The room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling, big windows with antique vibes. The room is modernly designed with great amenities. I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries. The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful, very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum, should I add more ?

Hotel location is good and easy to walk around to see several of the attractions and get food. Only issue we had was the rooms had ants in the original room we were in. However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the station, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. It is not noisy, but it is the other guests in the hotel who are noisy. The soundproofing of the room is very poor. However, the hotel room is very dark and feels old, but the toilet is very bright and well designed. The layout of the whole room is very strange, there are many elevators, and I almost got lost. The overall service of the hotel is still OK.

The hotel is okay. It’s far away from the city. About a 10 minute walk to the metro. If you take the train into the city the closet station is La Rustica, literally nothing around and Ubers cost 20-30 USD. The hotel room was clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was good. The gym was also equipped with machines and couple cardio equipment. The stay was okay overall.

Termini Central Station Rome|0.18km from city center
I actually quite liked the classical style, and the room was very spacious. The toiletries were Acqua di Parma, and the location was very close to Termini Station and the Repubblica metro station, just a few minutes' walk – these were all definite plusses. What was particularly bad was the service. When checking in, there were two lines, and one of them had no one in it. The staff didn't seem to be doing anything. After waiting for a long time, I tried asking and it turned out they could process check-ins there, but it felt like they'd just ignore you if you didn't ask. Also, they didn't mention anything about breakfast times or anything else, whereas the other line, dealing with Americans, got all sorts of reminders and information. We actually speak decent English and had done some research, learned a few Italian phrases, and were very polite, so I'm not sure if it was a staff difference or what. The concierge at the front desk was similar; we arrived around 1 PM and were told rooms wouldn't be ready until 2:30 PM, so we needed to store our luggage. The luggage storage area was locked. The concierge didn't offer to take our luggage or open the door proactively. After we asked, he just opened the door expressionlessly, as if it was a huge effort. For our family of three, they added a small bed to the room. There was a connecting door in the wardrobe area to the adjacent room. Although it was locked, we heard the neighbor trying to twist the handle a few times at night, and it was quite loud. I'm pretty sure the other room was just curious, as I even tried twisting it myself to see how secure it was... but hearing that sudden noise in the middle of the night was unsettling. Breakfast was also very mediocre. The bread quality was average, the coffee was average, and the freshness of the fruit was noticeably worse than at the hotels we stayed at in Florence. It might offer decent value for money. You might want to consider what factors are most important to you before choosing this place.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast, though simple, was a nice touch as they proactively offered freshly brewed coffee. We stayed in a triple room; the double bed was very spacious, and while the single bed wasn't huge, it was perfectly acceptable for a 16-year-old. For three people including breakfast, the hotel offers decent value for money. There's a fantastic Filipino restaurant nearby that's definitely worth checking out!

I stayed at this hotel during my honeymoon trip to Italy after getting married on November 1st. Before our trip, I inquired about possible honeymoon benefits, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room. We originally booked a standard double room, but the hotel kindly gave us one with a terrace, where my husband and I enjoyed some wine together. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also provided a city map and recommended sightseeing routes around Rome, which was very helpful for first-time visitors. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, with easy access to trains, buses, and the metro. When we missed Korean food, we found two Korean restaurants within a 5-minute walk, which was nice. It was our first trip to Italy, and we were very happy with our stay. I especially appreciated the wooden floors instead of carpet — it felt much cleaner and more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at UNA Hotel for a memorable time in Rome!.

This hotel was an amazing experience. The staff were all lovely helpful and friendly. The essentials in the little shop next to the reception desk was a handy touch. There's a natural spring just a minute walk from the hotel which is helpful for topping up water bottles. As a female solo traveller I was worried about picking a safe location I always felt safe walking to and from the metro and around the local area even when it was dark. Everything you need is nearby and easy to get around from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was good. The hotel atmosphere was calm which was good for me as I don't drink so didn't want a chaotic environment. I booked a room with a terrace I did feel slightly awkward when other people were using theirs too as it's not very private but I think that's more of a me problem it was still really nice to have that space to enjoy the hot weather when resting at the hotel. The air con was amazing and handy to have a smart TV with YouTube.

## Review **Hygiene:** The cleaning staff's hygiene awareness is seriously lacking. On the third day, when they came to clean, I was in the room. The first thing the attendant did after entering was to put the new bedsheets and duvet cover directly on my suitcase. My suitcase had just traveled across three continents and endured countless transfers; placing them anywhere else would have been better. **Service:** Most staff spoke English, but the cleaning staff didn't speak a word. The restaurant on the first floor served good food and always had a live pianist, creating a lovely ambiance. However, the main course on the first night was incredibly slow to arrive – it probably took 1 hour and 20 minutes from ordering until it was served. By then, I was already full from the pasta. Some of the waitstaff were quite arrogant. The young man who greeted me on the first night asked if I had a reservation. When I said no, he declared, 'you have to reserve.' Yet, he still gave me a table. On the last day, I walked in at lunch without a reservation again, and no one cared at all; other guests also hadn't reserved. It felt like I was 'schooled' for no reason on the first night. He also flat-out refused my request to sit indoors, saying, 'Why sit inside when everyone else is outside?' However, on my last day, when he wasn't there, another young waiter actually asked if I preferred sitting outdoors or indoors, and I chose indoors. On the last day at lunch, the restaurant wouldn't allow suitcases inside, demanding they be checked in with a blunt attitude. The old man in charge of luggage storage was even worse, acting incredibly arrogant several times when I went to get water or retrieve my bag. Furthermore, the last day is typically check-out day, so staff shouldn't even be entering the room to clean. Even if communication within the team is poor, they should at least knock before entering, right? Luckily, I had the security chain on, or else they would have just walked right in. My room wasn't cleaned on the second day, even though my 'do not disturb' sign was only up until 3 PM. The fact that the staff made no checks whatsoever between 3 PM and the end of their shift indicates extremely unprofessional management. **Amenities & Policies:** The room was large and had a balcony, which was great. The amenities were a bit subpar. The toilet seat had no soft-close mechanism whatsoever, creating a huge bang when it came down, a stark contrast to the Hotel Cerretani Firenze - MGallery Collection, where I stayed immediately afterward, which had silent toilet seats. Also, water at the Crowne Plaza costs money; you get two free bottles daily, and then it's 3 Euros per bottle. Considering the hotel's good value for money overall, this is acceptable. **Location:** It's located in the southwest suburbs. If you drive directly to the city center, it takes less than 20 minutes, but getting a taxi requires matching and waiting, and public transport involves transfers to the subway, with bus schedules often unreliable. This makes getting around quite a hassle. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but it's paid (5-8 Euros) and runs infrequently to limited destinations. I only took it once to the Colosseum, and even then, the drop-off point was still a long walk from the attraction. **Sleep Quality:** Generally quiet, with not much noise during the day or night. I heard a bit of talking the night before I left, but it was nothing bothersome. **Biggest Advantage:** Value for money. For less than 2000 RMB a night, including breakfast, for a room of this size and with the IHG brand, it felt like a fair deal.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and very close to Termini Station. The staff are all incredibly warm and friendly. The breakfast is really good, with a wide variety of options. The breakfast staff, in particular, were wonderful; they'd ask if you wanted coffee and their cappuccinos were delicious. When they saw us carrying our luggage upstairs for breakfast, they were incredibly helpful when we left, carrying our bags down to the elevator, pressing the button for us, and politely saying goodbye. Disposable slippers are provided. The only downsides are that the hotel facilities are a bit dated, and they don't seem to provide a full box of tissues.
