The hotel is perfect for a six to eight hour stay. Because I flew into the airport after 1 am and departing early the next morning I find lying flat in a quiet room a great option. It's not five star elegant but rather a comfortable bed, controllable a/c that didn't freeze you and great shower pressure. Electric kettle with instant coffees and some crackers are in the room. Toothbrush, shampoo and a wall hair dryer. Bonus if you are arriving and departing from C gates it's nearby.

This hotel is super convenient for transit layovers without going through immigration. You'll need to show your passport and your connecting flight's boarding pass. If you haven't printed it before your trip, on the way from the plane to the hotel, you'll see a transfer service counter where you can queue to get your boarding pass printed. If you book in advance, a double room for 12 hours costs just over 400 yuan. It's very clean, quiet, and has a fresh air system so it doesn't feel stuffy at all. It's right next to McDonald's, which is open 24/7 for ordering food. The original large chicken pieces are delicious. The bedside table between the two beds in the double room can be removed, allowing the two beds to be pushed together to form a large bed.

Booked a room to stay in before our 23.20 flight to Heathrow. Lovely to be so close to terminal one with the buggy transfer to take us and our cases the short distance. Hotel is beautiful and with a large lobby and outdoor area great to walk around. Staff exceptional helping with lifts,meals,cases etc. A great variety of food and a bar available throughout the day .if I returned to KL I would definitely stay here again .

The hotel is quite near to KLIA airport. It took about 20-25 mins to reach using Grab car. The hotel is big & nice with wide lobby. The room is also clean, comfortable and with all the amenities. We stayed there for 1 night only since our flight is the next day. The breakfast spread is quite good too with varieties of food, local and western. There is also a free shuttle service to the airport at no cost. Overall, it was a good and nice hotel to stay!

The hotel seems newly renovated and is about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport, which is perfect for catching an early flight! The room size is decent, and they provide mineral water and basic toiletries, though there are no slippers. Considering the price, it offers great value for money. There are also plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about food and drinks.

We missed our flight with a family of 7 and urgently needed to find a place to stay before our next flight the next day. Hotels and a capsule hotel for a full-fledged vacation in 2 days are too expensive for 7 people. We were looking for a budget option. For the indicated price, the opportunity to rest after the road is an ideal option, even taking into account the cost of a taxi there and back. The house is a 20-minute drive away, 100 ringgit. It is clean, there are towels and soap. Comfortable contactless check-in at night was perfect for us. There are air conditioners in each room (we only occupied the 2nd floor). Thank you! Very satisfied!

Clean and comfortable, this is a new hotel. Drinking water is not provided in the room, but a Coway water dispenser (hot & cold water) is available in the lobby. An iron and ironing board are also provided in the lobby. There is no lift, so you’ll need to use the stairs. The distance from KLIA2 is about 20 minutes and from KLIA1 about 15 minutes, depending on traffic. The Grab fare (for a car suitable for 2 people with small to medium luggage) is around RM30–RM35. Dining options are quite limited, but there are food trucks nearby at night. Overall, it’s a good place for a short stopover stay.

Excellent stay! Superbly located, 600m from the ferry terminal. Shops and scooter rentals are right next door. The owners are lovely and always smiling, ready to help and be of service. We have a pleasant stay in this studio house. Nice smell welcomed us as we enter the house. - fully furnished studio house. It includes washing machine, fridge, water dispenser, electric stove. - Owner also provide netflix. We can watch using the projector that they provide. - house look exactly the same as the picture. - Very clean - Comfortable queen size bed. Also have 1 queen sofa bed for extra occupancy. overall we are pleased with this accomodation.

The room is exactly like the photo ❤️ Very clean and I’m happy with the service ✨ It’s very close to the airport which is awesome! Other things that made the stay very pleasant: The security is very friendly :) There’s a washing machine with the dryer. The bed is very comfortable. There’s free Netflix Airconditioner & fan works perfectly well. There’s no water drainage issue. We had to wash the dishes and take out the garbage, which we didnt mind 💓 So overall, a very pleasant stay.

Overall great Inside the villa area It’s great to feel like living in this place. It’s a pity that I came early in the evening. It’s very quiet at night. I had a flight early the next morning and checked into this B&B near the airport. Let me comment objectively. The B&B has a large room, a refrigerator, and is very clean. The decoration is relatively new, probably within 5 years, and it is relatively quiet after 10 p.m. Downstairs is opposite the shopping mall, which is very convenient for eating and suitable for friends who are on a business trip. The only regret is that there is no shower to take off your shoes. For your reference, overall it was a very satisfying stay!

A decent hotel for an overnight stay before or after a flight. There's a McDonald's and a cafe with good food nearby. The hotel consists of two buildings; to access the second one, you have to go outside and cross a street where dumpsters are located, which unfortunately results in a noticeable unpleasant smell. There are no refrigerators, neither in the rooms nor throughout the entire hotel. So, storing your own food items might be an issue. The bed linen is worn out. Otherwise, everything is fine. Water coolers are available, and it's quiet.

This is my third time staying here for a layover. The previous 2 stays were really good experiences for me but this time, I was given a room with luggage lift in the adjacent building. Room L01 (family room) was dirty! One of the queen beds stink! As if a child had peed on it and the sheet was not changed. The bathroom door knob was dangling off, the shower head not functioning, the toilet seat cover had fell off (it was left on the bathroom floor) and bedroom floor was sticky. After a nite stay, I requested for another room and was given L05. This one was clean and everything was good. Please….have a look at room L01 and repair the things that I highlighted here. I always stay here for a nite or two because if your location and facilities. Please take swift actions. Tqsm

Health: average health Traffic around is average and there's not much to eat. Checking in is very complicated. The landlord needs to send the room number and then the security guard will take him to the mailbox to get the key. I cannot receive clear information through Ctrip booking. I hope Ctrip can clarify the check-in process with the landlord. It is next to the Xiamen University of Malaysia campus, which is very convenient if you are going to school.

Very close to the airport, spacious rooms, clean linens, and the front desk lady was very pretty. She even gave us 4 bottles of water. It's a great place to stay if you have an early flight. Remember to bring your own toothbrush; disposable toothbrushes cost an extra 13 MYR (about 20 RMB). Excellent value for money!
