Property has two houses on it but are completely separate and self-contained and have separate driveways. The other house on the property is a long-term rental.

When you see the house for the first time you may think "We're staying in a garage!" and that's because you are! I met several people while renovating/decorating the house and found out about 50 years ago there was a skate sharpening business in the basement of the main house on the property. The grandmother of the person that did the skate sharpening lived in this short-term rental. I do not know when the garage was converted into a residence but it was at least 50 years ago.

There are too many businesses to list that are up to a 5 minute drive/15 minute bus ride/30 minute walk! Please look at Google Maps to see the conveniences nearby.
Please ensure you walk across the beautiful scenic Waaban Crossing Bridge which takes you across the Cataraqui River and links the East end of Kingston to the downtown area. You can walk this directly from your house!
