Clean, good service and very high quality rooms! Bad points: curtains have no blackouts, which makes you wake up with the sunrise, not letting much space for a good rest; breakfast not so good. I think for one of the highest prices in town, the could improve.

The hotel front desk is very polite and courteous, and the service attitude is particularly good! I went to take the exam and saw the blessing message at the door before entering the interview. I only stayed for one day because I had to take the exam the next afternoon. I coordinated with the front desk to delay the check-out and the front desk agreed to the request without any objection. Stayed for two nights, the hotel upgraded the room for free, and there is a restaurant on the second floor to eat, which is very convenient. The rooms are well equipped and the room service and restaurant service are satisfactory. Two problems: First, the room temperature was too high, about 30 degrees, and there was no temperature control. I reported this to the hotel, and they said that the heating temperature in Xiahe is always that high and the hotel cannot control it. We opened the windows and drew the curtains, but didn't dare turn on the lights because there was a hotel across the street. We couldn't fall asleep in bed at all. It felt like we were in a scorching hot room with no ventilation or air conditioning. It was minus 14 degrees outside, but it was suffocatingly hot inside! We, an elder who was almost 70 years old, had to travel the next day, so we didn't sleep the whole night and just endured the scorching heat.

The restaurant on the second floor or the third floor is under renovation. There are workers transporting materials in and out of the hotel, so it is a bit dirty. The breakfast room is on the first floor. It is very simple. The beef noodles have not eaten a piece of beef for two days... The front desk staff in and out of the lobby have been chasing dramas on the mobile phone.

During peak season, definitely don't drive there; the traffic will be terrible. Park at this hotel and walk; it's very convenient. Breakfast: Beef noodles with an egg or porridge and steamed buns. The beef noodles at the partner breakfast shop are quite authentic. The beef noodles mentioned here are Lanzhou beef noodles, not Sichuan or Jiangsu style beef noodles. The location is on the main street, the location is easy to find, the room is large and clean, there is an underground parking lot, parking is convenient, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, the yak hot pot recommended to us is very good, delicious, large quantity and very affordable, I will stay here again if I have the chance in the future😊
