The hotel is clean and big for solo traveller, however, the hotel is quite old, and it takes very long time to fill up the pool in the room with the hot water. Also, the air con is centralised where u can't control the temperature in your room especially when you just done shower.

It's a hotel see it's glory days. Everything works, of course , the in room hot spring is wonderful. One complain is , the first shuttle van that takes you to the New Beitou subway station does not start until 10AM, tell me if you have a 11:00 AM flight. I had a 14:20 flight from Taoyuan airport and I had to take an taxi to leave the hotel. So much for shuttle service.

The design of the room is confusing. The sink is in front of the bed. The toilet door is not locked.
