Заехали поздно, но успели на ужин. В лодже есть кондиционер, включали на тепло (холодно вечерами очень). Бельё чистое, свежее, горячая вода, чайник с водой. Всё очень понравилось. Чудесная территория с ухоженными растениями, фотки, к сожалению, не загружаются. Остановились на 1 ночь, по пути из Уолфиш-Бей на Соссусфлей. Необычные старые машины на территории, пекарня с известными штруделями- лучше провести хотя бы полный день!

Хороший lodge с очень красивой и ухоженной территорией. Номера чистые, аккуратные, всё необходимое есть. Персонал приветливый и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь.
В ресторане вкусно готовят, приятно завтракать и ужинать на территории. Также удобно, что рядом есть магазин с сувенирами и заправка — всё в одном месте.
Отличный вариант для комфортной остановки.

First time trying the steingeberger brand hotel - the service standard turns out to be better than the other international brand hotels. Location is just a stone’s throw away from Berlin hbf, super convenient. Greeted with a smile at check-in, huge lobby area. Room is much bigger than most Germany hotels, clean, comfortable, heated bathroom flooring. Provide bathroom robes. Would be even more ideal if the hotel is able to provide water daily instead of just day 1.FromTRY 5,056

The hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant.
Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.FromTRY 6,320

This hotel is in a great location, very close to famous attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. There are also many restaurants to choose from near the hotel, which is very convenient.
As a five-star hotel, the service and room facilities are excellent, making people feel comfortable and intimate. The only things that need improvement are the shower head and the wet and dry separation design in the bathroom. If they can be improved, the bathing experience will be more pleasant.

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin.
I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip.
Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do.
This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager.
I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel.
I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience.
Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.FromTRY 7,822

Very good location in Alexander Platz and you can't get a better location than this one, because there are so many shopping malls, food trucks and restaurants around. The hotel is a little bit old, but everything is in good shape and the staffs are very helpful. I wish I could get a bigger room, but I got what I paid for. We were greeted with the friendly front desk staff & got an early check in to the room 🫶🏻 Lucky enough to get a connecting room (perfect for family stay) after requesting for one. Room was spacious enough however they don't provide amenities like room slipper and toothbrush nor mineral water. Our room is city view hence it was a tad bit noisy at night. Apart from that, everything is perfect.

the bed was very comfortable, and the room had ample heating,internet speed was fast too. While there was no kitchen, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby offering a wide range of cuisines.
Most notably, the front desk staff were extremely helpful, especially Bety, Lueie, and Paulina. They had a great understanding of guests' needs and promptly arranged assistance whenever required.

This is a nice hotel which is located very near Charlie Checkpoint. It is also located next to several interesting museums, underground train, a few nice restaurants and a really nice cafe.
The hotel is clean and we get a drink voucher for not requesting for cleaning during our short stay. Bed was comfortable with spacious room and bathroom. My only drawback is that the water doesn't drain well in the shower. I would still recommend this hotel though.FromTRY 2,685

Loved the hotel, location is perfect in the *** area, the staff was super nice and sweet! The room is cool, bathroom could use some better products, the soap bar feels super cheap and so does the shampoo and conditioner.

This hostel is packed with noisy teen-agers.
Location is good, rooms are ok.
We stayed in a two beds bedroom with a caravan toilet inside, pretty helpful but pretty small and dirty as well.
Cleanliness standards are not really high.
Basically the place is well connected with a lovely common spaces but everything is dirty as **** and the guests are going to make feel your visit like a kindergarten visit but apart of that, if you can catch a good price like we did, the place is not bad.SOLD OUT
