First impressions really good. Free tea, coffee, juice and snacks all day - really nice touch. The beds are comfy and spacious and the breakfast is also nice. There are a few down sides; there are cameras everywhere!! Even in the bedrooms. One house keeping lady is very rude, she turned the a/c off early in the morning then left the door wide open.. I got up to close the door (to not let the heat in) and she laughed at me. We were also packing at 11AM and she turned the light off on us. She also told us to move our bags and tidy our room, even though we were packing to leave!! The toilets are not clean and smell strongly of sewage - not nice :( very rude house keeping but apart from that it was a nice stay.

This hotel has probably the best services in Bangkok. Great value for money. From the moment we got off the taxi, up to the moment we got our room key, the people who served us were friendly, helpful and professional. Because of the room type we chose, we did the check in on the executive lounge floor and had complimentary snacks and drinks while we waited for the room. That’s also the same floor where we had our breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located. You can use walk to the Phaya Thai BTS station using the hotel’s footbridge. From that station you can take the airport rail which can take you to the new Bangkok airport. Our room was new and clean. There was a tin of After You pineapple cookies as a gift for us in the room. Everything in the mini bar was free to consume. The pools of the hotel were cool but I preferred the one on the executive lounge floor. Great if you want some IG photos. Overall, this hotel really exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely recommend it to both business and couple travellers.

This is a small hotel just beside Phyathai Railink station to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Suitable for thos you need to be early to airport but need to stay downtown. Front room expected for continuous noise from the road,so you need to request back room although this hotel provides earplug but still uncomfortable. The lobby is smallish, as it served as breakfast area as well. The breakfast is a set menu, and if you stay longer than three days then you will certainly feel bored with the breakfast items. The room which I stay is a single room, really small and noisy. I would advise you to choose double room even you stay alone as most double rooms are at the back. Walking to Ratchaprarop is about 15 minutes flat walk. Across the hotel there is a food court and have everything to eat from breakfast to dinner. Room amenities and toilet amenities are complete, this is very typical in Thai hotels. I would suggest three days is enough because it is a small hotel without garden or spaces to chill. Still will return to this hotel if I have a very morning flight but still in the downtown.

Second stay with Hotel Tranz. Location is right next to Phaya Thai BTS, probably a short walk (10mins) to nearest 711. Still quite clean. If you are looking at convenience for a short stay, this is a good choice if you do not mind some train noises and basic amenities. Also, the temperature of water in the showers varies so it goes from extreme warm to cold on own accord. Just have to be careful when bathing. Staff was very helpful to carry the luggage across the small road to BTS for us at check out. Thanks for your help! Suggest to have at least 2 chairs in the rooms with king beds as the placement of the table is also too far from the table to serve as temporary seats if we want to use the table. Would also help if there is luggage rack provided.

After a week’s stay in Bangkok, I had to check out at 1 pm from my hotel, and as I had a late evening departure from BKK, I wanted an inexpensive place for a few hours where I could keep my bags, change clothes, take a shower and lie down a bit. So I booked the Florida for a one-night stay at the bargain price of 28 EUR (and actually didn’t even spend the night). The hotel might look dire from the outside, and it sure is a remnant of the 1970s, but it is still a solid choice for anyone who needs a place to stay the night before an early flight. The hotel is located right next to Phaya Thai station, and you’ll be on the airport train platform within three minutes. I checked in at 1:25 pm. The hotel seemed quiet, the lobby was empty and a bit dark – as if the hustle and bustle of Bangkok had suddenly vanished. The receptionist was friendly and spoke some English – not much, but we got by. I got my room immediately. No key deposit was required. The room was of good size. While it was definitely outdated, everything was clean and tidy and nothing was broken. There were two single beds, a bit hard, a desk & chair as well as a coffe table & chair. There was efficient and quiet A/C, and two hotel-branded 0.5 L water bottles were provided. There was a fridge, but no safe. Charging your devices was easy, there were sockets behind the bedside table was well as next to the desk (both at floor level). Wifi was free and fast, but limited to one decive only. I didn’t ask for a second wifi code, perhaps they would have provided that on request. The bathroom came with a bathtub and a handheld shower, but the hose was short so showering was a bit difficult. The water was lukewarm at best – okay for showering, but don’t plan on taking a hot bath. Water pressure was adequate. Soap bars and a minibottle of hotel-branded shampoo were provided. I was happy to find a swimming pool in the small backyard. While the pool wasn’t huge, it was quite adequate and the water temperature was pleasant. Bring a towel from your room. There is a restaurant, too, but I didn’t try it. By European standards, I would rate this hotel at 2.5 stars. For the price I paid, I definitely got value for money so in its own category, I would say the hotel did really well. Just don’t expect the Ritz. I wouldn’t hesitate to book the Florida again if I need a place to stay before my flight. I would happily spend the night here, too, but for a longer stay, I would look for a hotel that offers more amenities.

1. Excellent location 3 mins away from train. Lit up alley even at night /just grab bike is safe for females too cause its only like 1 min drive in. 2. Hot water is available throughout, you can load hot water during shower and bath tub at the same time. 3. Very safe for travellers, double locked doors, 24hr receptionist. Opposite another bigger hotel. Need card for lift access 4. Excellent Service and staff can speak simple English. Ford from front desk help me to make bookings/call and even tips that I didn't think of. 5 star! 5. There's no pool or gym but a pretty restaurant at the lobby. Next trip I'll try it out! Unique menu and the whole hotel is super insta worthy 6. Right outside is a public gym if you wish to go. 7. Clean and comfortable room Only con is liaise with front desk using line. So may face some issues as a foreigner/no line account. Would be good if a platform without a need to log in was used instead

Good points: Location - It's right next to the BTS station, so it's convenient to get to nearby tourist attractions. Facilities - Well-air conditioned, well-maintained and clean. Personal suitcases can be stored after check-out and until departure to the airport, a drink shop right next door is recommended. Cons: Price compared to accommodation facilities. It's a bit expensive compared to other places, a bit noisy, the common space isn't large, and the surrounding alley commercial area doesn't seem to be very active.

Would I stay here again? - YES I love the location. It's literally just 50 metre walk from the BTS Sukhumvit Line - Phaya Thai Station. The hostel is situated in a quiet alley just behind the main road as you get off the station. So you don't actually hear that much noise of the train and traffic. For muslims, the hostel is also within 7 to 10 minutes walk to the Darul Aman Mosque where you would find many Halal restaurants nearby the Phetchaburi Road, Ratchathewi. Convenient stores such as 7-Eleven are plenty nearby.  We had chosen this place due to it's location, as the Phaya Thai Station is interconnected to the Airport Rail Link. We participated the Amazing Thailand Bangkok Marathon 2020 for a 10KM run and had to take the race kit at the Makasan Airport Link Station. The organiser also provided free shuttle to and from the race event site to the Makasan station which is the main reason why we decided to find an area near Phaya Thai. Mobility is very convenient if you decided to find halal food easily or even walk to Pratunam for some shopping.  I love the hostel settings and ambience. It's quiet, cosy. It has a spacious common area and it has a dining area that you are able to use. Simple breakfast such as toast, cereal, banana and coffee/tea are provided free flow from 8:30am to 10:30 am or so. We had a small but cosy and functionally designed room for two. They make use of the space with a cosy double bed on top like a bunk bed concept and a single long sofa below that could also be used to for a comfy nap.  The room has a balcony and they conveniently placed hooks if you need to hang your clothes outside. Although the room doesn't have any closet, there are also hooks and hangers provided that you can use for your clothes. It also has a small built in table and stool. A friend of mine stayed at the female dorm for eight and she mentioned that it is also spacious and cosy. In and out are anytime as long as you take the door access with you.  A note for caution / improvements - The hostel does not have any lift. So if you are placed at the top most floor i.e. the 3rd floor, carrying a big heavy luggage would be a struggle. The staircase is also steep.

Stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of our tour of Thailand. Location was great as a 5-10min walk to Phayathai station (rail link from airport) for 40Baht, and the reason we chose this hotel. Set back from the busy main road down a quiet ‘soi’. Very modern property with beautiful decor. We were in the main building so no issues with lifts/stairs. When we opened the room door we were met with a washbasin, which we thought strange, but the layout did actually work. The bathroom contained loo and shower. I think the bed was the comfiest of our three week stay throughout the country! Wifi was good. Small pool to cool off in with loungers, but did not use. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 store. Breakfast was very good, catering for all tastes and with an egg station for freshly cooked omelettes etc. Very clean. We used the local buses extensively to get about (using G maps) for a few Baht. All in all very happy with our choice and would recommend.

The room was oversized, it was two rooms, one living room and two bathrooms. Quiet in the middle of the environment, opposite to the King Power Duty Free Shop. From the Don Mueang Airport, take the A2 bus directly to the Victory Monument and walk for more than 200 meters, which is very convenient. The staff service in the store is cordial and enthusiastic, and I can even communicate in English using half-slinging.

This place was perfect! Close to both Phayathai BTS skytrain and the Airport Railway Link. So many restaurants around and the mall is just a fair 10 minute walk away. Front desk were very friendly. Loved the free breakfast and the array of coffee and tea that they had in their little commissary. Can't wait to stay here again for my next trip.

Excellent -Islamic- hotel at a 20 minutes distance from Suvarnabhumi Airport and at 5 minutes walk from Hua Mak railway station. Very quiet airconditioning in the room, no ( working) airco in the corridors. Decent breakfast. The hotel consists of two towers. Only one elevator per tower is not handy, with 9 floors. Marvelous swimming pool at the 9th floor of tower 1 with view over Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

There is a parking lot, there are convenience stores nearby, and there is an old food market. We use Grab taxi software to go out, about 200 from the hotel to the Siam business district. The overall environment is OK. The room has a small balcony, which is a floor-to-ceiling window. Household noise is not very good, such as the high quality of sleep requirements need to be cautious, the overall cost is relatively high.

Booked this place for my sister because it’s near my apartment, It could easily fit in 3 ppl in the room but felt that the service was a bit meh and thinking it might be because we were only staying one night. They gave us only one key for 2 ppl and when we tried to access the room at first, we realized they didn’t even unlock the key for us so we had to make another trip to the reception just to unlock the key. The bathroom had little to no amenities and it didn’t looked very clean for a newly built hotel, we didn’t have complimentary drinks like mentioned or if it was self served, no one told us about it. There were no slippers in the bedroom. It’s definitely pricey for the location but service and amenities are not up to par.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

Not! Often! Recommend! Recommend! In Taiwan, you can use Lai to confirm the relevant details of the housing with the landlord (English communication is barrier-free, and the map guide is very intimate to facilitate passengers to arrive ~~~ The room has no difference with the pictures on the Internet, and the overall non-~ Chang~ Big ~ is also very clean! Each room has a private bathroom and simple toiletries, which is very friendly and intimate for friends! The only fly in the ointment is that the pool does not have extra lighting at night, so there will be a little black (but turning on the room light can also be an alternative solution xd If you have any questions during the journey, you can contact the landlord soon, very at ease >< (The accommodation is in a residential area, so it will take a little time to get to the downtown area, and pay attention to the volume at night! Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. Although the night guard brother can’t speak English, there are twists and turns, but I can feel their enthusiasm. I really like the staff here Most importantly the store is super clean! ! ! ! I don't think my home is so spotless, this location, this environment, this price! So worth it! It may be that the boss didn’t spend much energy on online promotion, knowing that there are not many people in this hotel, but I really think it is a good choice, so I wrote such a long review to thank you for your care. This hotel is like a building There are a lot of apartment rooms and staff! In the end, if I have to say something wrong, my room has a balcony, but the view is not good, and the room size is not big, but the layout is reasonable. If I still go to Bangkok, I will consider staying here^•^

My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Location - nearby Phra Khanong BTS station (approx 5mins walking distance). But hotel do provide free transportation to this station, but u have to liaise with the receptionist. There is one 7-11 store nearby (approx 1mins walk). Mostly local street foods nearby this hotel. Transportation - I took DMK airport taxi to this hotel (40mins drive) and cost me THB370 (inclusive of THB50 airport surcharge and THB50 toll fee). It’s very convenient to take BTS to siam, pratunam or chilom area (about 20mins train ride. You may buy a one day BTS pass which offer unlimited ride in a day. Breakfast - good variety come with various fruits, drinks and dishes. Overall - highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay here with everything going well. The bed was comfortable, spotless and clean room, etc . This hotel is perfect for exploring the Thong lo area and still close enough to the BTS station. The other tip is that if you’re ordering a car, it works better if you set the destination to the Nikko hotel which is just facing the hotel. For some reason the grab app keeps routing the taxi and even food delivery to the back route of the hotel which is not open.
