The hotel is on the 1st floor of Fuhua, and it is not an independent villa, but it does have a swimming pool. Very clean and friendly service staff is also great. There is always a free snack coffee drink in the lounge next to it. Give a feeding deer carrot every day, free access to fitness facilities, water world and more. All in all, plus a large pool, you can soak in a day. Crossing the road is Xiaowan Beach. A few minutes walk to Kenting Main Street. The only fly in the ointment, the room is not too bright, the socket is very small.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in East Asia. Perfect location, amenities, in beautiful location.

Overall our stay was great! This was our first time in Taiwan Kenting, we were looking for somewhere easy to go from Macau with nice holiday beach feel.  We used to go to Thailand but we wanted a change this time. Location wise it’s very convenient 2 mins walk to the night market where you have tons of food options, street stalls or restaurants wise. You have couples of 7 elevens, family mart, watsons all you need in case you forget to pack something.  There’s bus station “xiaowan” very convenient for sightseeing if you don’t rent a car. Pretty on time and big coaches very comfortable with AC. In terms of amenities, we thought the hotel could have more beach amenities, beach bar or restaurants would add a huge value for the hotel. Many families would stay all day by the beach if they have bar/restaurant. It was a shame its was closed… Also the sun lounges could be a bit more comfortable simply just add a thin cushions on top. And again would be great to have a bar for quick bite by the pool. Our room was the ground floor ones with Jacuzzi, it was a lovely touch since they don’t have bathtub in the bathroom. The little garden is a great touch for morning meditation. :) We also did a nighttime activity with the hotel by the beach to hunt crabs. It was a great activity and the staff did a great job explaining and helping out. Food wise, we had breakfast buffet in all 5 days, it was a big selection of food but not much variety. We had a lunch by lobby bar… but was not up to our taste unfortunately. There is much better options outside or hotel. Oh and they did a little decoration since it was my bday and offered a cheesecake to the room by a robot :). All in all it was a great experience hopefully they will step up the pool and beach area.

The front desk staff was very helpful, the location was excellent, and the rooftop pool and spiral staircase were unique and worth staying at again. We also left something in the lobby, and they contacted us quickly and helped us ship it home. I really appreciate the warmth and thoughtfulness of the hotel staff.

The hygiene of the room needs to be improved, the sheets had blood stains and the quilt was a bit dirty. However, the service staff's attitude was very good and the replacement was immediate. And the most important point is that the transparent door between the room and the bathroom is so obscure that my son’s girlfriend bumped into it twice. And I learned from the service staff that many people hit their heads, but the ointment to reduce swelling was very effective. There are so many people who have hit their heads and why there is still no improvement. It is worth pondering. Overall, the service is perfect and the room environment and facilities are also ok. Hygiene needs to be improved.

Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was above average. The infinity pool is what most people are after and it's not bad. Service is poor since they told us that there's a maintenance window from 11 to 1-ish for the outdoor pool, but they did not tell us that the changing room would also close.

The location is good👍It is quite close to the Sail Rock Beach, but there is no trail like Fuhua and Caesar. It is relatively dangerous to cross the road. But the advantage of the highest point is that the view is also very wide. The appearance is similar to the former Oak Villa. It is well maintained. The interior rooms have been updated. There used to be a bowling track, but it doesn't exist now. It may be too noisy and the lanes need long-term maintenance, so it has been cancelled for a long time. But the quiet holiday atmosphere⛱️I like it very much❤️

Stayed here because we were participating in the Ironman 70.3 Kenting. Perfect for the race as the start, transition and finish are all within the hotel. We got a room on the first floor which proved to be the most ideal as it is on the same level as breakfast, the race expo as well as the finish area. However if you prefer a quiet room, then ask for a different floor. Rooms are very large and amenities are generously provided. Despite the size of the property, staff are efficient and very helpful.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel boasts a convenient location, making it easy to get around. The rooms were spotless, and the comfortable bedding allowed me to sleep soundly through the night. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and check-in was handled quickly and efficiently. All staff members were friendly and quick to resolve any issues. The hotel's facilities were also well-maintained; the bathroom featured a modern design with a separate shower area and provided ample, stable hot water. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, providing plenty of energy for the day. The overall ambiance was quiet, and it offered excellent value for money.

Seeing that there were a few not very good reviews about Yoho Resort on the platform, I checked in again (pet room) yesterday with a nervous mood, but unexpectedly I had such a great experience. A hotel can't always look like new, but I feel that they are very attentive in maintaining the hygiene and environmental facilities. In particular, the friendly service attitude of all the staff is very satisfying. I personally feel that although the breakfast in the restaurant is not very rich, it is more than enough for our family. There are freshly made delicious steamed buns, various breads, porridge and side dishes, as well as juice, soy milk and fragrant coffee. Especially being able to enjoy breakfast facing the beautiful sea is a perfect experience that other hotels don't have. I personally feel that the CP value is very high and I will definitely choose to stay again in the future.
