Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Is early check in and late check out time allowed?

Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 12nn. We are always fully booked. We request that check in and check out time be kept religiously. We need a 2hrs window to clean, change linens, and etc.

2. What if we exceed 20 guests?

Additional Php500/pax/night shall be paid upon check in for extra persons beyond 20, regardless of whether adult or child, and payable upon check in to our Doorman.

Additional room/s complete with bed and bedding shall be issued to accommodate extra persons.

3. Why charge for children?

We will need to provide each child with its own bed and bedding. Our standard single person beds can accommodate only one person. Enfolding in a child is not advisable and possible.

4. What is the maximum number of persons that your listings can accommodate?

We can accommodate total of 42 persons. It will be house in our 2 listings or 2 floors, with total of 10 bedrooms, 8 T&Bs, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, and a 300 square meters of roof top for events/team building activities, complete with chairs and tables. Also, a spacious garden with Nipa hut and bonfire facility, for other scheduled family or group activities.

5. Do we have to bring our own cooking equipment and utensils?

There is no need for that since the listings have:

utensils plates, spoon, fork, knives, coffee mugs, drinking glass, and etc.
pots, pans, kettle, and etc.
rice cooker and refrigerators
gas stove with lpg
others soy sauce, vinegar, cooking oil, dishwashing liquid, and sponge

Such facilities are for basic cooking and no-frills meals.

6. Is the tap water safe for cooking?

Yes, tap water is safe for cooking. We do use it ourselves.

For drinking water, you can buy them in the sari-sari store beside our place. A 5 gallon water dispenser can be requested to our Doorman for you to refill. Or you can buy the same to groceries, and bring them with you. This is true if you are picky in buying such to a sari-sari store. We are not issuing this for free. This is true to provide our guests better preference, and avoid untoward issues later on.

7. Do you have a wifi internet connection?

Yes, we have. We have a 20mbps fiber optic plan. The highest plan that the service provider could offer. You can ask our Doorman for the password and eventual internet connection.

8. How about TV?

Yes, we have 50 SMART TV. Apart from watching TVs, you can also browse and do your You Tube, and others. The TV is already connected to the internet for your easy browsing of the web, and eventual enjoyment.

9. What about the beddings and toiletries?

We provide complete bedding, pillows and blankets. Towels, and small packets of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste, or basic hygiene kits are not provided.

10. Where can we buy those stuff in case we forgot to bring?

There is a sari-sari store beside our property. However, with limited brand to offer. Better yet buy those to the groceries along your way, and bring them with you.

11. Do you have shower heaters?

Yes, our T&Bs are equipped with shower heaters. Also, we guarantee 24/7 water availability. Other parts of Baguio dont have this kind of privileged.

12. Why pets are not allowed?

We love dogs. We have 2 dogs in our place but stationed outside our home and listings. In the past, we do accept guests with pets and ask them to keep their pets out of the listings. We offered and requested them to station it in our roof top. However, this didn't went well for most of our guests. There are guests who still take their pets inside our listings (so long they are not caught) creating unwanted droppings, and scattered fur on our couch, beddings, and mattresses. This opted us not to accept pets anymore.

13. What are your amenities for guests to enjoy?

We have a spacious roof top complete with chairs and tables. You can do your events or team building activities while viewing a 360 degree view of Camp John Hay, Philippine Military Academy, and Sto. Tomas (where La presa is), mountain ranges.

We also have garden with nipa hut and bonfire facility for you to enjoy some of your activities in a chilly cold weather at night.

14. Where is your location?

We are about 1km from Camp John Hay where Ayala Technohub is. We are near entry and exit routes to various Baguio tourists spots bypassing the traffic within the business center.

For direction going to our place, it would be helpful if you have waze apps, key in our address 2024 Baguio Apartments, P5 Lower Dagsian Rd. Baguio City, via Loakan Upper Dagsian route.

For direction if no waze apps, from Baguio town proper, take the route proceeding to Camp John Hay gate 1, where Ayala Techno Hub is, and about 200 to 300m from there, turn right, then at same distance turn left at exactly near or in front Pablo sari sari store, (you are on the right direction if you are able to pass J P Laurel Elementary School), straight ahead, then turn left at Dagsian PUJ terminal then straight ahead. Upon reaching dead end of the road turn left. You reach your destination if you see a white house with pine tree inside the parking area, marked with 2024.

15. Is the listing senior or pwd friendly?

The listing is not senior or pwd friendly mainly because of the stairs to climb. However, we hosted a group of seniors who were able to enjoy staying in our place. And even suggested to put railings on stairs and shower heaters which we did. Also, a family with seniors or pwd in wheelchair. We did carry the pwd up and down the stairs, which is perfectly fine. So in short, its how guests perceived it. Baguio is a hilly place with ups and downs. Expect all listings in Baguio with stairs to climb. Otherwise, we strongly suggest to book to a hotel with elevators, if such is a real concern.

16. Is there a mandatory quiet hours?

Yes. Quiet hours start at 11pm as per barangay ordinance. However, you can still do your events and others with tolerable noise at no time limit.

The location of our place is very peace and quiet. We need to respect our neighbors as they normally sleep early. And they are not use to a city life where people are awake even in wee hours.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

We enjoyed our stay in Azalea in Baguio. The food is also great! I’m glad I found a good deal in Trip.com site. Good location but hope they would put up a fitness center. They have spacious parking unlike other hotels. The staff are also accommodating. Thank you for being part of my family’s New yeae vacation. I wish we could have booked earlier.

Had a relaxing time and planned to come back again. Just noticed that vouchers were only given after asking about it - not that I'm all interested but regardless if the guest will use it or not, it should be given to the guest upfront upon check in. Overall, relaxing and have a great time with friends and family was achieved. Thank you and keep up the smiles.

Great location, but the facilities are old and the tables and furniture feel cheap, not matching the price. There aren't many amenities. The floors and general cleanliness are good, but I noticed dust on the walls. It's only worth it if you're solely looking for a good location, as there are no amenities, so there's no service to speak of. It's really just a lodge.

The hotel looked quite new and the halls, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and responsive. The breakfast menu was acceptable. The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

One of the main concern is the flooding in the shower area, as the drain is more elevated than the rest if the shower floor, causing the water to be stagnant, almost causing me to slip multiple times. The buffet breakfast selection is limited and repeated the next day. The service of the front desk is amazing tho, especially Maddie who made sure that our needs are being tend to immediately.

We had another wonderful stay at Hotel Elizabeth, this was actually our second time here, and the experience was still excellent. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. They consistently greeted us warmly whenever they saw us, which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and comfortable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a satisfying selection of food every morning. Our room was clean, cozy, and complete with amenities, making our stay relaxing and convenient. It’s nice to come back to a hotel that maintains its quality and service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baguio.

A lovely quaint hotel with a distinct vibe. Perfect location, next to the bus station and walking distance to the city center. Stable fast WiFi, hot shower with good pressure, good quality breakfast (the choice is somewhat limited but the quality is excellent, even by European standards). The only downside for me was the whistle blown at the bus station throughout the night. I am normally a deep sleeper but it woke me up, at some point some children crying across the hall added to the noise. I guess the reason is that the building is rather old and the windows are old-fashioned, so better bring ear plugs if noise bothers you. The service was nice, we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later as well (both around 12:30nn). Overall, I really liked my stay!

The room is suitable for families (we are 5) with enough space to accommodate everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable, and the bed sheets and towels were clean, although the towels looked a bit worn and were not the quality I expected. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and equipped with a hot shower. One thing to note is that there is ongoing renovation work and the construction noise can be heard from inside the room. The rooms are also not very soundproof, so you may hear other guests walking or talking in the corridor. On the positive side, the restaurant was excellent and the staff provided great service throughout our stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers. Just don't expect luxury amenities or a staycation type experience. It's a good option if you're mainly looking for a comfortable place to sleep while exploring the area.

First thing we noticed was the ongoing construction at the main entrance of the hotel. Not quite pleasant to see. When we entered the hotel, the staff warmly greeted us and helped us checking-in. Our room was neat and smelled fresh and clean. However, we noticed that the bathroom sink had some visible black grime around the edges that could've been cleaned thoroughly. This affected the overall cleanliness of the room. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and when we asked for room clean up on day 3, no one attended to our request. Internet signal is good. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectation. We enjoyed this part the most. We checked-in at Tuscany Hotel because we joined a Fun Run that was held last June 14, 2026, 4:00 am, at Lake Drive in Burnham Park. Overall, we had a great experience and would visit again, and even recommend the hotel to our friends. Thanks and more power!

I had requested an upgrade at the hotel I stayed at the previous night, as there was an available room. So, I asked the previous hotel if they would match the price, given that the room would remain empty without me. Unfortunately, they didn't agree, and I ended up finding a spot at Chalet Baguio. Their room rate was lower than the previous hotel's after the upgrade, so I decided to stay at the chalet instead. Even though I booked at very short notice (about an hour before), I took a taxi, arrived at reception, showed my reservation, and after a few signatures, I was escorted to my ground-floor room. There's a five-minute temporary parking area outside with an attendant directing traffic and allowing your taxi to park for as long as needed. The room is spacious and has a lovely mountain view, only obscured by the typical mountain pines. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are kind and well-trained. The next morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the room behind reception. The location was very convenient for getting to the bus station and back to Manila; it only took me ten minutes by taxi.

The surroundings also added to the calm and cozy feeling of the place. We also enjoyed the food and appreciated the services and amenities provided during our stay. The overall environment was pleasant and suitable for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. Not to mention the cute and handsome staff who had such beautiful smiles that really made me feel kilig every time I saw him 😊 I didn’t even get to ask for his name because I was too shy to ask lol. The service was satisfactory, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location is conveniently close to tourist attractions, particularly Burnham Park, and our room offered a beautiful view of SM Baguio, especially when framed by the fog. One minor downside is that without transportation or mobile service, the uphill walk can be quite steep and physically demanding, especially in the cold weather, though it certainly makes for a good workout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
