To be fair, my room wasn't ready at 3:30 PM check-in, even though I had completed the pre-arrival procedure and paid the deposit in advance. Upon arrival, I was told the room wasn't ready, and I had to wait a long time to get checked in. What was the point of the pre-arrival process then? Entering the room, there was a pervasive disinfectant smell, especially near the bathroom. At night, the creaking floorboards from the room above were quite loud, though I understand this is often unavoidable in older buildings. The bathroom water pressure was just average. On the positive side: The location is excellent, and the à la carte breakfast options were good quality, but the buffet selection was very limited. The so-called 'butler' service seemed to consist of a single brief encounter – that was it.

I had such a wonderful stay at Raffles Sentosa. My butlers, Ronnie and Christopher, really made the experience special - they always seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. A real highlight was my 10pm bath every night, which they prepared perfectly. With all the rain during my stay, it was exactly what I needed to wind down. Breakfast at Empire Grill has really improved as well. I couldn’t go without the salmon eggs benedict and the crêpe - both were spot on every morning. I had dinner at the Empire Grill and Royal China as well this time which was perfect for hosting my guests. I also had a massage with Feifei, which was fantastic. She’s excellent and I’d highly recommend her to anyone staying at the resort. All in all, it was a memorable stay with those little touches that make Raffles feel so special.

The mattress comfort was decent, a bit softer than what you'd find in China, and the pillows were a bit too high. There's a capsule coffee machine in the room. During Christmas, there were many Westerners, but even more numerous were Indians with their diverse aromas. The executive lounge on the third floor is open from 5 PM to 7 PM. They seem to treat Westerners with more warmth and attentiveness. If you ask a server to make a drink, they'll pretend to politely agree and then disappear. There were only a few unappetizing hot dishes like fried chicken and roasted potatoes, along with some cold cuts, cheese, smoked salmon, and seaweed sushi. The beers available were Heineken and Tiger.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully blending historical charm with modern elegance and art. Its location in Sentosa is superb. Communication in Chinese was seamless. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, always offering genuine smiles and patient service. The Chinese restaurant is excellent, and the afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious. Thank you; I will definitely choose Capella again for my next visit.

I recently stayed at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The elegant design, paired with high-end amenities like Bottega Veneta toiletries and a Nespresso machine, made the stay both luxurious and comfortable. The bed was plush and perfect for a restful night. One of the standout experiences was the rooftop pool and Lantern bar. Watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand, overlooking the Marina Bay Sands light show, was unforgettable. The hotel's central location made exploring the city effortless—most major attractions were within walking distance. Dining at La Brasserie was another highlight. The French menu was well-curated, and breakfast offered a diverse spread of international and local dishes. I also highly recommend the afternoon tea at The Landing Point—beautiful presentation and rich flavors. Although there’s no on-site spa, the hotel arranged a complimentary limousine to its sister property, The Fullerton Hotel, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by Marina Bay, making it a pleasant walk to Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion. Suntec City, a favorite among locals, is also just a 5-minute stroll away. The rooms are newly renovated and feel fresh, though they do strike me as a bit on the smaller side, lacking a certain spaciousness. The lobby also feels a little cramped due to the elevators. However, the overall color scheme is very appealing. The 5th-floor swimming pool offers fantastic views of the entire Marina Bay. Service is definitely a highlight; both the doormen and front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, truly stunning. The service is exceptional. Every room comes with a dedicated butler, so you really don't have to worry about language barriers. It's an especially wonderful experience if you're traveling with kids.

The hotel staff service on check in is very good and room was upgraded from the deluxe suite to premium suite by the reception. Room is excellent and the facilities provided in the room is excellent. Super comfy bed mattress and slept very well. The hotel to the Genting Sentosa resort ****** is just within the same hotel building.
