My stay at the Trident Bandra Kurla was truly pleasant, and I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service provided by the team. As a solo traveller visiting Mumbai for work, safety and comfort were very important to me—and the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making me feel both safe and welcomed throughout my stay.
I chose this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to my conference venue, which made my schedule much more manageable. Although I didn’t have much time to explore the city, I was grateful to have a short window before my conference began. The hotel arranged a driver for me—Senthil—who was incredibly kind and efficient. In that limited time, he managed to take me to several key spots, allowing me to experience Mumbai, even if only briefly. I truly appreciated his effort and thoughtfulness.

Ambience was just equivalent to The Taj Hotel.
The front office staff were very friendly & conducted an express check-in.
The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were clean and tidy and did replenished the consumables.
The waiters and chefs greeted every guest with a broad smile & attended every request of the guests.
Specially Mr. Akram did a splendid job in attending to the physically challenged guests.

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception.
Two small points -
1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel
2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away
Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.FromPLN 395

Taj hotel around the world is always a pleasure to be in. The great service with smile, the awesome food, great infrastructure, hotel facilities are always top notch.
Taj lands end is no exception to above. The property is old and is very well decked up.
For me Taj staff at late night worked to search my lost iphone. I eventually recovered in my car. But it once again showed the exceptional service.
The food (in room dining and breakfast) was feast for our palatte. The outdoor seating was also pretty good.
Opportunities
The rooms are small and my room with a babycrib occupied the entire area with little area to stroll.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Taj Mahal Tower. Unfortunately, when booking, there were no rooms left in the main Taj building, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, in the end, we had absolutely no regrets, quite the opposite! All the buildings are connected, so you essentially use the same pool and public areas. You can easily walk to the main building and admire it from the inside. It's a magnificent hotel with superb service, and I'm even a little glad we stayed in the Tower. Stayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression. However, during check-in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds even though I had booked a king bed room. The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room. I believe the king bed rooms were likely sold out, which was probably why I was given a first-floor room instead.
I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it. Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience. Overall, okay for a short transit stay, but not perfect.FromPLN 317

I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.

This hotel is 5-6 kilometers from the airport, definitely not within walking distance as stated on Ctrip, so you have to take a taxi. The room was extremely small, the bed was damp, and the sheets had stains. I booked a king-size bed but got two tiny twin beds, probably less than a meter wide each. There were no slippers in the room. For 600 RMB, it's worse than a 200 RMB Hanting hotel in China. I will not stay here again.FromPLN 189

Four a 5 star and four seasons abit underwhelming. Rooms are pretty small, bathroom looks out dated, and reception area is very small. Breakfast buffet area also looks like a 3 star hotel, however the ground floor Breakfast is nice. Overall would not stay here again as very over priced for the quality of the hotel. The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. Disappointing service and required to make multiple calls to get room service.
At the checkout, the staff was not capable of offering timely service and while serving to me, other client was also entertained which I found strange customer service. The staff was unable to release blocked money and as of today it has not been released.
Finally, the staff did take a long time in producing invoice and still haven’t received an email for the invoice.

It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine.
