This is a century-old store. A few minutes' taxi ride away from Kinosaki Onsen Station. Next to it on the narrow road is another old store, Mikiya, with a thoughtful welcome. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can see that everything is exquisitely tidy and well maintained. My Japanese style The room on the second floor is not big and the facilities are excellent. You can see the courtyard on the first floor. It is estimated that the humidity will be higher. There is an exchange of hot springs. The large pool is not as clean as the private hot springs, but the hot springs have a strong smell of disinfectant water. Many European and American guests in this hotel can see half flowers in the hot springs. The European and American girl with a big snake on the back of her arm had a bad dinner experience in the room. She was very tired. The pace of the food was served. The quality of the dishes was not up to par with the same 4,000 people in Hoshino Kai. The cuisine is designed to have a luxurious feel. The Fufu series also has disadvantages in the room. After eating the roast beef, there was a big smell in the room. The lady who served the dish was very tired carrying heavy tableware. The food was served in the breakfast hall at a good pace. Many of the seasonings for both meals were Japanese-style sweet and salty, which was too sweet. The service is relatively basic. The reception at the door is very warm. There is a Toyota delivery service. The tea bar is not as rich as Ginsui Village and does not change according to time. The house here has almost no soundproofing. The exhaust fan and air conditioner are loud. You need to prepare earplugs to block the light. It is warmer than the average Japanese style. The hotel is good. I have experienced many hotels during this trip. The renovated Jiayun under Kyoritsu has the best impression. The food is good and the water is smooth. One hotel and two meals only cost more than 1,000. One person has experienced Shuzenji Arai and this hotel with a long history. I will not want to book again in the future. But Inatori Ginsuiso booked it again this time

Overall, a wonderful place. We highly recommend it. It was a wonderful walk from the station to the hotel, and we were greeted with the utmost courtesy, explained everything, and shown around. We were shown to our room and given instructions. We booked a traditional room with futons, and the view from the window was simply stunning. The onsen includes two hot springs, a comfortable changing area with massage chairs, a sauna, and a cold plunge pool. They give free passes to seven public baths in the village. There's a shuttle that takes you to various walking spots. The prices are reasonable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We were very satisfied and would love to come back!

It was a great experience. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped us take photos. There was also an old lady who helped us put on yukata. There are two hot springs in the store, one of which is open-air and very private. You can lock the door after entering so that no strangers will come in and take a bath. We chose the in-store breakfast, which included porridge, rice and side dishes, which was very light and delicious.

I stayed in a nostalgic tatami-style room, and the hotel even made up the futon for me in advance. On the first floor, there's a hot spring available for guests. The hotel also provides a complete yukata set and an onsen all-access pass, allowing you to visit the famous seven hot springs nearby. The breakfast was a real local treat and definitely worth trying! Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for a stay, especially if you're looking to challenge yourself with an onsen hopping tour.

It is a rural town, but it is a facility like a city hotel.　 The large communal bath is clean and available regardless of time. There is also room service, you can eat in the building even in bad weather, and the TV that supports each VOD is convenient. Breakfast was cheap but the number of items was satisfactory. The hotel is a bit old style  As a Onsen hotel - the facilities ; Elevators should have hand rail or / and a seat inside the lift to allow older adults to hold on or in case of fainting occur !  There should be towels inside the spa area instead of asking customers to bring along the towel to & back to room ! There should be towels available inside the spa area !  The free transportation starting from 4 o’clock till 9:30 is good but it would be better if the free transportation can start a little bit earlier say I’m 12  The hotel staff are where we helpful and where we polite thank you !

It's a lovely hotel in traditional Japanese style. It has a pretty inside garden and an onsen (no private onsens for booking, only common ones for all hotel guests that are divided for males and females). Hotel provides you with a yukata and a haori for your stay (you don't rent it, they are included in price), which is very convenient. When I asked the receptionist if I can buy them, 'cause I loved them so much, she said I can take them for free if I want. I double checked to avoid any miscommunication, but she insisted that I don't have to pay extra for those. Everything in the fridge, including alcohol, is free. Hotel is a bit far from the main street, but has a transfer, so I'd say it's fine. We ordered a dinner and breakfast, and both were absolutely wonderful, had several courses.

The ryokan style rooms were a lovely touch. The inclusive dinner came with so many courses that we were absolutely stuffed every single night and the fact that a member of staff helps explain all the dishes and prepares them in front of us felt like a real lovely touch of authenticity and luxury. There are no individual bathrooms in the rooms aside from a sink and toilet but the hotel Onsen is easy to access and comfortable to use. The staff also make the bed after dinner every night and anytime we had questions for reception, they were always happy to help, especially with train station transfer and recommendations and vouchers for different restaurants in town. The hotel rooms have a great view of the mountains as it is slightly off the main road. I would definitely recommend this for couples traveling.

An excellent ryokan. We were greeted right at the entrance, given a key and an onsen pass. They made copies of our passports and immediately showed us to our room. They poured tea and offered us sweet cookies. We were given yukatas. The view was of the main street and the river. The onsen in the ryokan is small, but that's not a problem since you get a pass to all the onsen in the village. The kaiseki dinner was delicious, with crab and sashimi. While we were at dinner, they laid out futons for us. A fantastic ryokan; we'll definitely try to come back again.

It is attached to the one-day hot spring facility and will be used until 21:00 with day trip guests. If I chose the time zone, it was Saturdays and Sundays, but it wasn't so crowded and I slowly put it in the hot springs. After 21 o'clock, it was a bathing time for only guests. The hot water was trottro in the alkaline hot spring. It was a blissful time to see the double cherry blossoms from the open-air bath. The food was seasonal and local, and the dinner was especially delicious! I was able to relax and refresh. I want to go again.

The following is my experience of staying here for your reference. Rooms and Facilities The hotel has an elegant environment and is full of the atmosphere of a Japanese hot spring hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hot spring facilities are very comfortable, allowing people to completely relax. However, when I checked in, I found a small stain on the bed sheet, which slightly affected my first impression. Fortunately, after contacting the service staff, they quickly changed the bed sheet and handled it professionally, which made me feel at ease. Dining Experience Dinner and breakfast were the highlights of this stay! The kaiseki cuisine for dinner was exquisite and delicious. Each dish showed the freshness and care of local ingredients, especially the seafood dishes, which were memorable. The breakfast was also rich, offering a variety of Japanese and Western options, with high quality, which made people feel good early in the morning. Overall, the dining experience was excellent and was definitely a big plus for the hotel. Service Quality In terms of service, the staff was friendly, but the overall service could only be said to be average. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, but when I occasionally needed to actively seek assistance, the service staff responded a little slowly, and felt a little lacking in initiative. For this price, I originally expected more detailed service, but overall it was still acceptable. Summary Kinosaki Onsen Kiraku Hotel is a recommended hotel, especially for travelers who like hot springs and food. Although the service has room for improvement, the high-quality dining and comfortable environment made this stay still satisfactory.
