It is a small hotel remodeled from an old house with a history of more than 300 years. The room is small, but super clean and warm, with all the facilities and very convenient. Breakfast is a typical German breakfast, I like it very much. The owner is also very good. Next to it is a small church, the room window view is invincible. But pay attention to the check-in time, if you arrive early, you can call the owner to contact. Will go next time.

The lobby is 5F The owner is very good and I don't speak Japanese, but there is no problem because you can translate it using your PC. Share room, men and women, locker with keys, C type port inside, USB port on bed. Shower room, WC joint Each floor entrance has an auto lock kitchen, a water heater, a refrigerator, a microwave. Breakfast has 3 kinds of flakes and milk, and various fruits are served buffet style. The owner will make coffee.

Everything was good but it was too noisy after 11 o'clock.. I think it would have been nice to pay more attention to the quilt and cover. Other than that, it was so friendly and nice (I paid for breakfast, but I didn't have it.. ㅠ)

Everything was great; I really enjoyed it. The hotel staff and the reception staff are very friendly. I stay there every night, but at night, there's a man with a hat at the reception. He wears regular clothes and isn't very friendly. Instead of saying goodnight, he gives you a stern look. He acts like you're entering a nightclub. If you ask a question, he gives a rude answer. I didn't like that at all.

I recently stayed at this establishment and, overall, I’m quite satisfied. The location is simply perfect — close to everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s definitely a major asset! However, one important downside: the noise at night. The rooms, although nicely decorated, suffer from insufficient soundproofing. You can hear not only people walking outside but also noise from neighboring rooms — sometimes even objects falling in the rooms next door! This clearly affects the quality of sleep, especially for light sleepers. As for the decor, nothing to complain about — it’s modern, tasteful, and well put together. I’d easily give it an 8/10. Regarding the bathroom facilities, they’re functional, but would benefit from a more thorough cleaning, especially the toilet bowls. While it’s a minor detail, it does impact the overall impression of the place’s standard. I’d rate this aspect a 7/10. In summary, despite a few minor issues, the overall comfort is satisfactory. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-located place with good value for money. Overall rating: 8.5/10, with hope that a few improvements will be made soon to reach excellence.

The automated check-in process is a bit confusing if you book via Trip.com rather than B&B's own app. Rooms are fine, if a bit uninspiring, no tea or coffee making facilities but you get what you pay for. We arrived late, stayed one night and didn't have breakfast, so didn't interact with staff, but that's fine. Can't complain for the price. Have used B&B before and probably would again.

Still very nice hotel Relative to this price, the hotel room is not small, quite large, and ample. The hotel’s breakfast is very recommended, 8.9 Euros every day, full variety, and very well managed. The room is fairly clean and the bathroom layout is reasonable. The location is not close to the train station, not too easy to find, but not far from the Mannheim water tower. The staff is very welcoming.

We stayed during extremely hot weather (40 degrees C) and the hotel was beautifully air conditioned. All the communal areas are clean and tidy and the hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was large with a small sofa area as well as a chair. The bathroom fittings appeared new and there wad a large walk in shower. Tea & coffee facilities were provided in the room along with a complimentary bottle of water. The bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows. There were usb charging points alongside the usual electric sockets. We had a problem with our shower not draining properly and it was rectified immediately. We didn't choose to eat the hotel breakfast, there were bakeries close by in the train station.
