I stayed at Sunway Resort Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep. Facilities like the shower and air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the housekeeping kept everything tidy. The location is very convenient, especially being close to Sunway Pyramid mall. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, I would definitely come back again.

Convenient location as it is linked to Subway Pyramid shopping mall, restaurants and shops are just a stone throw away. Love the bright hallways and room. However it would be great if the hotel provides ev charging point, currently it’s only available in the preferred parking section in the mall, extra fee needed to top up according to parking time on top of the daily parking fee.

Choosing One World Hotel for our Kuala Lumpur trip was absolutely the best decision! The space was incredibly generous, and the two 1.5-meter beds were so soft and comfortable, ensuring we slept wonderfully. It truly lives up to its reputation as a top luxury hotel, with impeccable attention to detail: the 24-hour front desk was always helpful, and the complimentary parking and luggage storage were a huge convenience for our road trip. The lavish breakfast buffet every morning was the perfect start to our energetic explorations of the city. Its prime downtown location made getting around incredibly easy. From the attentive service to the excellent facilities, our five-night stay was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for families planning a visit!

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel, with polite and helpful staff. Conveniently located within a mega mall (One Utama) which has so many shops and restaurants. Took a coach (First Coach) from Singapore which dropped me off at the mall. There is an MRT station at the mall (Bandar Utama) which can bring you to KL city centre.

am extremely disappointed with the unacceptable conditions I experienced. The water quality was shockingly poor — it came out dark yellow, which is completely unhygienic and unsafe. Furthermore, due to the public holiday, both the restaurant service and the shuttle van arrangements were handled in an appallingly disorganised manner. The lack of proper planning and management caused me significant inconvenience. This level of service is entirely below standard.

Stayed there for 1 night. The room was overall clean, spacious and comfortable. The kids went to the swimming pool, and the small water park. Next to the pool there are free table tennis, badminton, basketball, archery and darts game to play. We dined at the Zest Lounge for dinner. Foods are overall good, love their satay! But the table mats need to be changed/cleaned, as you can still see the stains- a bit disgusting.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offerings. They offered a wide range of options including fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, and a selection of hot dishes like scrambled eggs and sausages, roti canai , yam cake, sushi…I found the breakfast to be a delightful start to the day, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying there!!!

One of my favorites hotel for Marriot brand hotel. I made a summary here: 1. Service was just ok only. 2. Location is close to mall. 3. Price of the hotel is reasonable, as I get great offer in the merdeka month. 4. Comfort room and facility. 5. Breakfast was a lot of choice but limited serve, weird 6. Hotel is old a bit but things still new 7. Bad thing is complementary parking is only once per entry, if you stay long hours just park and waive it when discharge. Overall if I pay the price the thing I get is reasonable, hope they can improve on the customer servicing.

The room was very spacious, and the front desk staff was very patient when I arrived late at night. They even thoughtfully told me I could order late-night snacks, and the food cart could be brought directly to my room, which was very convenient. The hygiene was also excellent; the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, the sink was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable and spotless. The service staff were all very polite. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Spacious and very comfortable stay that I had so far! All basic equipments are good and complete, plus when you stay here you got quite nice view! Very well run hotel. Location is excellent as the Bandar Utama MRT station is just a few minutes away via a covered walk. One Utama shopping mall is right after the MRT exit. Access to lobby by car is good but the lobby entrance is not easily visible (you don’t want to turn into the Power House lobby next to the hotel and be confronted by their security). See photo for lobby entrance. This was taken long before Avante was renamed M World. The sign & position has since been updated but I think it is still not prominent enough.
