Хороший отель, удобно расположен в самом центре, персонал на ресепшн всегда готов помочь. У нас был очень просторный номер с видом на город и на Везувий. Второе окно выходило в колодец, что было удобно, его можно было оставлять открытым на ночь и дышать свежим воздухом, не слыша шума улицы.
Завтрак разнообразный. Обслуживание хорошее. В отеле есть лифт.

Service: Picking up and dropping off luggage, parking the car on behalf of others is very good
Facilities: There are not many underground parking spaces and the price is 50€/day.

Naples is the only city with high-rises on my trip to Italy. This Renaissance location is not bad. The subway is very close. It is also close to Newcastle, the town hall, and the port.
There are several steps at the entrance of the hotel, there is no barrier-free access, and heavy boxes are more painful. Of course, if there is staff, they will help, but not always ...
The breakfast environment of the hotel is good, overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea. The variety is not particularly large but it is enough. There is an automatic muffin making, which looks very fun.
The facilities of this hotel are slightly old and the bathroom has cracks, which is not comparable to that of a Mercure in Palermo. And the hotel does not provide bottled water, of course, there is a supermarket diagonally opposite, and shopping is very convenient.

The hotel is in a great location, especially after the renovation, the room has a strong sense of design, large space, clean and tidy, complete items, and warm and friendly service staff. Standing on the balcony of the room, the sea and sky are one color. The restaurant on the top floor has a wide view and rich desserts. I accidentally saw a seagull resting outside the window and pacing on the windowsill. It cooperated with me to take pictures, which added a bit of fun. I drank an extra cup of coffee ☕ I especially like the guy in charge of the restaurant that day, the service was patient and thoughtful!

The hotel is located high above Naples. Although it is not near the old town in the center of the city, it is quiet. The view is beautiful. The bed in the room is very comfortable. The hotel is modern and the lights are all touch-screen. The breakfast is very rich and the view is first-class. The sea view room I booked seemed to be upgraded. The room is quite large and the decoration is very ”palace” feeling. I feel very happy when I wake up. In addition, the sea is super close when I open the window. The opposite is the Castel dell'Ovo and I can see the houses along the coastline of Naples. The scenery is really beautiful. The service is also good. Very professional and polite, very Italian. The shower room is super large and has two shower heads. Two people can take a shower together... But it seems unnecessary. Instead, the toilet space is very small and cramped. There is no place to put toiletries in the shower room. This design is quite special. Overall, it is good. If you live by the sea, I think it is ok to choose this hotel. You can't go wrong.

Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else is very satisfactory. Of course, the inconvenience of transportation is exchanged for unbeatable sea views and fascinating rooftop dining scenery.
The hotel rooms are large, with great views, great blackout facilities and good soundproofing.
I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, but I had lunch in the restaurant on the top floor. The sun was shining on me, and I had lunch with the seagulls. I looked at the Castel dell’Ovo nearby and Mount Vesuvius in the distance, and all I could see was the Mediterranean Sea. The food provided by the hotel is also very delicious. The octopus salad I ordered was very satisfying.

The taxi from Naples Central Station to the hotel was 20 euros. You must bargain in Naples, hahaha. The hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes walk to the Royal Palace of Naples. The room is large, and the facilities are old but complete, clean and hygienic. The room includes breakfast and dinner. The breakfast restaurant is on the first floor, and the dinner restaurant is on the top floor, with a sea view. Dinner starts at 19:30. The main meal is not a buffet. There are three courses in total, appetizer, main course (pasta & soup or meat, choose one), and dessert. Recommended appetizer is sea bream, main course is grilled seafood, and dessert is tiramisu (very big)

Hidden gem inside the city. 15 minute walk to spacconapoli, 25 minutes to the birthplace of pizza. It’s furnished super nicely, and decadent in some ways but also hidden in what looks like a lackluster apartment building. Acceptable breakfast, good service and a comfortable sleep

The location was great and the wonderful view that I had never seen from the room spread out, and I was able to enjoy walking around the area.
