Location is very convenient, can get to the MTR station in a few mins! There is a mall and restaurants nearby too. The hotel itself is quite unique, it’s got different themes on each floor. Staff is good as well and room service is quite fast. Would defo recommend as the pricing is worth it.

If this hotel offered a shuttle service from the HK airport and kept their rooms rates at the current level, I suspect many more people would book this hotel. At present a public bus number A33x is available to take you to Tuen Mun district within walking distance from Penta Hotel for HK$15 About 11km from the airport. Takes about 30 min by bus. Saved our lives with an overnight flight layover. The other hotels connected directly to the airport are overpriced tourist traps

Excellent hotel. Far from central hong kong but connected very well through MTR & light rail. Just walking distance from Tin Sau station & right opposite to it. People in reception receive you very well. Rooms are very big and clean. Bathroom too is very neat. Bed and linen are spotless & comfortable. All basic amenities are provided.

Honestly, when I booked this hotel I was a little apprehensive after looking at the reviews and pictures, and seeing how far out of central HK it was. The hotel looks a little dated in the pictures and reminded me a bit of a 70s Spanish hotel. Whilst this was a little true, I was very wrong in my apprehension and I enjoyed this hotel so much that I returned for an extra 4 days. Cons: If you want to go into the centre of Hong Kong then it is a little bit far and that’s not what this hotel is for. The dining options outside the hotel are a little limited. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds a touch firm but it didn’t affect sleep quality and the size of the room made up for it. AND THAT IS IT! Pros: The food. Oh my god the food is great and far out*****s many hotels I’ve stayed in that were much more expensive. I had several dishes that were exceptional quality and well priced too (the paneer curry is out of this world and the lunchtime buffet was brilliant and had a 2 for 1 deal making it superb value). The breakfast might just be one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The staff. Very friendly and accommodating for a family and supported us with all our needs. Special mention for Hotex who we saw several times during meal times. The room. For a family with a young infant, the size of the room was great and afforded lots of space for play and the amenities provided were great. Though the room is a touch dated, I wouldn’t say this is an issue and everything worked well and was well-maintained. The shower in my second room was fantastic! Also, if you can stay on the marina side with a balcony it is very much worth it, especially watching the black kites circling close by. The location. We didn’t want a downtown experience so we were delighted with the peace and quiet. The beach is brilliant, clean and spacious and it’s a very family friendly area. Hotel activities. There’s lots to do for families especially those with young children and when my child is a little older I hope to return so she can enjoy more of the activities! All in all I would like to say a massive thanks to the hotel and all the staff and I hope I can visit again soon!

Staff were nice. Room was clean. The resort was not so busy so it was quiet. We could not book the weekday dinner so we enjoyed the fast food at Harvest Restaurant. The spaghetti was not too bad. The room was nice just the shower was a bit strong that the water was all over the floor after shower. Just a bit of noise at night because of the airplanes. Breakfast was quite nice. There were quite a bit of food to choose. My son loved their soy sauce fried noodles. I loved the congee and fresh fruits. Overall the experience was pleasant and I would recommend this place.

Love grand bay view hotel a lot. It’s spacious, clean and comfy. Magnificent view of the harbour. Wish we can stay longer. Temperature was really cold when we arrived, good thing the hotel has enough heating in the living room and bedroom. Love that the water in the bathroom has a heater too. We requested for additional bottled water and they grant it at no additional cost. They clean the room daily. The reception has been helpful also to guide us where and what to ride. They have a riliable shuttle service. Best way to get there from the airport is to ride an A38 bus and go down at Yau Kom Tau Bus station. About 1-2 minutes walk to the hotel.

Quan Hotel in Hong Kong, this is a small hotel with a high CP value. Although the price has more than tripled during the May Day holiday, the price on weekdays should be very affordable. I recommend everyone that if you want to live in a different area than Tsim Sha Tsui, you can choose to live in this room, because it is only a 7-minute walk from the MTR-Tsuen Wan Station, and there is a barbecue restaurant downstairs - Chuanyaki Wang, there is also the KOLOR shopping mall in Tsuen Wan, there are 24-hour 7-11 and OK convenience stores nearby, there are also Yinlong Tea Restaurant, McDonald's, there is also a bank ATM downstairs where you can get money, and there is a traditional vegetable market for early risers. It is a small hotel that is simple but fully functional. The reception staff of the hotel are kind. I couldn’t find the hotel when I arrived in Tsuen Wan for the first time. I asked the taxi driver to call the hotel, and the reception staff personally came out to take me. The service was very good. But there are still some things that can be improved, that is, there is no kettle for boiling water in the hotel, no refrigerator, and if you want disposable bath towels, you have to buy a $20 Hong Kong dollar from the counter, and you need to deposit $500 Hong Kong dollars when you check in. You can get a full refund with the deposit slip when you check in. The WiFi network speed is very slow and very stuck. Basically, the network speed needs to be improved, and it is a small hotel without an elevator. If your suitcase is heavy, you will basically move the suitcase Going up and down the stairs is very, very tiring! The advantage is that there is a TV in the hotel room, and there are whole cans of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom that you can use as you please, and the water flow in the shower is also very strong, making it very refreshing to take a shower! Downstairs there is a porridge shop that sells it very late, and I recommend a Chuanyao Wang-Barbecue shop next to the hotel. The food is delicious, the proprietress is kind and friendly, and the music and speakers are often played in the barbecue shop! It tastes so relaxing! Overall, I give ”Hong Kong Tsuen Hotel” a very high evaluation. At least the living functions are convenient and the price is relatively reasonable. If you are a couple staying here, you can go to the hotel counter to buy all kinds of Durex. This is a special service!

The hotel does its job adequately with no surprises. Rooms are pretty large for Hong Kong at this price point and it’s conveniently located near exit C quarry bay station. A few refreshes are definitely needed in a certain areas : TV should be replaces with one that has smart functions or supports screen mirroring, carpets hide a lot of dirt and should be replaced with modern floor boards. Suggest everyone to bring their own toiletries as almost none is provided.

Room: Big and spacious. Modern. Well laid out. With excellent lightings, very comfortable king size bed, large flat screen TV and a huge wardrobe. Almost floor to ceiling full length window offers a panoramic view of luxurious condos on the mountain slopes and the famous HK turf club and all its sports facilities. Bathroom: Big and spacious too with separate bath tub and rain shower cubicle. Excellent shower pressure. The basin has a mixer but with two separate tap controls. The WC is of standard design. Housekeeping: Very polite staff who keep the place really clean. Reception: Very polite and very fast. I emailed them before my arrival and received a reply instantly. Got a very cheap room. So assumed it would be small, but it was by ChungKing mansions standards huge. Bathroom was probably the biggest I have seen. Bed was a double bed. There is not much view given you are facing towards an internal light well. Also facilities all worked very well, with hot water on tap anytime you wanted and shower was powerful. Only drawbacks were the facilities looked a little old and I made the mistake of not keeping the extractor fan on in the bathroom on the first night and a smallish creep crawley was waiting for me in the sink the next morning...so keep the extractor fan on and I had no issues for the rest of my two week stay. There was a kitchen and hot water and coffee all provided. Staff friendly and helpful. I could not get the microwave to work on all occasions but other guests did not seem to have the same problem with it? So for the money it was excellent value.

The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ********** right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room. Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

The famous Chungking Mansions feels better than before. In Hong Kong, where land is at a premium, living in the city center is affordable at this price! Although the room is small and well-equipped, it is small and exquisite! PS: Although the advantages of shopping in Hong Kong are not as obvious as before. But there are really many people on holidays! Mainly this place...it's not far from the MTR station, Harbor City, K11, Avenue of Stars, and West Kowloon High Speed Rail Station. There was no hot water for a long time that night. I don't know why. Maybe I didn't do it well. PS: As a reminder, for those who have never stayed in Chungking Mansions, it is recommended to choose a hotel on the lower floors of Building BC. There are too many people in Building A, and there are always queues for the elevators. Building BC is relatively cheaper, and those on lower floors can take the stairs...

Due to concerns about the relationship with no relevant experience, there was no special expectation for the Prince Hotel who participated in the quarantine hotel plan for the first time! The reason for choosing it is mainly because of the convenient location! But the result was overjoyed! 🤪 First talk about the hotel's service. Since the moment of check-in, I have felt the staff up and down the hotel, the kind of hospitality that is customer-first! After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

The room was a good size and had a nice bed, a decent size shower etc. It's a little difficult to find; there's a door with a sign next to a cafe and you need to go upstairs for the hostel. There's not really a reception - you need to scan the codes on the door with Whatsapp or Wechat to contact the owner for check in. We booked the exquisite room for the much needed space and because we are a family of 2A2C. It has a superb view of TST’s Nathan road and Haiphong Road. Heres what it consists: - 2 queen sized bed - bath amenities (replenished anytime you need them) - toothbrush set (for kids too!) - bedroom slippers for all guests - bottled water provided daily for all guests - room cleaned and bed made daily - toilet is a little small but expected as HK rooms are small to begin! - bed is a little hard to sleep but probably cos we are tired, we still slept pretty okay. Took us awhile to locate the hostel as it’s not as prominent as hotels around. The check in counter is at another building from where our room is. Location of hostel is super conveniently located right outside TST exit A2. Lady boss is super duper friendly and helped us with any queries we have regarding traveling around HK. She even bought packets of little treats for my kids to eat! Last day of our stay, we checked out and left our luggages at the counter, came back at night to collect them, couldn’t find our way to take the A21 bus. Lady boss got her friendly staff to bring us to the bus stop and provided us with water. 🥹 Never regretted choosing them for our stay and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient location, especially if you have kids!

I stayed for 1 night. The room I stayed in had bedbugs (10 bed male dorm). I saw 2 of them crawling on my bed curtain, but I don't think I had any bites. I told the manager about it but she said that she didn't believe me because no one else complained. This can happen in even the best hotels, but you have to deal with bedbugs quickly or they will become a big problem. The guest house is generally clean and well kept but the 10 bed male dorm mostly has long stayers and the room smells like it has long stayers, complete with a big pile of junk in the middle on the room.
