The hotel is very well located and beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and very comfortable, the service is perfect with smiled and ready to speak English. Breakfast is complete and varied.
Negative points: The garage is not notified in advance and for exit, a coin is required to be asked at the reception. However, knowing that, the hotel is perfect.

Quite disappointed with the stay. We paid extra for the Kind Aqua Deluxe room because of the room photo showing the window with arcs, but we were assigned the normal window view. By cancelling the housekeeping, you were only given 1 cocktail per room, instead of other hotel chains where 2 drinks were given. The hotel has already save housekeeping cost, but only one drink were given as they hope the 2nd guest will spend on the drink. It will be more hospitable if 2 drinks were given or based on number of guest.

Stayed as a couple at Club King Double room for 5 nights during the Amphi Festival.
Pros:
- Unbeatable location, walking distance to everything while not within the Old Town which is way too touristy. Five-minute walk from the train that takes you straight to the airport.
- Room 99% soundproof, very private and peaceful (stayed at the Club floor, 6/6).
- Amazing bed.
- Full-size working desk in the room.
- Daytime service very professional, helpful, and friendly.
- The Club Floor lounge has it's own very good breakfast buffet (included with the Club rooms at no extra cost - apart from the higher cost of the Club room itself - so you might skip paying extra for the regular breakfast at the restaurant). Also daytime tea with cake and an evening snack are served as well. The snack could become your legitimate dinner if you need it, as there are hot options and appetizers. Amazing view of the cathedral from the Lounge.
- The food was amazing.
Cons:
- The night shift staff is not at the same level as the day shift, so try to resolve your matters during the day.
- Some visible wear and tear in the room (not important to me, but might bother some who expect everything to be 100% at this price point).
Overall:
- Highly recommend, would stay again.

The room is better than expected, and the facilities are well maintained. Before checking in, I wondered if this hotel was very old, after all, it has been open for so long. I didn't expect it to be so good. The bathroom is also very large, and the bathtub and shower are separate.

The facilities are showing their age, especially the bathroom. There's only a bathtub, and showering in it felt inconvenient and somewhat unsafe due to how slippery it was. Cleanliness was acceptable. The location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast service was a bit uncomfortable; you couldn't serve yourself coffee, and staff would clear plates before we were finished eating, which made us feel rushed and quite uneasy. I suppose they might have thought this was attentive service.

This hotel offers good value for money in Cologne. The facilities are a little dated, but the staff are very welcoming. Getting to Cologne Cathedral is super convenient; it's just a short walk across from the main train station. Although the hotel is visibly older, it's still quite comfortable.

The room is very spacious and clean. The lobby of the hotel is very fashionable and atmospheric. There are many shortcomings. The room only provides free bottled water on the first day of check-in. Clean towels are only provided on the second day. Did not replace with a new one the next day and did not leave a new tissue 🧻 4-star charge without 4-star service

A business hotel that is very suitable for short stays on business trips. It is a 10-minute walk from the Messe train station. There are many dining options around the train station. The room facilities are good, and bottled drinking water is provided. The breakfast is good. I will stay here again next time.

The location is good, it's only a ten-minute walk to Cologne Cathedral, and it's also very close to the main train station. The hotel is not big, the decoration is OK, it feels like the money has been spent on the whole house smart system, there is no small refrigerator but there is a coffee machine. The toiletries are L'Occitane and they are pretty good, overall it's OK. Because there is a premium during the exhibition, everything else is OK.

The price/performance ratio is OK. If you walk to the cathedral and the train station, it will take about ten minutes. It is quite convenient. There is an elevator under the hotel that goes directly to the subway line to buy a German monthly ticket, which can be convenient for any transportation.

I spent 2 nights there which was really lovely ~~ location is convenient, 5mins’ walking distance to Cologne Cathedral & the station ~~ staff there r warm and considerate , I hurt my knees badly after TMB hiking, they tried best to help on this .
Nice experience, I would like to stay there again next time when I go to cologne :)

It is a good choice for business trips. Recently, hotels near the exhibition are generally more expensive, but the overall price of the New Yorker hotel is still good, the total price is really lower than the hotel next to it. The gym is not bad, the breakfast is not bad, the walking distance is not so close. But it's acceptable in about 20 minutes.

The hotel is very suitable from the airport, the city center, and the exhibition. This price can be ordered to have an early breakfast. It is really touching...I can't understand the German bed, the good bed, the purple sauce, the neck hurts, hahaha

I booked the mixed 4-bed dorm as there were no other options in the city under €300/night. The location is very convenient and quiet, making it easy to get around by foot or public transport. The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful.
However, I didn’t feel fully comfortable sharing the room with three men, especially since there were no curtains for privacy on the beds. Cleanliness could be improved, as there was visible dust, the room wasn’t well lit, and the outlets and reading light at my bed didn’t work. The bathrooms also lacked ventilation and a bath mat, which caused humidity and puddles after showering.
For €74 per night, I expected more comfort and cleanliness. Still, this hostel has great potential if some improvements are made.FromPLN 44

First impressions I'll have to be honest and say it wasn't great .
Then the more we got a feeling of the area & the room & its amenities we took a step back and realised it's not bad at all. It certainly isn't the Ritz, but you sometimes have to take a step back and accept for what the price we paid in a major city with a brilliant location. It's a very good deal. Room. The cleaner was very nice she came in every day for the basic jobs, comfortable bed, lovely, big pillows, hair dryer shower good pressure and comfortable for our size etc etc. We chose the breakfast which we knew it was going to be continental style, Ok for the 3 days but limited and same each morning. Muhammad, the general manager, is such a likeable guy. Everything we asked, he sorted.thanks, mate. The guys in the breakfast hall are all helpful & polite. Remember, those who are looking for a major hotel it's not that, but we see our trips around citys as just needing a base. we spend most of the days out once we've left the room.

I had an overall pleasant stay at the Pullman Hotel. The staff and facilities were good, and I enjoyed my time there. Unfortunately, on Thursday evening there was a water outage, so there was no running water until the next morning, and hot water was only restored around noon. close to train station. however I did have a bit of difficulty finding a path to the hotel from the station. Google maps was showing me different directions - the problem is that the station is parallel to the dom and to get to the road level, you have to do down and not up the stairs to the dom. I did not use the facilities or the food. I did appreciate that they had water in the room and fruits at the reception area. They also had left luggage at no charge.FromPLN 314
