Понравилось: 1)приветливые люди на ресепшене, 2) разнообразие еды , хорошее 3) вечерняя программа 4)могу отметить три сотрудника персонала - официант Zezo - средний зал...с права..., бармен Islam и Махмуд - аквамарин бар. Выделю Бармена Islam , как самый адекватный, искренний, добрый человек во всем отеле, по больше б таких сотрудников как он и такой как я б вернулся бы!!!Администрации отеля советую выписать ему премию!!! Не понравилось: Остальные сотрудники - многие работают не профессионально !!! Официантов не дозовешься , стол полный грязной посуды , а они даже не смотрят в мою сторону ! Не приятно когда вокруг тебя бегают лицемеры и прилипалы, которые все время бегают что то навязывают и попрошайничают! Я приехал на отдых , а не на рынок ! Я человек, который всегда даю чаевые везде (заправки, кафе, рестораны, такси , парикмахерские и т. д) , но за искренность и уважение по результату работы или по окончанию отдыха ! За лицемерие не даю!!! Комнату убирали плохо- даже отвратительно! Вино приносили сразу в бокалах не понятно откуда и что наливали! Много мух на пляже, загорать не возможно! Рекомендовать не буду и сам не вернусь!!! Отель далековато от аэропорта , по сравнению с другими отелями ! я Забронировал отель из за рейтинга, но он не соответствует действительности!!! Есть на много ближе , лучше и круче, даже меньшим рейтингом… я приехал с любимой женщиной , отметить годовщину - из за не профессиональной работы персонала- праздник испортили!!!

The hotel is nice, the interior of the rooms and the territory are beautiful, although it is a bit far from civilization. There is nothing around the hotel, the city is far away. For example, we did not find a pharmacy, the city is 25-30 minutes away by car. Marsa Alam airport is 1-1.5 hours away by car. But the service is polite and attentive, and the staff at the reception, restaurant, beach, and cleaning are all very polite and attentive, they speak English. The food in the restaurant is tasty, although a bit monotonous, only at dinners they sometimes add something. The bars lacked fresh juices, especially fresh ones... and a variety of cocktails, we were served cocktails made from syrups with ice, as a rule. I would like the beach to be looked after a little more. There are corals in the sea with islands of sand. Everyone swims from the pier. There was not enough entertainment and conditions for children. In general, it is clean, beautiful, and calm. We had a good rest and would not mind resting again. Thank you to the hotel for a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

It's a huge hotel with potentially beautiful gardens in the future. Unfortunately, the hotel is still in construction and it's annoying to have a tractor driving around you while you are chilling on the beach. There are works at the main part of the hotel, between the beach and the main pool and they start around 7AM. Another disappointing point was the limited internet that was capped at 1Mbps. Mobile internet works well in the area though. Lack of proper entertainment in the evening as well, lack of greenery. Lot's of things feel unpolished. Food was great and the hotel in general is huge and pleasant to walk, rooms are modern.

the hotel is very close to the train station and other sightseeing places. There's a big construction site right in front of the hotel which makes it a bit inconvenient to walk around. The hotel offered us a room which faced the courtyard, so we didn't experience any construction noise. We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Aliados in Porto. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a high-end 4-star, mainly because it lacks some of the extra touches of luxury and service you’d expect from a top-tier 5-star experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and an excellent stay. One of the hotel’s strongest points is its location—right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and well-insulated, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our stay, the staff remained courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed, elegant decor, and a huge shower that added a touch of indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is always a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel has a spa with a gym, sauna, and hammam, free for guests. While we didn’t have time to use them, they looked modern, well-maintained, and inviting, adding to the hotel’s appeal. Overall, Eurostars Aliados delivers a stylish and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While it may not quite reach the level of a true 5-star experience, it’s an excellent option for those looking for a high-quality hotel in the center of Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

The view was nice and pretty.. I went to Porto more than I thought around Ssangbentu Station, but rather than moving around the East Louis Bridge, there were more things going up there than going around the East Louis Bridge, so if you want to see the view for a while, you should use this hotel. I think other locations would be better.. I asked if I could change it, not the first room I booked, but the first day was late anyway, so I just passed by and said I would change it the next day and I forgot.. The breakfast in the restaurant was pretty good and friendly, and there is nothing to be satisfied with other facilities, but there are many hotels that are half priced at that location, so it seems that it is not worth it.

Enjoyed my stay at Yotel Porto. Location is around 5 minutes walk from Trindade metro station for connections to airport. Room was great, powerful rainforest shower. I found the staff to be very helpful and professional. My only criticism would be there are illuminated light switches and controls in the room which don’t switch off / darken therefore the room is not completely dark for sleeping which isn’t helpful for a light sleeper like myself.

We checked in, there was no wait, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great touch that the staff member offered to show us a map of Porto and the key things he would recommend doing in the city. I can’t stress enough just what an excellent location this hotel is in, no public transport is required. All the key sights are within a short walking distance. It is also very walkable from the train station. The room was great, with adequate lighting, a huge TV and some excellent shower products. The bed was relatively firm and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast for the 3 nights. There had been a miscommunication about the price of this, however, the hotel manager was very helpful in rectifying this via email communication after the stay. The young female staff member we engaged with for breakfast each morning was also very friendly, warm yet professional. As IHG Platinum members we decided to try this Hilton property and were not disappointed. It was excellent from start to finish and the prompt reply and rectification from the hotel manager is testament to the care, detail and excellent management of this property. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Porto.

I liked the most among European hotels I went to this time on my honeymoon. It's a small but lovely and very pretty hotel. When I was curious, it was said that it was built in 1829, but it is in excellent condition. It was rather antique and very good. When you open the window, the view is so pretty as if it were in a fairy tale. In the plaza in front, they perform performances, and they are gathered right in front of the bar restaurant, so the location is the best. If I go back to Porto, I will definitely stay at this hotel!! (Breakfast is tidy, but there are too few eggplants.)

Very good hotel, but you had to ask for a toothbrush when normally hotels provide them without being asked. Be careful, the hotel records your credit card and will still charge you 3€ without your consent + the tourist tax, while in other 5 star hotels they don't do this.

First of all, we received a very warm welcome. Good thing is the view is stunning at this price. Ok, the bad thing is the wifi is non-existing. Breakfast you might need to queue up for 15-20 mins to be seated, it’s not that the tables are not enough, it’s just the recover is too slow. During the midnight you couldn’t open the windows due to the noise from the car racing in the street almost the whole night. You could walk to the town but not close.

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of a lot of the areas of interest within Porto. The hotel itself it nicely decorated. The hotel rooms are compact, but the decor adds to the feeling of a boutique hotel. One of the best showers I have had in a hotel, powerful and easy to temperature control. The toiletries used were nice. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are fresh and spotless. Most of the reception staff are efficient and friendly. The rooms are well equipped with good robes/umbrella/good hairdryer/coffee machine and capsules etc There are a few things that the hotel could easily improve : Breakfast is definitely not something I would recommend. The choices were poor, definitely not fresh or local, and the cost is high. There are many much better choices nearby. The pillows were either a hard memory foam slab or a really lumpy soft pillow, surprising for the cost of accommodation. It was very hard to get fresh milk for tea and coffee on arrival, we asked reception and at the bar they could not make one even though we discovered at breakfast that they had a machine and fresh milk and take away cups readily available. The bar needs rethinking….it is the opposite of welcoming and the staff don’t make you want to stay. As there is no ‘lounge’ in the hotel, maybe this would be better utilised as a meeting place within the hotel.
