It was a comfortable one-night stay. Very big room, very comfy bed and huge bathtub (can even fit 2 people and a baby). Pros - Butler service was relatively quick. However, they did not deliver my requests on the morning after — assuming it was breakfast time, but still. - Front-desk (Sage) was quick, clear and concise on all instructions upon check-in. They called me 15 minutes later to inform me when room was ready. - Even though we were on the third floor, not too much noise from the pool users one floor down (might be our luck that at most there were only 5) - Very generous with toiletries, upon request. - Mini-fridge was sufficiently cold. - Insta-worthy decor, if that matters. Cons - No instructions on how to use Bose speakers even though a remote was given. Requested for assistance with butler, the AV tech did not come in the end. - TV isn’t exactly a smart TV, would require your own HDMI cable to watch your own shows, which we did not bring. - Room 315 needs a bit of maintenance. There was a chip in the bathroom marble floor. Some doors and things were loose. - Not the nearest to most malls if you are not keen on walking but we made do with Forum/Tanglin Mall (5-minute walk) - Door is not soundproof from noises in the hallway - They should explicitly inform guest on $200 deposit, and their preference for credit card, early on. While I did use a third-party booking system (obviously due to Rediscover voucher), I feel they still should send at least an automated email to the guest on any info Trip does not provide. - Did not gain any points for my Mariott Bonvoy membership, assuming it’s because I booked through third-party.

Prior to the check in date, I had to write in to request for King size bed, bathtub and room with window as I have read reviews that rooms given did not have windows or it's not as per what the room booking stated. The duty managers Patrick and Nammi were responsive and assured me that they will do their best to get a room as per my request. Check in and check out was a breeze, staff were all very friendly. We were given room on 7th floor, with window but not much of a view but the room and bathroom was spacious. The only issue we had during our stay was that the TV has no sound, and after it was fixed by the technician, the sound will be gone again after we turn it off. Otherwise the stay was nice and the housekeeper actually placed a clothes drying rack in the bathroom for us to hang our laundry after cleaning our room on the 2nd day.

This is the third hotel of our hotels hopping staycation and not surprisingly, turned out to be the most enjoyable especially from the kiddo perspective. This is also our second stay in Shang within a 6 months period; not my most preferred hotel but the kiddo most favourite. So I think Shang investing in kids friendly facilities is the right approach or business strategy. This time round, the check in took much longer thereabout 40 mins, probably due to the complexity of my packages but I also realized that the front desk staff who attended to me is most likely a newbie. However, he has performed mostly competently. The room, as usual, is well maintained and generally clean, except for a flattened bee found within the towel. This is a small issue to me since Shang is a garden in itself and bees are permanent residents but my wife was freaked out over this. The kiddo has a surprise waiting for him in the room and Shang has never failed to give the kiddos something to look forward to. Perhaps, what Shang could do further to provide a better customer experience is to also start incorporating a function for guests to check their billed items through the television. This could speed up check out times and also encourage guests to do express check out. Buds and Splashzone continue to be the highlights of the stay and they have continued to provide fun for the kiddo even during the Phase 2HA period. During our 2 nights stay, it was smacked right between Covid Phase 2HA and Phase 3HA, so our first night dinner has to be done in-room while the second day meals could be dined-in, with the exception of the second day package inclusive lunch which I have to do in-room as the Line restaurant did not open for lunch. There was a hiccup for the second day in-room lunch likely due to miscommunications between the front desk and room service but it was resolved. What impressed me was that be it the hotline or front desk calling back, they are quick to pick up the phone or get back to you. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The service was impeccable. My husband and I arent aware that during Covid, all hotels with attached balconies have to be locked. The main reason for our stay is to stargaze and catch the moon that at that particular night. It was upsetting and it was beyond anyones control due to the circumstances, however the Indian Lady that served us, managed to upgrade and swap our rooms. The room we got exceeded our expectations, we were still able to do what we wanted. And it was the highlight of my birthday as well. All in all we had a great experience, the rooms were well maintained, service is amazing and will come back again! (Hopefully next time round we are able to use the balcony!)

The exterior of the hotel and the facilities are old. However, the rooms are looks newly renovated. It seems to be a quiet hotel even on the weekends. The service of Four Seasons SG is surely better than its competitors but not as good as compared to the other four seasons hotels in the other parts of the world. Each and every staff that we had came across would give a polite nod or greet us when they see us. We have been granted a free upgrade to a deluxe room with the orchard Boulevard view. The staff had also tried their best to attend to our needs. We note that the temperature taking booth besides the lift on level 1 is often not attended to. During sensitive time like this, it is important that Hotel arranges for someone to be there to check for temperature and safe entry. This is a lapse as the guests coming up directly from the carpark may skip this. We tried to reach out to the conceive via the mobile app and it was easy to use and they will response within minutes when we tried to reach them via their mobile app. We would like to give a special shout-out to Karen (staff at the family pool). She had left us deep impression. She knew about the history and layout of hotel well and tried to make connection with each guest. We could tell that she is genuinely happy working at the hotel. She even went on the extra mile to inform the pool and gym concierge on level 4 that we are heading down and told them our names. It came to our pleasant surprise that her colleagues at level 4 were able to greet us by our names. This is what we call service. Thank you Karen. I hope the Four Seasons SG will value exceptional staff like Karen. We hope to come across more customer service oriented staffs at Four Seasons SG in future.

First of all, I’d like to extend my appreciation to staff Namiko, Sung Yi Hung, Joel and Hannah. They responded to all of my requests and doubts very promptly. I was greeted very warmly and was assisted within 30 seconds upon entrance. The hotel has coped with a uniformed system in the midst of this pandemic. However, the rooms ain’t that sound-proofed and u can easily hear from the next room. While it is true that the hotel looks a tad outdated, but it’s not shabby. Lights well-lit, everything working well and TV as well. I like it that it’s quite near ion (for more food), 7-11 is there too. Thankfully, I was granted the opportunity to change another room when I requested for it due to the noise from a connected room. For some reason, there was a huge flushing noise coming from OUR toilet without explainable reasons. I am glad we were able to opt for a in-room dine-in option. Steak’s pretty okay, pork rack not so much. Love the fries cos it was still crispy. Cakes were ok! Met with some explainable knocking on my room door. A very distinctive one. And a loud bang from inside our room (as validated with a skeptic too) so… anyway, it’s still a pleasant stay overall:))

The attitude of the hotel service staff was very good and met our needs very well. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is cleverly designed, with an artificial waterfall and an outdoor pool. Breakfast is mainly Chinese and Southeast Asian, and the quality is good. The hotel is right next to Orchard Road shopping mall. There are many options for eating around and convenient transportation.

Opened in 2019, the Lucky Plaza 2 Bedroom Superior Apartment in Orchard Road City Center offers travelers a pleasant stay in Singapore, whether for business or leisure purposes. Singapore Seletar Airport is located approximately 16km away while Woodlands Train Checkpoint is 20km away. Just a short walk from Somerset Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. Keeping busy is easy, with BRIX, Starz Zone and Hyatt Damai Spa all nearby. Booked a staycay package with $99 dining credit and check in was delay till 3pm even when I indicated I wanted an earlier check in. Initially got a newly renovated premier room but recep gave an upgrade to pool room. Honestly, don’t buy it unless you don’t mind a smaller room with a really old bathtub. Eventually, we have requested for change and was upgraded to heritage room which is really good and clean but we had really annoying neighbours who blasts music day and night. We complain and kudos to security who manage to resolve it and offer us durian puffs as compensation. Not the fanciest hotel nor I feel it’s value for money except for location but the customer service is really good, the food is excellent too. Nonetheless, we are thankful for the experience

I first stayed at the SEA Hotel back in 2014 as it was recommended by my aunt and uncle who always stay here when in Singapore. I love the place. It’s old and rustic (a throwback to another time) but for $100 SGD a night with a fabulous vegetarian buffet breakfast included (Kwan Im restaurant) and prime location in Bugis you couldn’t ask for anything more. Also when booking the staff are excellent in replying to queries and give very detailed information about getting to the hotel and airport transport options and nearby attractions. Free wifi was included and it was fast and reliable. The staff on the front desk were friendly especially the girl who checked me in. Bugis+ shopping mall (10 levels with cinemas, food/retail options galore and taxi rank) is less than 5 mins walk. I use this as a taxi pick up/drop off point to various attractions from the hotel. Bugis MRT Station is 5-10 mins walk and is on the airport line (10th station from the airport, with 1 change at Tanah Merah, cost only SGD 2.50) The Kwan Im Temple is right next door and worth checking out (it gets very busy with local worshippers). Directly outside is a pedestrian mall with a flurry of activity with market stalls and street vendors. The hotel is simple and rooms unadorned with only the basics but it’s all there and excellent value for money. They do request you leave your key if you go out and recollect (24 hour reception) but I conveniently forgot to do this most of the time and it was never a problem. Oh and don’t even think about bringing durians to the hotel!

The hotel is very close to Wenqing subway station, walk 5.6 minutes. The youth hostel is very small. It has a lot of capsule beds in one room, but the capsule room is well designed. It is very spacious to sleep alone. The closed door is your own private space. Bedding, lighting, safe, charging plug, usb, and mirror are all available in the capsule. The access to the card is safe, and the bathroom is clean. Although there are many people, this is still in place. With breakfast, it is simple cereal. And toast bread, coffee milk variety. The front desk attitude is very good, that is, one of the lights in my room is broken and cannot be turned off. The Indian brother first said that the light in each room could not be turned off. He lied. Actually, it was not. Later, he let him think of a solution. In short, the overall is a good hostel, you can choose this next time you go to Singapore, it is recommended ~~~~~~

I booked this place on a long layover in Singapore, and this place is so cool! Now, the showers and amenities are pretty much like most hostels (nothing special, but more than adequate), but the pod itself was actually quite nice! Inside feels very futuristic, and it comes with your own power outlets and a/c. Bedding and pillow were soft, and the Chinatown location is a plus!

Check into the hotel and wait for the nucleic acid test results. According to government requirements, the hotel first arranged to stay in an isolated room and could not leave the room. When ordering food, you can scan the QR code in the room and deliver the food quickly. The room was isolated, and the disinfection was done well. The smell of the disinfectant was unbearable. Fortunately, after staying for 6 hours, I received a negative test report in the mail. After forwarding the email to the manager on duty for about 10 minutes, the hotel rescheduled check-in, escaped from the isolation room, and life returned to normal. The hotel facilities are very new, located in the downtown area, connected to raffles city, convenient for sightseeing and shopping, and the rooms are quiet. The front desk and some staff in the hotel can speak Chinese, there is almost no language barrier, the check-in experience is very good👍

The location of the hotel is very good. The subway and buses are complete. There are two bus stops at the front door of the hotel. There are also bus stops after walking 500 meters from the back door. There are dozens of lines in the front and rear platforms; The hotel's housekeeping staff was very nice and polite. The twin room is just right for two people. Two large suitcases can be put down, but no extra bed is allowed. The breakfast was not varied and the food was not very appetizing. There is no need to drive by car in Singapore, and bus and subway travel is very convenient. It is recommended that people buy a prepaid card, easy to travel, it is recommended to buy at the airport after entry, S $ 12, of which 5 yuan is non-refundable, 7 yuan is the fare, less than 3 yuan must be recharged, Otherwise you can't get into the subway station. For a three-day trip, you can also choose another transportation card. There are various restaurants nearby, the price is not expensive and there are many options. I will consider choosing this hotel next time. As a side note, this time also happened to be watching a total solar eclipse in Singapore! awesome!

Because I need to apply for a visa, I stayed here for 18 days and stayed at other hotels for two nights. This is a co-living hotel, so there is no private bathroom, but in reality, my experience did not feel inconvenient, and I rarely encountered other customers . The traffic location is very good. It is opposite to Chinatown Food Street. When you go out, there is a traffic light. There is a Maxwell Food Center on the left. The food inside is affordable and delicious. I often go to China Street Food to finish my meal and then go to Hailan Panmian. Fried fish noodles. It is also very close to the Chinatown interchange station of the NE and DT subway lines. It is very convenient to go to Sentosa or Sands or Merlion. Auntie Cong, who is in charge of cleaning, is also super nice and enthusiastic, serious and responsible. Next time I go to Singapore, I would prefer to stay here. The decoration style is also very simple and fashionable, and some romantic, very suitable for young people. Sign-in and sign-out are also very convenient, simple and convenient. If you don’t speak English, it’s okay to live here. In short, five-star praise, highly recommended.

The plane was rescheduled and stayed in this new hotel for three days. I saw this when I planned to travel. At that time, there were no reviews on Ctrip. I wasn't sure. At the end of January, there were more than 20 positive reviews. I booked it for 3 nights and tried it. First of all, I booked the highest room type in the entire hotel, which was only over 50 square meters. The previous Capella was half the size. It turns out that many of the comments in the review set the basic square shape of more than twenty flats that the room was large. . I really don't want to talk. Since the best room type is only over 50 square meters, it is good to have good daylight. Look at the picture. All the windows are blocked by the wall and the daylight is not good. The newly opened hotel contains two hours of happy hour, and there is nothing to evaluate. Breakfast was ok, few categories and quality. If there is any need in the room, such as adding drinking water and not waiting for a body lotion, you have to wait a long time. When you call and change the wiring for another person, you don't know what you are going through. Besides talking about the convenient shuttle bus, this hotel does not have its own shuttle bus at all. Instead, it needs to go to a nearby hotel instead of having a car that goes to vivo City and Resorts World like Capella. All three days of stay require us to walk or take the MRT. Why compare with Capella? Because I spent almost the same money as Capella (one less than 5000, one nearly 6000) So the credibility of the previous review is almost huh. In the end, I spent my birthday at the hotel and told me when I checked in. I asked if I could upgrade to know that I had booked the best room, so I was told "I will surprise you, but I won't tell you yet." "OK, alright, wait until 9 o'clock on the birthday, send a simple cake. I gave a cake to someone who was anti-sugar for 1 year. I was really huh, huh, and finally the child took a small bite and threw it away.

The boneless chicken fried rice in the restaurant is very popular with children. The swimming pool is very clean, about 25 meters long. Very quiet, you can take a walk in the nearby big park in the evening, very relaxing, recommended

Good aspects: clean environment, good host service and good sanitation; Disadvantages: The public areas in the villa are relatively cluttered. They are located in the industrial area, there are buses and restaurants within 300 meters of walking, and shopping is about 1.5 kilometers on foot. If you are working near the Woodlands area, you can consider it. After all, it is farther away than coming from the urban area. Living here can save time and fares. If you are really traveling, it is not recommended.

This place has very, very good customer service which i must first commend in the first sentence of this review. I was there for 3 days and two nights and there was the same staff throughout my stay, day and night. But he was friendly, helpful and jovian. It actually seemed like he was the one who did absolutely everything in the hotel. Be aware that this hotel IS in the red light district of Singapore. My room was a single bed room, and the only single bed room in the already small hotel. It was unfortunately crawling with ants along the wall, a tile or two had chipped or fell off. The wall hiding behind the toilet door wasn't to die for either, the room didn't feel complete, but it was livable. I did get the opportunity to go into the other rooms, the double bed room and family room. Those were definitely more decent, they felt cleaner and were better maintained. They even had a cosy feel to them. It comes with breakfast in the vicinity's small kitchen. Don't expect a wide spread or a 4 star hotel breakfast, but it was pretty decent for it's standard. Bread, a fruit, protein (eggs, tuna or others), rice or porridge. There are plenty of food around the area, hawkers mostly. But there are three mrt stations within walking distance, and Paya Lebar Square is about 900m (12 - 18min walk) from the hotel. In all, it isn't a place for fussy stayers. But if you're pretty easy going, don't want to pay premium prices for an accommodation and get your own room and toilet, then one can definitely consider this place.

Arrived at the hotel more than 1 pm, the staff checked me in. The geographical location is superior. The hotel turns left and goes a few hundred meters to go to Fanglin Pasar. The laksa on Renlong store on the second floor is expensive. It costs 10 coins and it tastes good. The Fujian Bak Kut Teh on the 1st floor is very good. The 4 bowls of coins are good. The soup and ribs taste good, but the herbs taste a little heavier. Turn right at the hotel and turn right for more than ten minutes. There is the Maxwell Food Center on the street. Every day, Hainan Chicken Rice is inside. Unfortunately, the day I went there was not open. I switched to Xingxing Hainan Chicken Rice. I walked about twenty minutes from the hotel to Merlion Park, and only five minutes' walk to Ya Kun for breakfast and coconut toast. It was very convenient to use Google navigation. I stayed here for three weeks, so I booked this hotel because it was alone. It’s just fine to live alone, but staying in a room without windows for the first week doesn’t feel good, because people need sunshine to get up in the morning. After booking in the next two weeks, I asked the clerk to arrange a window, but the window could not be opened, the sound insulation was not good, and there were occasional car noises at night. Other facilities are good, toilets and showers are clean, the kitchen on the second floor can receive water, free coffee, microwave, refrigerator, etc. There are yoga and small bars on the roof, and there are two restaurants on the first floor. You need to download the st signature app to self-check in, submit your passport photo and a deposit of 80 SGD (only credit cards are supported), usually there will be shop assistants in the afternoon, and most of them can speak Chinese. The location is particularly good, the city center is quiet, and it is 5 minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station. Stayed here during my trip, booked a family room for 4 (2 adults and kids). I booked using goibibo and they have an option for free breakfast and Dinner or lunch. What is good: at the center of little India, good number of Indian hotels and restaurants, staff's behavior / support is also good. Wifi Works with reasonable speed, they did provide an early check in. Cons: The rooms are small ( i guess this applies for most of the Singapore hotels), AC is slow (especially it takes lot of time to cool , though it works ), No room service provided. The hotel is very small may be around 12 - 15 rooms, so don't expect any extras. Bad: The hotel as such doesn't have a restaurant, they provide coupon (worth SGD 3) that can be redeemed for neighboring Hotel, where for dinner, they don't have VEG Option and break fast u won't get much items other than either dosa / parota with tea / coffee. Its quite misleading to say free breakfast / dinner. Rooms can be maintained well, rooms are so small that you really can't have much space to walk as well. Recommendation: Overall its an average hotel, in prime location near Little india.

Walking distance to food & convenience stores, nearest Mrt is Bendemeer, Lavender & Farrer Park. Room wise - everything is great except it's not SMART TV but there are cable channels. Room phone to front desk isn't working or no one is picking up (but check-out reminder call is working patheticly fine -.-) . I called them thru my HP too

I booked a club room for my birthday using the SRV vouchers but due to the passing of a loved one I had to postpone the trip and because of that I had to top up another $94 just to ammend my dates. After arranging for the ammendment, there isn't any email to tell me that the hotel is aware of my change in plans. I wasn't aware that you could check in early and we only reached there at 2pm, today we saw a couple checking in as early as 10am in the morning. As a guest maybe you want to take initiative to check with if an early check in is available. Not sure if there was a miscommunication of any sort but when we were going down to the Club Lounge to have our breakfast, we were asked to sit outside because they didn't allow hotel slippers to be in the lounge. But there are guests in the club longue who are in hotel slippers. I can't help but wonder why. Oasia has decent rooms but I think the feeling of being welcomed and having personalised service just isn't there yet. It wasn't a fantastic experience I feel.

West Coast
The four of us stayed here on our visit to singapore. The front desk lady charged or room deposit instead of merely taking a credit card number to charge later in case of damages (this was against policy I discovered later). We stayed in a room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, plus a small balcony. The room was clean and comfortable - all features functioned properly. The location is far from the main areas of the city and on the other side of singapore from the airport. A subway station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. A bus stop is directly in front of the guesthouse. It's a solid 30 minute trip away from little india or little china. Being a hostel we had concerns about noise at night but were not bothered by any. We did not utilize the breakfast option but did eat at the restaurant across the street and found it acceptable. On checkout I found that they could not refund the deposit. After working with the manager over the next several days she refunded the deposit to me via paypal instead of a credit to my original card. That was not desirable at all, but was the best she said she could do. On the whole this was a nice stay, I only advise you to be cautious about your room deposit.

Geylang
The price is cheap, the location is good, the transportation is more convenient, there are a lot of food around, there are supermarkets, business travel is still a good choice, mainly economic.
