Because it is an apartment hotel, it is very suitable for long-term stay, but it should be noted that this apartment building is not a hotel in the strict sense. Although the building has security, it is not an official person of the hotel. It should be equipped in the apartment and is only responsible for checking in and checking. Out, unable to store luggage, apply for extra beds, etc. After booking the hotel on Ctrip, you need to contact the hotel by email and pay a deposit to get the check in password. In addition to these, the cleanliness and convenience of the interior of the room (with kitchen refrigerator microwave tableware) are very satisfied

Sheer excellence is the only way to describe the experience at the Hazelton Hotel. My wife and I have stayed a few times, and the service is stellar on each occasion. All team members in their respective departments pay the highest attention to the smallest detail. Special mention goes to the below staff members who have always provided amazing service: Toni, Concierge Maira, Concierge Elaine, Richard, Chantal, Lucas at One Restaurant Michael and Andre in Valet Parking Hazel - Housekeeping The Hazelton Hotel was most recently voted the number one luxury hotel in all of Canada by Trip Advisor. If you stay here, you will see why.

The entrance is not easy to find, and you have to check in after 15:00, and you will have to pay extra at other times. The packages are more suitable for couples or families, but may not be suitable for singles.

The location is unrivaled and excellent, the staff are very polite and enthusiastic, and as a ”cleanliness” I am also very satisfied with the hygiene. There are two disadvantages: the subway in room 535 is too loud, there is a subway passing through the underground every few minutes, it is very noisy! The shower water in the bathroom is too small, which is very unpleasant. Therefore, if you come again, you will definitely not choose 535 and similar rooms.

The location is in the center of Downtow, which is first-class and convenient. Opposite is the Royal Museum, Ceramics Museum, etc. It is worth visiting. There are 2 supermarkets, TIM coffee, and McDonald's on the left and right of the hotel. About 200 meters to the left is Luxury Street, LV, and Van Cleef & Arpels. There are all kinds of treasures, so you can just walk around and browse. It is really a surprise. The hotel has a classic style, there are not many people, there are no tour groups, and it is not noisy. I like it. There is no buffet for breakfast, it's a la carte, which is pretty good. I particularly like the large amount of hot water in the bathroom. The sound of the air conditioner is a bit embarrassing. The lights in the room are a bit dim, but the space is large enough and you can vaguely see the luxury of the past. The front desk service attitude is very friendly. All in all, it's very cost-effective. Will continue to choose to stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Windsor Arms September 16-19, 2022. On Saturday we returned to the hotel around 10:30 PM, tired from a full day of sightseeing. We found the entire ground floor of the hotel occupied by screaming young people celebrating a wedding, and the ballroom dominated by a very raucous band. Needless to say, we were unable to sleep. When we called the desk to request that the amplifier be turned down, we were flatly refused. No relief; forget it, we have a party going on. Our second call did not even elicit sympathy from Calvin; he seemed affronted that we would even call to complain. To add insult to injury, when we finally drifted off to sleep after 1:00 AM, we were abruptly awakened by, not one, but two different phone calls--presumably Calvin venting his anger at our complaint. When we checked out on September 19, I complained to the desk attendant and requested some compensation for our inconvenience. She very quickly informed me that would be ”impossible.” I asked to see her supervisor and was told that ”only the ”owner” could grant relief. Of course he was not present, and she refused to give me his name or contact information. She did promise to have him call me--what a hoax. Two weeks have passed without any call, and without any apology. Bottom line: don't come to the Winsor Arms for a good night's sleep. Mike Henke

A beautiful hotel. The lobby is tall, and the overhead looks like snowflakes are falling. The paintings and handicrafts in the room are condensed. Toiletries are Le Labo. It has a shower room and a large off-white bathtub. Located in Yorkville, Toronto's most high-end community. Metro station Bloor-Yonge is 400 meters away.

Because the hotel is just across the road and close to the subway station, the facilities introduced are also good, so I chose this hotel without hesitation. After I stayed, I felt very bad. It was the worst hotel I stayed in in Canada. I checked in the first night. We checked in at Niagara Falls and it was almost nine o'clock in the evening. We booked a double bed. The room was gone, and Ctrip could only change rooms the next day after the negotiation, and the trouble caused naturally need not be said; the next morning, I found that there was a reminder of the consumer text message at 3 o'clock in the hotel on the credit card. How to get it out was inexplicable, and it scared me to quickly close the credit card transaction function. Later, I was fortunate to have Ctrip help to solve it in a timely manner; I finally changed to a twin room the next night. Unexpectedly, this room was near the subway and it was too noisy to sleep all night . Fortunately, we stayed at this hotel for only two days! The most profound lesson is that when you deposit at the front desk of the hotel lobby, do not leave your credit card with your credit card, and do not easily give it to the front desk customer service. Special thanks also to Ctrip's customer service for helping to solve all the problems effectively and timely!

I went to Toronto to play, the location is very good, look at the map, go to a few more famous attractions are very close, there is a subway nearby, you can buy a subway day pass 13 dollars a day to sit casually, including the long tram. The rooms are not big, the facilities are average, and the sanitation is acceptable. The breakfast in the restaurant is fairly plentiful. After all, it is a big city. This price is also satisfactory.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Metro Line 1 and Line 2: 300 meters outside Bloor-Yonge Station, and a small black building in the alley. Outside the window, the green leaves are sparse. Retro-old old-fashioned telephone, some very literary thick books. The most amazing thing is that there's a vinyl record. Pull it out of the cover and put it on the Crosley disc. Enjoy. No coffee maker, instant coffee available in the cockroach. However, the kettle is SMEG, an Italian luxury brand.

Needless to say, W Hotel is a modern hotel popular among young people. The service is good and thoughtful, and the pattern and atmosphere of high-end atmosphere are exuded everywhere. The facilities in the room are very modern, and the restaurant is even more high-end. It’s not like a buffet where a group of people eat in a dark place. Instead, it feels like a high-end restaurant. I thought I went wrong, so I went to the front desk to ask again to confirm that it’s really here. for breakfast

I stayed with Samesun in Toronto in Mars 2023. They have a 24 h open reception. The check in went smoothly, the rooms, bathrooms and showers were clean! You have a charger and a small lamp by your bed and curtains to separate yourself from the other’s. The best thing about the stay was the free of charge breakfast in the morning! Coffee, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit etc.. so nice.

The suite hotel room is spacious, you can put an extra bed in the living room, and charge 25 Canadian dollars a day before tax. The kitchen facilities are complete, including utensils, which is convenient for family travel. The hotel is strategically located, 4 minutes walk from the subway station. The hotel has an underground parking lot. 30 Canadian dollars per day before tax. The basement is equipped with a public coin-operated washing machine and dryer, one to two Canadian dollars each time. There is also a larger indoor swimming pool. Although it is a bit dated, it is generally good.

Room is clean look like renovated the only down side is the house and neighbourhood is run down conditions u will not likely to put up there in first impression. It is convenient to reach the bus and street car or slight walk direct to transit train. The surrounding offers many eating restaurants and especially Chinese food as is Chinatown. If u willing to accept the basic room just for night sleep with the price is a choice.

The location is perfect, a ten-minute walk from the Union Station and just adjacent to the ferry pier to Toronto Island. The ferry just cost 8.70 CAD for round trip for 20 mins. It is a nice place to visit, especially those who enjoy nature. We booked a room facing the lake, which is highly recommended. It is a real picture taken in the early morning from the window. The room service is nice and the buffet breakfast with lots of varieties of food. I needed to have a zoom meeting, and the internet service is stable. Though it is a paid service, it was waived as I am Bonvoy Member. Do join their membership.

The hotel was fantastic, great location and great facilities. The staff were also top class, extremely helpful and polite. Nathaly on reception ensured we were not only up to date of what the hotel could offer but provide a city map and pointed out lots of areas of interest for us to explore. Matthew in the concierge team was equally helpful and polite, leading use directly into the subway from the hotel to prevent us needing to carry heavy cases down the steep steps at the external entrance. Many thanks for helping make Toronto a great experience.

Was okay. Not great, not terrible, could be better. Pros Location. Close to restaurants, CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium. Starbucks in building Comfy bed Housekeeping comes daily Quiet Cons Not all rooms have couch/sofa bed Bathroom door doesn’t have a lock, it’s a sliding door No blackout shades so room gets bright as som comes up $50 to valet and 35 to park at a lot around the corner Our bathroom didn’t feel clean, had a smell Hotel seems more for business not for couples or family Pool area is in lower level, doesn’t look like pictures, no window Dirty dishes from room service from another room was in the hall for 3 days and no one picked it up I had requested a higher floor room, asked for a room with a sofa bed…and extra towels. I got none of the requested. Was offered a cot. Sometimes you get back from excursions you want to kick off your shoes and relax on couch with your other half not get in the bed all sweaty and dirty…we got a room with a single chair. The cot was so uncomfortable with a huge dip in the middle. Room on 2nd floor had a view of valet. No extra towels provided. Only gave you new water bottles on first day. I felt like the room was overpriced. Bathroom had a smell to it. Mildew maybe? Couldn’t pinpoint the smell.

We stayed four nights at the hotel. The check in was quick and easy. The housekeeping services each day were very good. The restaurant onsite was not open but there are several coffee shops in the immediate area so that wasn't a problem. The public transit was close by and it easy to access. The reason we won't give the hotel five stars is because the WiFi was terrible. The routers were old and not secure, the service was very slow and we were not impressed.

My parents were there for my mums surgery (it is right opposite St Michael's Hospital) for the third time, I reached out to the hotel to request an early check in and for them just to extend extra care as I am in Vancouver and could not be there(travel restrictions). Shivani from the Marketing Team was quick to respond to my request, she assured me the message had been conveyed to the concerned persons at the hotel and my parents would be well taken care off, my mum called me right after they check in, not only were they given a CLEAN, SAFE, BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS HOTEL ROOM, they had such a warm welcome and Pela the receptionist actually remembered them from the last time they stayed. It is during these trialing times that these hospitality industry leaders serve as true heroes as they continue to create treasured experiences for people despite the conditions they are going through, the worry of what will happen to them tomorrow..... Just the comfort of knowing from miles away that my parents at the Pantages were 'at home' was indeed a priceless experience. We will keep booking Pantages when in Downtown Toronto for their amazing service and for always being ready to go the extra mile for their guests and I strongly recommend this hotel to any guest.....

Room was fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All the staff I encountered during my 4 night's stay was very pleasant and helpful. After getting off the bus, you have to walk for a while to get there. The scorching sun was scorching hot, and it was difficult to get the room card, but I couldn't open it in various directions. Go back to the front desk on the first floor. The front desk didn't say sorry, just took the card and put it on the machine and gave it back to me. There is a shuttle bus to the airport. Wi-Fi is not very stable, so it works fine. Breakfast is $9.04 per person, and there are three set menus to choose from. It needs to be booked in advance, and the meal will be picked up at the front desk the next day.

I got to the hotel super early after 9am because I missed my flight to head back home. I already know the 3pm policy so I went to the front desk. I was already super tired and hungry and was met by Satvik. I explained my dilemma and asked if I could rest my luggage down because I know I’m not able to check it now. He was so sympathetic to my situation smiled and said he had a room available now that I could check in. I was in shocked and super happy. He also thanked me for being a diamond member and gave me a snack package that I hadn’t had to ask for. I’ve stayed at 3 other hiltons in Toronto and not one of them offered me my snack package or acknowledged my status. Also I’ve met the lady at housekeeping on the floor and she was very friendly. I didn’t get her name, I wish I did. My room was very clean, fresh linen and towels. Also the other staff at front desk assisted me on where I can walk for food. Seeing that I already turned my car in. Also I received a wake up call for my shuttle bus to leave that next morning. Even though it was only one night, I’ve never felt so much appreciated. Please keep up the good work and to Satvik thank you so much!! When I return back to Toronto I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

We arrived as part of a USA & Canada trip from Ireland. My second visit to Canada and my partners first visit. This hotel was fantastic. We had started our trip in San Francisco in a holiday inn express so we hoped this hotel would mirror the experience we had there and it did! We were greeted as we entered by a gentleman on the desk. This was Easter time and the hotel had chocolate treats at the desk for guests. Thoughtful little gesture. The guy was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure that we would have a nice room and also that we would have a room up high to enjoy a nice view. Breakfast was included and we were again very impressed with the service and the selection that was on offer for breakfast just like San Francisco hotel. We arrived in our room which was great. The room had all the essentials and was very clean and Modern. The view was amazing overlooking the park across from the hotel and a view of all the sky scrapers in downtown Toronto. The hotel was very close to a metro supermarket for food and snacks for the room. We checked out a lovely restaurant called HOTHOUSE which we enjoyed the food and the service. Please check out a few coffee shops nearby including the black canary, Fahrenheit, b espresso bar and third wave coffee. Just a few mentioned. The hotel is near St Lawrence market for all the foodies. This market has so much to offer. Lots of local produce and fresh food market stalls for everyone. What a great city and what a fantastic hotel.

Our only sadness about the place was that the pool and other facilities were closed, but we didn't go for the pool. They were able to let us use the nearby Delta, which was nice but we didn't want to go outside of the complex for that. Common thing that happens in December/January so we weren't too shocked. We were on the club floor for the hors d'oeuvres, for what you get compared to other high end chains that offer this, we noticed there was much more choice of food items. The lounge seemed to be a little dirty and shabby, the chairs have not been steam cleaned for quite some time, you could see the dirt in the morning sunlight where people have wiped their hands on the furniture over the years. We noticed the little things, and on one of the hot table stations they missed a small speck of the curry sauce from the night before on the edge of the serving dish. It didn't affect the food quality, nor did it warrant a complaint, but attention to detail could be a little better on the part of the kitchen staff. The customer service was amazing at this hotel, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Despite all this, we will be back.

When I booked this it clearly said POOL There was no pool needs to be taken off the website. Room was clean, not enough towels for 4 people. There were only 2. I did not see a problem with breakfast, it was pretty much hot breaky. Sat morning there were home fries, scrambled eggs, bacon ( which needed to be cooked more so I didn't eat it ) There is a machine to make your own waffles, bread for toast and I believe hot dogs ? Muffins ( They were blueberry that is why they looked the way they did, they were not moldy ) juice, coffee, tea. There was no fresh fruit which was disappointing. 1st night wedding was awakened at 2am by the wedding party good thing they went to their rooms and settled down. 2nd night another wedding was at their venue never heard a peep. When we did come back on the Sat around 7 our room keys didn't work. Person at the front desk was apologetic and gave us new ones. Also asked for decafe and he delivered 4 pkgs to our room since there was none at breaky.

The hotel is very easy to find by car, but the bus stop is not only easy to find, but also suitable for driving friends. There is an electric stove in the room, you can simply make some meals, no ventilation equipment. The room is not too big, the two beds are big and small. There is an elevator but it cannot be used. Everyone tries to arrange the room on the first floor. I was because the room that was originally on the second floor of the stairs was too noisy. Please wait for the waiter to change the room and change the room. There are more parking spaces and it costs $11.3 a day.

The sound of the plane is a bit too big. It is not recommended to sleep at night. It is afraid of a quiet room. The room is ok. The toilet is good. The bathing stuff is complete. The towel bath has no smell.
