Spectacular, beautiful resort! Sorry I didn't have a date since this is truly a couples place. But I did enjoy the solitude, perfect beach and included snorkeling, and double bed hut right on the sand with wifi! Food is better than average for Philippines. Not sure how they even get the food here or how they could have built such a nice place on a deserted island (20 min boat ride from Basuanga airport after short van xfer). Beware there are a few thousand bats if you're in the main hotel and at dusk they kinda go nuts flying around...

Boat transfer is very unreasonable. One way from island to port is 4,500 for 20minutes.😰 That makes 9000 for two way. Too expensive. Their body wash container is not refilled. Worst is, Wifi is not convenient to us since we are also working online. Then on our last day, the water just stop maybe there is construction on-going. Fyi, the oceanview suite is very far from the reception, pool and beach. Not coming back again.

The resort is remote but it has spectacular views of a tranquil bay. The infinity pool looks out to it and surrounding islands. We upgraded to a bay view bungalow which is much nicer than the cheaper waterfront room. The food is very good and the service is even better. The island hopping tours are great. The gym is very small though if you are into fitness. There is no beach. Other than that, it is a great resort. Quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is located in Busanga Bay. It is built on the mountain and has a beautiful environment. Each room faces the sea. The scenery is beautiful. Kayaking is free and the staff is friendly. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the nearest town and there is nothing to do around. You can rent a motorcycle to go to town. The hotel is expensive.

Booked a room and stated that we will arrive in roughly 20 minutes. Once we arrived the hotel then started to prepare a room for us which meant a little waiting of roughly 20 minutes.
Room itself is nice ans comfy. The room also had little balcony. As poor design of the doors there was a whistling noise from the wind at all times when the left balcony door was completely shut. No hairdryer in the room.
Pizza at dinner was one from the freezer and before i ordered it i double checked with the waiter if the pizza is made inhouse - which he stated.
Rice dish was plenty and really good.
Staff at the breakfast didn’t care at all about our orders. We had to order everything we ordered at least two or three times. Please have another look also trough some reviews which are already on Google. It seems that we - as caucasians - were not the preferred type of customer.
Conclusion; it’s a nice place but we wouldn‘t come back as we absolutely didn’t feel any welcomed as per the uninterested staff.

The hotel is in a good location, just in the small town on Devon Lake. The room standard is 16 square meters, but it feels like it should be more than 20 square meters. Clean and hygienic. The service attitude is good, we arrived early, and the front desk gave the room without saying a word. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good and the dishes are delicious. Greeted with a lukewarm warm reception upon arrival. No assistance offered to take the luggage to the room which was up three flights of stairs that got narrower towards the top. The breakfast server huffed and was visibly annoyed and upset when I dared to ask for a second coffee! I suggest that they invest in a coffee machine instead of serving single cup sized cafetières. The family room was a good size but had fairly low ceiling beams which were pointed out by 15 signs which made the room look more like a building site than a bedroom. No refrigerator in the room and the safe did not work. The location is around 6 miles from Keswick. Nice swimming pool but access via the door to the changing rooms does not work all of the time.FromSAR 517

This is a historic building dating back to 1548, experienced 11 owners and is now a spa hotel
The hotel sits on a large area, with flocks of cattle and sheep in front of the door. The restaurant on the other side has a very good lake view and a large grass. Hares and squirrels often jump in the grass and woods. You can reach the lake by a small road or hike in the forest.
You can feel it from the elevator, the hotel is very old
The spa has a heated swimming pool, cold pool, hot pool, and an outdoor hot pool. It is really pleasant to face a large area of grass and woods.
The only thing to note is: check out at 11 o'clock, be sure to go to the spa before check out, after 11 o'clock to add 20 pounds per person.FromSAR 982

I have only good things to say! Room was very spacious and lovely for the both of us and had everything you needed. We stayed in a triple room for 2 of us (but in the end room had 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds but no problems with that of course). Bed was very comfortable, shared showers and toilets outside were clean, spacious and bright. Counter staff Matt in particular was incredibly helpful and friendly, and helped us figure out a way to hike Blencathra via Sharp Edge in the morning, informed us of bus availabilities and schedules etc. They also allowed us to store luggage with them while we hiked and allowed us to use their toilets and showers to freshen up after the hike. We also had lunch there and food was delicious!! Really great hotel very value for money. Thank you!FromSAR 126

We drove here with our dog, and it was a fantastic stay! The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the town centre, but the scenery is stunning, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The room was small but cosy, and they allow dogs for a very small extra fee, which was great. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, and the food at the partner restaurant really impressed me—it even made me fall in love with British food all over again! Traditional Lake District hotel. Location was perfect for wandering around Keswick.
My room was warm and had a lovely view of snow capped hills. Tea and coffee making facilities were available.
Bed was very comfortable and facilities in the room were clean.
Decor in the hotel is traditional country style.
Check in was quick, a few stairs to climb to my room.
The lady who served breakfast was very cheerful and friendly, despite us arriving very close to service closing. An excellent breakfast was served.
The car park is small but managed to park my car and was allowed to leave it there for a few hours after check out so I could explore Keswick.

The window of the room is very small. On the fourth floor, it feels that the room for us is very small and very general. There is a moldy smell when entering the house. The room is generally hygienic. In terms of the price of this room, there is no price/performance ratio at all. The town is small and there is no need to live too close to the lake area. It takes two steps to get there. The parking is not good and the charge is 6 pounds. The old man is still enthusiastic and the attitude of others is average. Especially when I checked in, there was no elevator. In fact, it can be set in the vicinity of ten minutes drive no problem! Too much cost-effectiveFromSAR 611
