The hotel is in a great location, in the city center, within walking distance of surrounding attractions The hotel service is super good, the service staff sitting in the lobby will check you in, The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a lot of pastries The restaurant and infinity pool on the top floor of the hotel have a great view, I will come again next time!

Although the hotel is not big, it is very exquisite and the service is very good! The Greeks are really friendly. They clean up the room as soon as you leave, probably two or three times a day. The most important thing is that you can look at the Acropolis while eating in the restaurant, which feels very comfortable!

Great location. We chose a room on the 7th floor overlooking the central square and the Greek Parliament. From my room, I could clearly see the Acropolis and Panathinaiko stadium. The hotel is old-fashioned so the room is not spacious. I stayed on the 7th floor, below the restaurant, so at night the sound of tables and chairs being moved kept me awake.

The facilities are average. Because it is an old hotel, the facilities are not the most advanced, but they are sufficient. The service is very good. The breakfast is a buffet, not very rich, but it is OK. The breakfast room is on the rooftop, and you can see the Acropolis. Beautiful!

The room service is in place, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete. From the balcony of the room, you can see the changing of the guard in front of the Parliament Building. It's a pity that the room size is small. You can enjoy delicious food while enjoying the beautiful view during breakfast. The Acropolis and Parthenon are in sight.

設施：非常實用和夠用，靠窗有很長的桌子，適合看書，特別適合早餐，因為早餐是每天早上按照約定的時間送到房間，而且早餐太豐盛了，也至於我們第一天選多了吃不完，所以後麪兩天就減少了。 衞生：非常乾淨。 環境：位置非常好，雅典市中心，樓下就是100年老教堂，周邊雅典的景點步行就可以。 服務：非常非常好，3天的前台美女和帥哥，都很有耐心；特別是那兩個美女（記不得希臘名字了抱歉），非常友好、愉快，周到。 我們是住了兩天，離開去島上回來後又入住的。 這家酒店特別適合第一次到雅典的小白，適合有小孩的家庭。

Did not use any of the facilities. Everything else was good. Not sure if it was connected to the hotel or a coincidence but for the first time in my 50 years of using a credit card I experienced invalid charges to my credit card. The hotel asked to scan the card for incidentals during check-in. Three days later the invalid transactions were on my credit card. Sharing in the event that others may have had the same experience at this hotel.

Absolutely loved my time in this hotel! Had a great time, amazing poo, incredible roof top restaurant, the most iconic view possible ever in all of Athens with a beautiful setting!! Could not have asked for more!! totally loved it would definitely come back :) Also loved the set out, all of the marble, the foyer and the staff were amazing to me and the restaurant team really did a lot to look after me and my dietary sensitivities!! What a delightful hotel. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights from the 2nd to the 6th of December '23. Thye staff were more than helpful, from the staff at breakfast to the reception staff and the young chap on the door. The breakfast was ample with a good selection of hot and cold food. The views from the dining area were spectaular from either side. The bedroom was ample with balcony. The house maids cleaned and tidied the room every morning. The shower was hot and with great water pressure. We will certainly stay in this hotel when we return to Athens. To all of the staff....'take a bow'... you deserve it !

Plaka Hotel Stay: Jan 20th to Jan 30th Rm 511 My second time stay. Enjoyed my stay to the hilt. Staff very friendly. House keep was excellent. Used Plaka as my base to visit the Islands, wandered the Peloponnese and local markets. I would like to especially thank Miss ”Eva” of front desk. She is the star at the breakfast room in the morning as she chimes ” Kala Mera”. Politely comes to the table asking about any help we wanted or any tips to visit a place of interest or any discomfort the previous day with which she could help. She was genuinely interested in helping. Her multicultural knowledge including multi language capability was very valuable in easy conversation. She is a great asset to Plaka Hotel. Her colleagues at the front desk including the gentlemen were very friendly and we felt that we were returning home as we came back in the eve and were greeted with smiles. One disconcerting aspect of the elevators in Plaka hotel was the offending smell that emanated sometime. And one suggestion to the management is to add sliders under the furniture legs on the roof restaurant as they keep moving it late in the night causing noise. But it did not take away from our enjoying the stay. Thanks to Plaka Hotel for a delightful stay of ten days. We will come back next year. Looking forward! R. V (NJ US)

It’s a very basic economic hotel. I booked the premium room with a balcony for city view, but everything (the room, the breakfast, the vibe, the staff) is still very basic. Also, there isn’t any window in the toilet so it always smells bad. The location is very good tho, close to everything. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. Living here makes me feel Athens isn’t that good. I lived in another hotel after 2 days and it made me feel Athens much better.

Good location and good service.. we all 6 persons stayed at the hotel for 4 nights alternately. Our luggage stored at the hotels safety. They helped us to book cub and prepared the breakfast for us at 5:30am before morning time. Absolutely, thank you very much for all staffs including in the Kitchen. Besides, the roof of my hotel is very amazing that you can see the Acropolis all days. The sunset around the Acropolis is extremely beautiful.

Located in the heart of Athens between Akropolis and Syntagma Square it is in a perfect location to cultural explore, go for shopping as well as arrange business meetings. Many restaurants and coffee places, all in walking distance. Main reason to choose Elia Ermou was the room size as it is 20+ sqm, and it has a parking garage in the same building. Further to mention is the nice roof top restaurant in the 7th floor with terrace and Akropolis view. One minor issue to mention is if a little more silence is required a room on the higher floors and not on the Ermou side might be the better choice… Overall verdict, being a globally experienced traveler, 5 stars !

The 8th and 9th floors of the hotel, as well as the rooftop breakfast area (which is also the top floor), offer direct views of the Parthenon. Plus, the infinity pool on the rooftop is perfect for photos! Probably because there are so many guests (and many rooms), after calling the front desk, service takes a long time to arrive (sometimes I even had to directly ask a housekeeper in the hallway for what I needed). The room facilities are quite old. Around noon, the front desk gets swamped with guests checking out. On another note, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the old town every hour on the dot.
