Located at the waterfront of downtown, my fiancee and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The heated pool on the rooftop was a nice addition to our stay. Thank you!

Very new and modern equipment! Moreover, the room is large and feels very comfortable! There is a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym! If it snows heavily and it’s inconvenient to go out, you can stay in the hotel! Secondly, the breakfast is pretty good! Although the selection is not large, there are slight changes every day! Worthy of appreciation! And Chief is very proactive in helping and very friendly! So every time I come to Kelowna, Holiday Inn Express is my first choice. It is very convenient to get there, and there are many delicious restaurants next to the hotel!

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced.

We had a wonderful stay! Very quiet location and we especially enjoyed the lower level room opening into the beautiful grassy courtyard area. A short walk to the pool and hot tub! And the breakfast was simply delightful. All the staff were friendly and we would like to commend the fine, professional and helpful staff at the front desk - always a smile that made the day bright! The room was spacious, and the bedding was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. It truly lives up to its reputation as 'Vancouver's backyard,' surrounded by captivating mountain and water views. However, the bed was a bit too soft, and breakfast was quite basic.

I stayed for a week with my son before he enters his apartment. There was a kitchen, everything nice and clean. They have free coffee 24/7, and the breakfast voucher can be used from 7am-4pm, that was a great surprise. I felt they are trying hard to their best. We forgot to bring the badminton racket and they kept it for us to return to us. I really thought they will throw away what is left in the room. Really appreciate it.

The furniture and bedding of this hotel are also good, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, the service is very thoughtful, it is close to the shopping mall, there are restaurants everywhere, and it is convenient in the city center.

Very good, because I participated in the event, a friend recommended the hotel to stay. The overall environment of the stay is very good, and the price booked on Ctrip is also better. Communication with hotel staff is also very smooth.
