It was our 1st visit to crow's nest and it won't be our last. We had a lovely experience, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We have 3 young children , which was a reason for choosing this site. There is a large play park on site, a playing field, an indoor swimming pool (although on our visit it was closed - (out of season) but it was visible and a good size with slides. There are amenities locally and attractions right on the doorstep. The view from the upper level of the site is breathtaking, overlooking the sea. Having 3 dogs there were sufficient areas to exercise them, including an enclosed area, and bins scattered throughout the site to use. They also have a fish and chip shop, we tried the fish, chips, battered sausage, and fishcakes and found them all delicious, and very reasonably priced. We can't wait to return, and can't recommend the site more . Emma Pinkney and family.

Stayed here last week for 4 nights in our touring caravan, bit of a bland and featureless site, the site shop was not open so used the spar down the road. TV reception was a bit hit and miss and the connection in the service turret didn't work, no entertainment in the bar as advertised except for one night between 5 and 7pm! The shower and toilet block was very good but unfortunately the heating was not on so a bit on the chilly side once you got out of the shower, overall an OK site but we wouldn't rush back to stay again.

A very lovely and well maintained site- facilities spotless! There were a couple of great walks right on the cliffs to Filey and Cayton Bay. On an evening the sky was so clear, the stars were stunning. We will be back next year - thanks.

Nothing on main page to state everything was closed! Unless you clicked on the pool details and shop details that it says there shut, the bar/ lounge however did NOT say it was shut, there was even October events post in the window for what entertainment was on for October! We was not the only couple that was annoyed that the bar was shut. It should be on the main site page about what’s open or closed, not within links. Toilets had no heating on, including in the brick toilet block. Hot water took ages to come through. We booked 4 night, but left the morning after our second night.

Spent our first trip out in campervan and luckily chose crows nest. Timed it perfectly as only campervan in the off grid field overlooking the sea. Amazing views and very quiet. Toliet block and showers close by and spotlessly clean. We were off-season so bar and pool shut but didn't affect the stay. Walked to filey which takes just over an hour but views along the way make it worth it. We will definitely be back.
