Very good hotel Clean rooms Check-in and check-out process was perfect Pools and aqoa were amazing but there is no deep pool all the pool is 90cm hight which is not good for me. The food variety is limited in some meals The animation team is very good at night but not very active in the morning. I would like to thank MR kerolous from the receiption team and MR Adel rhe head of food and beverages for their professionalism and their politly way. Thank you and I will come back again

Понравилось: 1)приветливые люди на ресепшене, 2) разнообразие еды , хорошее 3) вечерняя программа 4)могу отметить три сотрудника персонала - официант Zezo - средний зал...с права..., бармен Islam и Махмуд - аквамарин бар. Выделю Бармена Islam , как самый адекватный, искренний, добрый человек во всем отеле, по больше б таких сотрудников как он и такой как я б вернулся бы!!!Администрации отеля советую выписать ему премию!!! Не понравилось: Остальные сотрудники - многие работают не профессионально !!! Официантов не дозовешься , стол полный грязной посуды , а они даже не смотрят в мою сторону ! Не приятно когда вокруг тебя бегают лицемеры и прилипалы, которые все время бегают что то навязывают и попрошайничают! Я приехал на отдых , а не на рынок ! Я человек, который всегда даю чаевые везде (заправки, кафе, рестораны, такси , парикмахерские и т. д) , но за искренность и уважение по результату работы или по окончанию отдыха ! За лицемерие не даю!!! Комнату убирали плохо- даже отвратительно! Вино приносили сразу в бокалах не понятно откуда и что наливали! Много мух на пляже, загорать не возможно! Рекомендовать не буду и сам не вернусь!!! Отель далековато от аэропорта , по сравнению с другими отелями ! я Забронировал отель из за рейтинга, но он не соответствует действительности!!! Есть на много ближе , лучше и круче, даже меньшим рейтингом… я приехал с любимой женщиной , отметить годовщину - из за не профессиональной работы персонала- праздник испортили!!!

I flew to Alam Airport from Cairo on a free trip. The flight was relatively punctual. There was no public transportation or taxis at the airport exit. A young man wrote a list and sent a private driver to different hotels at the square. I gave the driver 15 US dollars or 800 Egyptian pounds in cash at Coraya Hotel. The price of a private car was expensive, and it was only a dozen minutes away. The hotel upgraded me to a sea view room with sunrise, which was quite a surprise. This is a quiet and low-key hotel, without children, with a very design sense and many gardens of different shapes. The breakfast is rich in variety, and there is a welcome ceremony before dinner every day. Every waiter in the resort is polite and enthusiastic. There are many broken corals on the beach. You can walk into the shallow beach on the right to snorkel and see fish. You can snorkel or dive deep down on the remote pier on the left. The fish species are rich and large, and they are particularly beautiful. The weather is a little cold and windy in February, so it is better to come in other months. It turns out that this is an award-winning hotel, no wonder it has a high rating.

The hotel restaurant service is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, and the food is the best I think among these hotels in Egypt. But the front desk service feels too rigid and not flexible enough. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already 5 pm. The room I booked was a basic room. Because there were 2 adults and 2 children, they said that this room type could not be accommodated, so I had to cancel the order and re-order a family room. I asked if I could directly make up the price difference and upgrade the room type, but I was told that it was not possible! I had to find Ctrip customer service, cancel the order, and re-order. After all this trouble, we didn't check in until 6:30. You know, I came directly from Luxor by charter after visiting the Valley of the Kings and Habu City that day. I had been in the car for 5 hours... I re-booked a family room and paid more than 100 US dollars in taxes. The next day, they called me to pay an additional 25 US dollars. Through the translation software, they said that the 25 US dollars was because my room fee was not paid directly to them, so when they collected the room fee from the platform, they would also incur a 25 US dollar handling fee, which I had to bear... Well, I paid it again, and I don’t understand why it was not collected all at once yesterday? Ctrip's service is really good, I have to give it a thumbs up. I called them and they responded quickly, helped me handle it, and even compensated me for the price difference!

Traveling in this area is only suitable for booking all-inclusive hotels. All-inclusive hotels are quite convenient. There are also beaches and dive shops where you can swim and dive. Most of the service staff are quite enthusiastic. However, 1. There are only sheets on the bed in the room, no quilt. The quilt is in the locker. I am not sure how clean it is. The pillowcase in the room I stayed in has pilled. 2. The curtains can only be drawn with light-transmitting curtains, and the blackout curtains cannot be drawn. I don’t understand the intention of this design for the time being. There are still people decorating the outdoor floor in the middle of the night. 3. The manager or front desk of the entire hotel is not easy to communicate. We booked three nights. The first two nights were garden views, and the last night was side beach views (a little more expensive than garden views). But we were too lazy to change rooms, so we told the hotel that we would keep the original room, and other customers could also upgrade directly to the side beach we booked. The hotel agreed at first, but called the room an hour later and said that we had to change rooms. We tried to fight for it, and the manager was very tough. Finally, we checked in again and said that we had not paid at first. After we showed the confirmation slip, the hotel also waited for more than half an hour before it was done. If you need to dive and choose to stay in an all-inclusive hotel in this area, it is recommended that you consider it comprehensively.
