It took about 20 minutes to be delivered my luggage by a bellman to my room after I checked in. I checked in advance operating hours of steam room in the fitness club and confirmed that it would be operated from 6:00 a.m., but the door of the fitness club was not opened at 6:10 a.m. and asked to open the door through the operator. The door was opened at 6:15 a.m. but the steam room was not warm at all. I waited for 10 minutes there but it did not become warm. So I asked staff whether it is operated or not. The staff told me it was on. I decided to have breakfast first, and came back one hour later but it was not still warm at all. It may be broken. These issues made my stay uncomfortable.

Hotel is new. Rooms are not fully operate yet. Food choices for breakfast are limited. The only nice about the hotel is the high paranomic views & the luxury feel of the hotel room. Hope the hotel can provide complimentary shuttle services to bring guest to nearby shopping attractions in future & also improve their food choices. Overall a nice place for guests who like to have a feel of staying on top of the sky . 😊😉

Room with luxuriuous decor and amazing view of Genting Highlands. Bed and pillows are very comfy. Various welcome gifts during stay. Shower room with sauna function. The marble flooring and wall for the bathroom enhance the elegence of the room. Toiletries and bath amenitiea are well stocked. It was unfortunate the swimming pool was under renovation. Breakfast was ala carte and taste mediocre. The service was underexpectation for a high end hotel. No welcome drink. Not inform of breakfast location or available amenities. Probably because of my late check-in. My room was seconds last unit and rather far from the lift lobby. Overall, still highly recommended to stay when at Genting mountaintop.

Service is top notch, and room is clean and cosy with a sofa and four pillows per Queen bed. The room is huge enough for rooming four people to make every dollar spent worth it... Will do it next time! Breakfast was just about OK. Special mention to Ammar at the reception who was polite and conversant, amiable and clear in his explanations. Location allows for a short walk to KL Sentral and Nu Mall, and is at a less bustling spot.

Our 2 day stay at W was fabulous! We book the Wonderful Room with 2 double bed. During checked in, reception is offering the upgrade to the KLCC tower view. Thank you so much for the extra arrangement. Location : KLCC is just 5mins walk, located at the main city area of KL. We found easy access to every where. Breakfast : Breakfast at FLOCK offering lots of variety and service staffs well trained. Pool and Bar : Small pool but with spectacular view. Food and drinks at the bar we found a little too fancy. But we enjoyed too.

Unforgettable Service at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur I’ve stayed at several 5-star hotels before, but the service at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur really stands out. Right from the start, Farhana at reception made me feel genuinely welcomed. She was warm, professional, and so friendly—it felt like I was being greeted by someone who truly cared. Although I had a small issue with my room (which was resolved by someone else), Farhana’s kindness and the way she carried herself made the issue feel minor. Her presence and the great first impression she gave really set the tone for my entire stay. At the restaurant, Raynalin and Halim were equally amazing. They were attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at just the right time and offering thoughtful recommendations. I felt so well taken care of—like they really wanted me to enjoy my meal and have a peaceful experience. I also noticed how consistent and gracious they were with every guest, which says a lot about the service culture at this hotel. The people here are what make Banyan Tree KL truly special. Farhana, Raynalin, and Halim—thank you for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back.
