The hotel is generally good, as it is located near the metro, a lot of places nearby where you can eat. The first room I didn't like and I was given another at once. I consider the price-quality ratio perfect. Big room. It has everything. The room also included breakfasts, which is also very pleasant. The only thing I lower the rating is cleaning, as I had to erase the dust from the refrigerator, from the tables, to wash the door handles. On the photo you can see. I never waited for the maid in five days to at least take out the garbage.

Good location because it is close to the Panil Station. I arrived earlier than the existing check-in time, but it was good to have a prepared room so I could check in early! The location is located at BIFF Plaza in Mapo-dong. The location is great, and the price is the price of a homestay. The two walls of this room are glass windows 😍😍 and you can see the Busan Tower, which is really unique. And several of the glass windows can be opened and closed. The hotel has thoughtfully installed anti-mosquito nets, and there is a small terrace outside. It is really unique, because generally the windows cannot be opened and closed with such glass curtain walls. .

Looking at the hotels recommended on Xiaohongshu, they are really good! ! The hotel is just opposite Songdo Beach, you can walk to the beach when you go out, and the sea view room has a great view! The rooms are also very spacious. The young lady at the front desk of the hotel speaks very good English, and the communication went smoothly. There are quite a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes downstairs in the hotel. There is also a bar street within walking distance next to the hotel. It is a new five star hotel in songdo beach so i decided to check it out. I had two separate stays for couple days each in the span of 10 days. The hotel is awesome and they upgraded me to a suite. Everything is new and clean... with that said, where do i begin. First of all nowhere in the wyndham website was stated that it was a soft opening. No room service and no lounge. The staff were very courteous but had incorrect information about a lot of things which made it very confusing. The water from the faucet had a little chemical smell. The elevators were the most inefficiently set up from parking to the room. The breakfast set up was scattered in inconsistent. I would have changed hotels after the first stay but wifey loved the rooms so we went back the second time. They should really have some, any, benefits for diamond members other than upgrades which they probably wont give if they are fully booked.

The room was spacious and individual heating, so it was very warm and comfortable. The overall remodeling made it clean and bright, but it felt like an old building. Breakfast is available, and if you go out, there are many restaurants within 5 minutes, so you don't have to worry about eating. Whale sashimi cake and miryang pork soup restaurant are famous enough to have to line up from early in the morning. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach Haeundae Beach, and the snacks you can taste at the surrounding market were also delicious. Above all, there were a lot of busking performances in the evening, so I was able to accumulate so good memories with the night view. The boss of the hotel was very kind and helped me in many ways, and the shower in the bathroom had a wide water pressure, but the water pressure in the sink was rather weak. Overall, the room and bathroom are spacious, clean and warm. The soundproofing was good, so I was able to stay quiet. There are many parking lots and there are many amenities around, so it is a place I want to visit again next time.

Stayed for 2 nights on a family trip. The facilities and service were excellent for the price range, and it was a large room with two double beds, a table, and a mini sofa. But I didn't know because there was no notice that the floor was carpeted. Disposable slippers are provided, but they tear quickly due to friction with the carpet. There are plenty of pillows, including toiletries, a hair dryer, and a styler, and the reclining bed is good for facilities. The bathroom floor was plastered incorrectly, so the water wouldn't drain. Even though I was sleeping, the fishy smell kept rising, so even though it was cold, I had to sleep with the window open. It is not recommended to visit with family as there are many businesses nearby. Singing all night long ㅜㅜ It works even if I close the window. There isn't much food around... So we continued driving around and came back to sleep late at night. They clean it well, but it can't be helped because of the smell, and it would be a good idea to consider carpeting. The floor of the slippers is dirty. There's a lot of dust... It's a shame that it doesn't seem worth the money you invested in after taking good care of it. There was also a barista robot. The staff were friendly and it was a memorable hotel.

I booked for 2 rooms, one is double bed room while another one is triple bed room. I feel very satisfied with the service especially the staff are friendly and helpful. I feel that their staff are quite good in English, better than many other people I met in Busan. Their free breakfast is the best, even though we need to cook ourselves, but it provides an opportunity for us to make friends with others tourists. Hotel is strategically located. Convienient if you want to take bus, subway or even the KTX train. Surrounded with cafes, stores and walking distance to Texas Street and their subway Busan station. The negative part of it is the late check in at 4pm. Hotel staff would not even give 15 minutes early check in. Rudely asked us to sit at the lobby. Their staff need to be trained to be more friendly and equipped with basic front line ”tools”. We were not informed of what to expect when we collected the room card. We had to call to ask for wifi password and what time to check out. Other than, this hotel is perfect. Spacious room and toilet. No wardrobe thoough.

please don’t mistake this hotel for the one at seomyeon - we made this mistake and ended up walking about 1km in the rain dragging our luggages to the hotel 😂 take the subway (orange, line 1) from busan station to beomnaegol station, take the lift marked exit 6 / 8 and you’ll see c u convenience store on your right. walk straight towards paris baguette and turn right into the alley once you see paris baguette in front of you. walk straight and make a slight right once you see hotel 2 heaven. you’ll see the entrance leading to hound hotel in less than 30secs on your left. the hotel is quite comfy and the bedroom has a door separating the washroom / entrance which was great. overall comfy stay, highly recommended!
