National Museum, Bahnhofstrasse, and the Old Town, making getting around incredibly easy.

All amenities and services as advertised. The room is very clean. Beds, Blankets and Pillows are really good. The AC is pretty weak, but if you open the windows, expect noise from the plethora of bars and clubs nearby till late at night.

We enjoyed the hotel breakfast which had warm options daily (scrambled eggs, mushrooms, potatoes, bacon, sausage - usually 3 of these available daily. My 2 issues: bath tub was badly scratched and stained and water was not able to flow down. Not well maintained compared to the rest of the room. The Adler is an excellent choice hotel in the heart of Old Zürich. As a global business traveller, I have stayed in over 100 hotels. This hotel offers the perfect location to see Zürich with a short 10 min walk from Zürich HB🚄 Train Station. The single room is sufficient, clean and well stocked with a kettle, coffee, tea, slippers and a gift cloth shopping bag. If you need extra complimentary beverages they are stocked in the fridge on the 1st floor stairwell. Checkin was fast, and you can pre-checkin on your email link. At the time of writing this, there was some city construction of the surrounding streets due to underground work. Hopefully this will be completed by early spring. Should your shoes get a little dirty, there is a shoe shine machine on the 2nd stairwell. The breakfast is a healthy Swiss style breakfast of fresh bread, croissants🥐, yogurts, fresh warm boiled eggs, cold cuts, smoked salmon❤️ , cheese, cereals, lots of fruits, milk, juice and an excellent coffee machine for the perfect creama coffee☕.

The room was spacious with a kettle and good ventilation. The shower had excellent hot water pressure. For Switzerland, where food options can be limited, the breakfast was indeed very rich, offering hot items like fried eggs, pancakes, bacon, and sausages (most hotels only offer cold meals). However, when checking in, the front desk girl quoted a discounted breakfast price of 25 CHF. At checkout, a different male staff member tried to charge the original price of 32 CHF. I had to point out the agreed-upon price to get him to charge 25 CHF. It was a bit ridiculous; if I hadn't said anything, would he have just overcharged me? The hotel management has issues and should clearly display breakfast prices. Also, the hotel is located near an office area, so restaurants are closed on weekends.FromDKK 1,150
