A very typical Roland Chateaux Hotel, located in the ancient city of Mdina. The whole building has a history of 300 years. It took a lot of thought to renovate and design it, and collected a lot of art works. The whole hotel is antique and full of artistic atmosphere. There are only 18 rooms in total, and each one is different. We chose a duplex suite, which is a bit inconvenient to go up and down the stairs, but fortunately the bathroom and bed are on the first floor. It can be said that this is an excellent choice for in-depth experience of the affluent life in ancient times. Because it is in the ancient city, it is very convenient to visit. When you are tired, you can go back to the hotel to rest, which is very convenient. The breakfast variety is very rich and the quality is excellent. It is a meal ordering system, but it is all free. There are also paid items, which is unnecessary. We chose to dine outdoors, which feels very good. The drinks in the mini bar in the room are free and replenished very promptly. The rooftop restaurant is said to be a Michelin. On the first day of check-in, the front desk asked if I needed to book dinner. It is said to be very popular, but I didn't have time to try it. The service staff is very enthusiastic and considerate, and they are responsive. In short, it is a very good and high-quality hotel.

Very nice and big apartment.

The hotel can be said to be one of the best in Malta, surrounded by water transportation, Malta is not big, it is very convenient to use a software taxi (calling a taxi 4-5 times more expensive). The hotel is a 500-year old castle remodeled, with a presidential suite (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a balcony facing the harbor, a large living room with open kitchen, complete kitchen), one suite, all very good! The hotel's restaurant was ranked first in Malta. The environment was good and the food was very good. It was eaten for two consecutive meals. The price per capita was RMB 150-200, which was very cost-effective. In particular, the service staff should greatly appreciate that a friend’s big suitcase was lost when he flew over. The airport and the airlines were all perfunctory and perfunctory. After reaching the hotel, they turned to the front desk for ANA for help, giving us more than we imagined, every half hour. Help us to check online, print, call, etc., moved! Highly recommend this hotel, Malta is also very beautiful, we will come again!

This was my first experience at Ta Ċenċ & Spa. I am not going to forget this two nights , the stay was impeccable. The receptionist Douca was extremly helpful during my stay. Not always her but all the staff, they work hard to keep the clients satisfied. I was totally relaxed during my stay like your in heaven. Very distinctive hotel, enjoy first-class service in the 400-year-old building, send two small snacks a day, there is a small open-air swimming pool on the roof, the service is warm. Picture one is the breakfast list, Picture two is a small snack...

It was a nice stay. However for a 5-star hotel, there is no full body mirror, no bidet, table and chair as per description. Also, the description of room categories here in Trip. com are misleading so better to double check it first with them. For the toiletries, the hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, and shower gel are all same. I was under the impression that atleast there will be conditioner but all are same and my hair became very dry. The lotion, cotton buds were not replensihed for a 3-night stay. For the Tv, we struggled to operate and no English channel. I tried to call reception but no one’s answering. Breakfast is ok and the staffs serving breakfast were so nice and polite. Room was so clean. However as the room was in the ground floor, we always here the lift and when people are cleaning or doing things in the corridor.

I strongly don't recommend people who drive to stay here. The hotel has no parking space, and the cooperative parking lot is more than 15 minutes' walk away. The hotel uses pictures and names to make itself look like a high-end hotel, but it is actually very ordinary. The staff's ability to handle problems is also average. When I called in advance to inquire about parking before booking, I didn't mention that the parking lot is far from the hotel, nor did I mention that there is an additional charge.
