Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible.
When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

Sharma giderken birçok otelin yorumunu inceledim, hepsinde yemeklerden baharatlardan vs şikayetçilerdi biz o sebepten büyük beklentiyle gitmedik yemeklerden yana karnımız doysa yeter diye düşünürken bizi en çok şaşırtan bu nokta oldu. Yemekler i-na-nıl-maz iyiydi. Tabii şöyle bir durum da var, otelin japan mutfağı hariç diğer tüm ala carte restoranları da ekstra ücrete tabi olmadan kullanılabiliyor, bir akşam önceden rezervasyon ile. Ala cartelar inanılmazdı biz o sebepten sadece bir akşam hariç hep ala carte da yedik yemeklerimizi.Özellikle de iki akşamımızı Lebanese (Lübnan) mutfağında değerlendirdik ve muhteşem ötesiydi. Doğu anadolu damak tadına çok yakın yemekler ve inanılmaz iyi bir şefi var mutlaka deneyin. Ayrıca en özel teşekkürün biri de gerek güler yüzü, beyefendiliği ve nezaketi ile Lebanese Mutfağında ki Mohammed El Sayed’e , bizlere lübnana özel lezzet deneyimi yaşatmak için çok misafirperverdi. We upgraded the room for free, including 3 meals. The hotel's buffet was pretty good, from morning to night. The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, tourist shuttles, free buses to the hotel beach and the night market. Most of them are Maozi and Europeans. Asians are mainly Koreans and Japanese. I rarely see Chinese, at least when I went there.
The hotel has its own free beach, where you can drink drinks and alcohol at will, and it also has its own snorkeling area. There are many little cats in the hotel, which are very spiritual. The back door of the hotel is a mall area of the hotel. It is quite lively at night, but not many people!

When I stayed at another hotel in the same week, it was very good to compare the hotels and services of the region. The variety of food was low and the taste was mediocre. As for cleaning, the dinner plates in front of our next room were not taken away for 2 days. The leftovers dried out in that heat. Therefore, the cleaning staff did not even visit the area where we stayed for 2 days. Our room was located in the central area right next to the pool.
It's not a hotel I would choose again.

Глубокий бассейн, девушка была в восторге, ныряла без остановки (3,4 метра)
Минусы:
Завтрак, выглядит красиво, но есть нечего, нет омлета или яиц, нет ничего кроме 2 кусочка сыра и фруктового салата. После завтрака идешь нормально покушать в другое место.
Интернет нормальный, но каждый день надо заново логиниться и он небыстрый.
Пляж арендованный совместно с другими отелями, работает до 18! Что дико неудобно, но это не вина отеля.
Кстати бассейн закрывается тоже в 18 и это большой минус, покупаться совершенно негде...
В целом отель за свои деньги неплохой и можно там остановиться.

The area is clean, green, there are no mosquitoes or any kind of living creatures. The beach is sandy, like new in the morning, apparently everything is put in order early in the morning. The sea is shallow, which is convenient for children. There is no reef as such, we went for snorkeling to the private beach for 3 dollars per person, a 10-minute walk towards the Baron Hotel, the beach is located behind it. There’s a reef there, it’s just super, and you can go diving for 30 dollars 15 minutes.
The food is good, varied, the chefs are great. Crabs, seafood, tuna, mango, lamb, everything was very tasty. I especially liked the pastry chef - fruit baskets with mangoes are just heavenly pleasure 😌
I didn’t like the local alcohol and all kinds of sprites (they taste like bleach), and there were no cocktails made from them. And the glasses are reusable plastic, shaped like glass. Only in the lobby bar are there glass glasses and cups. Reusable plastic after so many people is somehow not very good, apparently because of this and chlorine drinks, the eldest son got an upset stomach. Paid minibar in the room, which was surprising.
Check-out was late, the room was vacated by 12:00 and we used all the hotel services until late in the evening. It was not possible to extend the room because the hotel was at a standstill and the rooms were fully occupied.
The only downside of the hotel is the plastic reusable cups for drinks!

What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the very first moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and offered lunch while we waited for our room. When we got to our room, we had an incredible view of both the pool and the beach—such a beautiful spot to relax.
The staff at the restaurants were warm, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. They remembered our drink preferences and were always genuinely excited to see us when we arrived. The team at the pool and beach bars went out of their way to make our experience even better, offering special drinks and assisting us whenever needed. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even said a word, and that level of attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.
One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later. The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares.
We became friends with the staff and were genuinely sad to leave them. They were not only incredibly professional but also seemed like real friends by the end of our stay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience, and I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work.
The resort has a laid-back vibe, with a blend of club music and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot. There are friendly staff members who offer massages and facials, but they are never pushy—just there if you’re interested.
As for the food, it was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options that changed every night with different themes, and each dish was delicious. We also dined at one of the specialty restaurants for a night, and the food there was equally impressive.
I can’t recommend this resort enough. It's hands down my favorite hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when I return to Sharm. If you’re looking for top-tier service, a stunning setting, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay!

|5.82km from SOHO Square Sharm El SheikhWhile the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points.

The most bizarre thing was when we were snorkeling at the hotel, and a staff member said someone on shore could help defog our snorkeling gear. We went to ask for help, and one of them grabbed it and started to help us! Another person told him to put it down and not help us! Then the ***** started to help the Russians! I'm so pissed! I'll never stay at this awful hotel again!

The hotel is located within soho square, a safe neighborhood that is foreign to the typical incursions of Egyptian sellers found in the rest of the country.
We were able to compare ourselves, during the various trips, with other tourists on the quality of the hotel, the size and type of the beaches, THE RESTAURANTS (sore point in Egypt) and I must say that the Savoy hotel came out victorious.
The comparison with the other resorts was then also compared by us on the occasion of transfers and dinners.
The resort is equipped with every comfort: 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants (Rosmarino really has an excellent value for money, super recommended), a wide and sandy beach with a reef rich in typical coral reef species. Inside the hotel you will find several operators who will offer you trips and excursions (we opted for GetYourGuide apart from the parasailing we did with them).
The maid service was excellent all week.
