This hotel holds a special place in my heart. Every time I visit Ming Shao, I book a stay here. I've stayed about 7 or 8 times over the past three years, and each experience has been excellent!
Facilities: Everything you need is available.
Cleanliness: The cleaning staff are very diligent, responsible, and thorough.
Environment: The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, and there are malls, shops, and supermarkets nearby.
Service: I really like it.
This was our third time staying here, I love the location, my daughter loves everything about it, but unfortunately we won’t be going back! The housekeeping is horrendous! Marks/ stains on walls, curtains, lamps and balcony doors, dust and dirt everywhere and the balcony it self was filthy. Tv hanging of the tv mount in one of the bedrooms as well.. HAIR IN THE BED obviously not ours! Hair in bath tub and shower! For $1000 for a weekend I expect it to be at least clean!!! Very bad experience. Mariton you can do better
Excellent hotel for the price. 4 star hotel with great service and reasonable price. Located in Parramatta which has some restaurants around but is further from the Sydney CBD. Breakfast selection was good with an omlette station, but otherwise standard Australian fare.
I booked this hotel to be close to my son's place. When I travel, I'm quite particular about hotel room hygiene due to my germophobia. Besides bringing essential sleep sacks, I pack many other things that most people wouldn't, just to avoid anxiety and feeling uncomfortable in the room. The room was quite spacious and well laid out, like a small apartment, bigger than a typical hotel room. The lack of daily housekeeping is a common issue with all hotels in Australia, so it's not specific to this hotel's cleaning service. Overall, I would book this hotel again on my next visit.
Insufficient car parking space for customers who have paid for daily parking; obviously overbooked but claimed that first come first serve; thus why illegal parking everywhere at evening and overnight period! Frustrating arrangement, but just said they can refund the parking fee and they urged customer to park at other places!
Great Room, lovely service and reception is extremely nice and willing to help out. I asked for early check-in and they told me to ring back on the day of to see. I later rang in the morning and they were able to get me checked in at 9am which was amazing...
The location is difficult to find, and there is no parking, even at the main entrance. I don't know how to carry the luggage, and the basement parking lot is very small, with only a few cars available, and it requires some technical skills.
We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. Please note that they require a $200 deposit by credit card as they are a cashless property. Luckily, the manager was kind enough to accept cash in our case, but they did mention that payment should really be made by card, so it’s best to come prepared.
The location is very convenient — it’s just nearby the MRT, which makes getting around easy. There’s also a GYG (Guzman y Gomez) downstairs, along with other stores, so food and essentials are easily accessible.
The place itself is nice and very family-friendly. One of the best features is that the unit comes with a washing machine and dryer, and detergent is provided, so there’s no need to worry about bringing your own. It’s also great that you can cook your own meals, which makes the stay very convenient and hassle-free.
However, I did notice that the sofa felt a bit itchy. After sitting and watching Netflix, I experienced some redness on my legs, which was slightly uncomfortable.
Overall, it’s a nice place and good for families, especially with the convenient amenities and great location. Just make sure to bring a credit card for the deposit.

The location is really convenient. There's a tram stop nearby that goes straight to the train station. Plus, there's a supermarket and fast-food restaurants right across the street from the hotel. The room itself was very bright, clean, and tidy. And it was great to have easy parking available on-site.

The hotel front desk is very friendly and patient in resolving everything. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The transportation is very convenient, and there is a highly recommended restaurant on the left side of the gate. As a foreigner, this hotel gave me a perfect trip.
