Conveniently located. Near bus stops and mrt station. My children loved the bunk bed setup and the complimentary snacks. Slightly lack of amenities like no tissue paper (there is toilet paper) and no conditioner and tiny bathroom. But it is good enough for a short stay.

The breakfast was very generous and it was quite an appetite for me. I could read a book at the bar in the evening. No extra bed, the beds are bunk beds, how many people can set the size of the room is sufficient, this price is already very cost-effective in Singapore. Good location, right in Chinatown, the signboard is a bit small, it takes time to find it for the first time. The capsule room is similar to a youth hostel, but it is more fully equipped and personally thinks it is more comfortable than a youth hostel. If you bring a child, you should try not to bring it if you are under 15 years old. It is really recommended not to bring a child under 12 years old. Everyone lives in a room. If there is noise, it will really affect the children. It's okay if your child is very obedient and quiet.

We used to be regular guest to this hotel when it was still under the management of the previous owner. We go there regularly on weekend because of its good location, good service friendly staffs, clean and reasonable comfort provided. This is the first time we check into the hotel under new the management. We look forwards to a good new experience under the new management. Unfortunately, we were both very disappointed due to the following reasons which I personally thing the management to look into. 1. The mattress is very uncomfortable as we can feel the spring the moment we lay on it. The previous mattress was alot better. 2. There's cleanliness issue as there's small cockroach found in the room. 3. The room water heaters water is not hot at all. We informed the staffs and changed to another room but still there isn't any different. We ended up having to take cold shower at night. We sincerely hope the new management can look into it.

As a whitewashed accommodation for 14 days, I have not fallen asleep all night, the room is not soundproofed, and my spirit is about to collapse. Ctrip negotiated to no avail. The hotel service is indeed good. You can't refund, but you can change the room. The soup does not change the medicine. The door is just the bed. People next door can hear it when they urinate. This is the most painful trip in my life. The buildings in Chinatown are like this. You can eat, play, but not live.

Singapore's big sister service is very clean, clean and comfortable, and each bed has curtains that are more private. Very quiet and sleepy... this price is affordable. You can find it when you find a temple in Chinatown. It is very convenient to have a restaurant downstairs, breakfast, big sister to help you, coffee and tea for you to drink, and do not need to wash dishes and cups. very good! Big sister will speak Chinese and English.

Location is good, health is OK, breakfast is also good at this price, bread milk coffee tea, don't ask so much for more than one hundred nights. The washing area is public, the toilets are really small, and the bathrooms are not large. Some of the facilities have been out of repair for a long time, and some of the floor tiles have been damaged and unrepaired. I booked a room for four girls. I stayed for eight days and the staff was very good. I just wanted to knock on the door when I entered the girl's room. There was a man who had entered the room before taking pictures. . But the price and facilities are cost-effective. Hope to repair the public area, remember to knock on the door, everything else is fine.

Now, the showers and amenities are pretty much like most hostels (nothing special, but more than adequate), but the pod itself was actually quite nice! Spacious room for the price paid, near to many boutique eateries, and near to the Chinatown complex and walking distance to Outram Park MRT which is linked to people's park complex and centre. There are choices for food and if you know how to find the supermarkets nearby ,you can walk there as well or take a mrt to Tanjong Pagar or Chinatown. Relatively easy to order food for vegetarians as Chinatown complex has food for vegetarians.

I think I am the most objective evaluation: 1. Hotel location: too golden! You can walk to Outram Park subway station when you go out, wherever you go! The last train of the subway is around 11:30, and you can play until late (because the gate is the one-day bar street, the lights are bright, and it is safe) 2, the service is good, too late in the morning and check-in time, can also store luggage 3. Sentosa Island
Our 3D2N stay at the Oasia Resort Sentosa was a pleasant experience. Upon stepping foot into the hotel lobby, we were greeted by a very polite gentleman (Bryan) who welcomed and ushered us to the check in area. The check in process was seamless and the staff (Prince) showed us up to our room. The room was divided into three sections: when we entered, there was a cosy living room with a sofa and tv (that you can chromecast from your devices), and some welcome nuts and wellness bottled drinks. We still remember the laksa flavoured nuts - they were yummy! Further in, we had the really spacious bedroom, coupled with bedside tables on both sides, a work table & chair, and another tv. We could adjust the lights, blinds and curtains just by pressing a simple button. Housekeeping and turndown service were done promptly; we appreciated the special touch at turndown service - the Oasia-made balm given to us. On our second morning, we bumped into the housekeeping ladies and they were extremely polite with a cheerful disposition. Lastly, the bathroom was very spacious and did not feel claustrophobic at all. There was a huge standalone bathtub, a separate cubical for the toilet bowl, and a separate shower area. His and her sinks were coupled with toilet amenities as well as a small magnifying mirror at the side. Breakfast on both mornings were at Bedrock and the portions were HUGE. Great for morning people to fuel up for their day ahead! Only downside was that we had to wait for quite some time for breakfast to be prepared and served. This property sits right beside Imbiah Station (Sentosa Monorail). It is also a 5-10 min walk to Resorts World Sentosa, the ******, and Universal Studios Singapore. It was a lovely escape from the buzzing and noisy city. Would come back again if there was a chance!

Stayed at the 2 bedroom deluxe room for my family of 4, which is a rare find for us. Typically we will get 2 interconnecting rooms. But this 2 bedroom arrangement comes with a living hall which is good for family bonding. The only downside is that there is only 1 bathroom, and 1 powder room (we took it quite well ... treat it as if we ate staying at a Japanese ryokan which only has 1 bathroom) ... 😄

I first stayed at the SEA Hotel back in 2014 as it was recommended by my aunt and uncle who always stay here when in Singapore. I love the place. It’s old and rustic (a throwback to another time) but for $100 SGD a night with a fabulous vegetarian buffet breakfast included (Kwan Im restaurant) and prime location in Bugis you couldn’t ask for anything more. Also when booking the staff are excellent in replying to queries and give very detailed information about getting to the hotel and airport transport options and nearby attractions. Free wifi was included and it was fast and reliable. The staff on the front desk were friendly especially the girl who checked me in. Bugis+ shopping mall (10 levels with cinemas, food/retail options galore and taxi rank) is less than 5 mins walk. I use this as a taxi pick up/drop off point to various attractions from the hotel. Bugis MRT Station is 5-10 mins walk and is on the airport line (10th station from the airport, with 1 change at Tanah Merah, cost only SGD 2.50) The Kwan Im Temple is right next door and worth checking out (it gets very busy with local worshippers). Directly outside is a pedestrian mall with a flurry of activity with market stalls and street vendors. The hotel is simple and rooms unadorned with only the basics but it’s all there and excellent value for money. They do request you leave your key if you go out and recollect (24 hour reception) but I conveniently forgot to do this most of the time and it was never a problem. Oh and don’t even think about bringing durians to the hotel!

The hotel is very close to Wenqing subway station, walk 5.6 minutes. The youth hostel is very small. It has a lot of capsule beds in one room, but the capsule room is well designed. It is very spacious to sleep alone. The closed door is your own private space. Bedding, lighting, safe, charging plug, usb, and mirror are all available in the capsule. The access to the card is safe, and the bathroom is clean. Although there are many people, this is still in place. With breakfast, it is simple cereal. And toast bread, coffee milk variety. The front desk attitude is very good, that is, one of the lights in my room is broken and cannot be turned off. The Indian brother first said that the light in each room could not be turned off. He lied. Actually, it was not. Later, he let him think of a solution. In short, the overall is a good hostel, you can choose this next time you go to Singapore, it is recommended ~~~~~~

Really pretty and cosy boutique hotel. Reception and staff were all very friendly and always available at your service. The room was really nice and better than what I was expecting at this price point. Walkable distance to mrt station as well and there is also a 7/11 just a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend the studio premier room which comes with the kitchenette. The only slight problem was that the samsung smart tv couldn’t be connected to our phones so there was only a few limited channels to select from.

We checked in slightly early and was able to get into our room right away. Not much people in lobby too. Staff at the check-in counter was very friendly and helpful. We are very grateful to get a high floor with very good view for our first time staying at this hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. The TV has Google Chromecast to cast stuff from our phone, laptop. The room has a good working desk and chair for when we need to work a bit. The lounge chair and side table let us read comfortably while enjoying the view too. You can control light and curtain from both bedside table without getting off the bed. Being situated inside Raffles City is very convenient. There are a lot of food options nearby. We even went to Citylink and Suntec City during our stay which are just nearby too. Stayed in Pasir Panjang for the second time. To be honest, I will still choose to stay at the hotel next time I come to Singapore for the following reasons: 1. The price is relatively cheap. 2. Convenient transportation: Many buses pass by, and the station is 10 meters away; the Lion City subway ring line (yellow line) is closer. 3. Spacious, bright, and sanitary: Although the facilities are older, the rooms are spacious and there are windows in the room. The light and ventilation are very good, and they are clean and hygienic. Finally, the key point comes. Manager Cai of Pasir Panjang is very nice. I feel like I'm home when I stay here. This stay was during the period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. Manager Cai was very concerned about the guests. When I returned to China, I learned that I did not buy a mask. I sent a mask and disinfected wipes to protect me on the way. Really moved, thank you! The hotel location is particularly good, just outside the subway station. There is a free breakfast, 7-11 downstairs, and eating is very convenient. The outdoor swimming pool and terrace on the top floor of the hotel are not too comfortable, the night view is superb. You can walk directly to Chinatown and Clarke Quay, next to Songfa Bak Kut Teh and Ya Kun, Hainan Chicken Rice, and everything is very convenient. The only thing is that the room is really small and the boxes cannot be tiled on the floor. The bathroom is also small. The lobby of the hotel lobby is super soft and comfortable! !! !! The day before I left, because I was still early for the departure time, I rested on the sofa for nearly 2 hours and fell asleep, but the sister at the front desk was not stunned. After I woke up, the sister asked me that I was too tired to play yesterday. There are so many foreigners in the hotel and almost no Chinese are seen. This place has very, very good customer service which i must first commend in the first sentence of this review. I was there for 3 days and two nights and there was the same staff throughout my stay, day and night. But he was friendly, helpful and jovian. It actually seemed like he was the one who did absolutely everything in the hotel. Be aware that this hotel IS in the red light district of Singapore. My room was a single bed room, and the only single bed room in the already small hotel. It was unfortunately crawling with ants along the wall, a tile or two had chipped or fell off. The wall hiding behind the toilet door wasn't to die for either, the room didn't feel complete, but it was livable. I did get the opportunity to go into the other rooms, the double bed room and family room. Those were definitely more decent, they felt cleaner and were better maintained. They even had a cosy feel to them. It comes with breakfast in the vicinity's small kitchen. Don't expect a wide spread or a 4 star hotel breakfast, but it was pretty decent for it's standard. Bread, a fruit, protein (eggs, tuna or others), rice or porridge. There are plenty of food around the area, hawkers mostly. But there are three mrt stations within walking distance, and Paya Lebar Square is about 900m (12 - 18min walk) from the hotel. In all, it isn't a place for fussy stayers. But if you're pretty easy going, don't want to pay premium prices for an accommodation and get your own room and toilet, then one can definitely consider this place.

Staff at front desk and cleaning were generally friendly and helpful during check in and out. Meals are provided for by kith at ground level. Layout of hotel takes getting used to due to the “flooring”. Check in is on level 2, strangely level 1 brings you nowhere near Taka SC or paragon malls and the connected car park to the lobby is level 4 with a very non-descript and old metal door for access. Somehow car park level P4 connects to hotel level 2. There is no complimentary parking or hotel parking either except with a fixed amount voucher that will provide exit but you need to estimate the cost compared to the current parking rate and purchase separately at front desk (22 Bideford Rd). Room itself is big enough for a deluxe (2+1 9yo child) with the living area and kitchenette. Shower drainage was clogged on the first night leading to ponding of 3 inches of water while showering. However this was rectified within the day of giving feedback to front desk. Some areas like carpet had unidentifiable dried orange stains from previous and the blinds in the toilet had mould stains on them. The toilet bin was horrible really small and hard to press down to use. The bathrobe was quite worn and had a partially torn left pocket. May I recommend that these be looked into by housekeeping and facilities departments considering this is a five and not four star residence. Floor was also slightly dusty and there was some hair on the floor as well after cleaning. Beds and sofa and chairs appeared clean enough at first sight and use but was expecting much higher degree of cleanliness for this room and the price I paid. Believe me it wasn’t half bad definitely it’s still higher end and definitely liveable over the 3D2N but cleanliness standard was somewhat lower than what I’d expect from an Ascott. Food is readily available at the malls nearby however last order for rm dining service at kith is currently 930pm. Extra service charge is charged for delivery inside the unit compared to call and self collected method which is unusual but I guess it’s to prevent overloading the two front staff manned kith.

Location wise is very convenient. Bus stops everywhere, clarke quay and funan mall nearby and most importantly, for all the supper freaks, there are 7-11 nearby and also restaurants. Cleanliness was super bad. The remote controls, table, counter, sink, cups and spoons were so dusty. I can swipe in one finger and accumulate all the dust. The carpet had a huge stain near the fridge and a funky smell. The fridge was musty and dirty but bed is super clean. I guess it has been long since someone used that room but I expected it to be clean as it is a standard procedure for Housekeepers to clean up the rook before guests checks in. For service, it was neutral. Did what I requested and gave me an expected service but did not exceed my expectations. I requested to check out 2 hours later and they did manage to extend the check out. However, on the last day of our stay, we got locked out of the door because the staff forgot to change the system on the door. So our time was delayed. Lastly, after checking out, there was no closure of service from any of the staff so we just left. For amenities, there were no towels in the toilet and the TV couldn’t airplay/ mirror screen to my phone even though the feature was available on the TV. TV channels was super slow. Other than that, everything was provided.
