Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy.
Environment: Offers views of the Nile. Both the night view and hot air balloons can be seen from the balcony. Upon checking in, we discovered this was the same hotel our delegation stayed at.
Service: The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, proactively introducing the room and arranging for us to have a room one floor higher for a better view. Since there were three of us and no king beds available, they kindly added an extra bed. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Luxor.From€87

There aren't many hotel options in Luxor, and this one offers the best value for a five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service and maintenance are excellent. More importantly, this hotel isn't in the bustling city center, but it's not too far either. Anyone who's stayed in downtown areas of other Egyptian cities will know what that means: no honking, no motorcycles, no noise – you can actually get a good night's sleep. Highly recommend this hidden gem hotel in Luxor! The overall environment is clean and elegant with a super comfortable atmosphere. There are neatly arranged lounge chairs by the outdoor swimming pool, and lying on them to sunbathe in the afternoon is the perfect cure for travel fatigue.
The breakfast has a mind - boggling variety of options, with hot dishes, cold cuts, desserts and freshly squeezed juices all available, kick - starting your day full of vitality. Several in - house restaurants are also outstanding, allowing you to enjoy authentic delicacies without leaving the hotel.
The room details are well - thought - out. The provided safe allows you to store your personal valuables with peace of mind. The biggest surprise is the bedding—the mattress and pillows are so soft that you won’t want to get up once you lie down.
A special shout - out to Yasmin at the front desk! When I arrived at the hotel, it wasn’t yet the check - in time, but she kindly helped me check in early, enabling me to drop my luggage and rest sooner. It was such a thoughtful gesture.

The view from the sunbed overlooking the Nile is really beautiful.
The breakfast was basic but sufficient and it was a very peaceful hotel.

This is a decent, economically priced hotel. The key benefit of this hotel is its location - along the Nile corniche, and walking distance from the Luxor temple, Luxor museum, the ”souq” or tourist / souvenir market, and various shops and restaurants. Rooms are a little dated though very clean. There is also a pool, gym, and spa, all the modern creature comforts you need from a hotel (I did not use these facilities so cannot comment).
Staff are generally friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is also very good - a very wide spread with hot foods (think hard boiled eggs, sausages, grilled tomatoes and the likes), a whole selection of pastries which were fresh, an egg station, salad bar, fruits, yoghurt etc. They even start breakfast at 5.30am for those who need an early start touring.
No toothbrush/ toothpaste provided (this seems to be the norm in Egypt), no razor available even on request.From€50

The room next to the pool is spacious and has dining tables and other facilities. The overall service of the hotel is also good. The location is also OK. There is a Chinese restaurant 10 minutes walk away. The taste is good, the dishes are large and cost-effective. Take a taxi to the Karnak Temple, about 50 pounds.
Suggestions for improvement;
1. The shower water flow is small, and it gets cold while washing
2. Some rooms need to be ventilated to keep the air fresh

The front desk also offers tour assistance. We didn't use it.
Water, alcohol, and beer are also sold at the front desk. They're a little pricey, but I don't remember the exact prices.
We didn't have any issues with the bathroom in our room, except for the water not working at first, so we had to call a staff member to fix it.
Because of its convenient location, it's in a busy area, so it can be noisy at night.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it's convenient.

I had pre-booked a hot air balloon tour through a major website while still in Japan. I woke up at 3 AM and waited in the hotel lobby, but no one came. The hotel manager noticed and, out of kindness, arranged a balloon tour for me through his contacts.

It was OK, but a little noisy. The neighboring Sonesta St. George Hotel was really fun. I let the navigation mislead me to this hotel. The security guard said the address was correct. I asked the front desk, reported my name and order, and they even copied the materials seriously. I had to go out for something, so I put my luggage in the luggage storage area in the lobby, and they didn't give me a receipt. I didn't suspect anything wrong at the time. The rooftop offers panoramic views of the Valley of the Kings. I ate breakfast there every morning, which was quite good and filling (it included flatbread, cheese, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, hummus, fries, fried beans, and black tea). The location was convenient, and I could easily book a ride using InDrive. There was also a water dispenser in the reception area on the first floor. Because the hotel is booked through a hotel reservation intermediary, Trip.com does not have a direct contract with the hotel, so we had some trouble confirming our reservation. However, we contacted Trip.com and managed to resolve the issue.
The staff were very kind and listened to our requests as much as possible, including ordering food, fruit, drinks, and McDonald's.
The location was excellent, within walking distance of Luxor Station, Luxor Temple, and Karnak Temple.
The hotel also has its own taxi service, making it easy to request transportation to ruins like the Valley of the Kings.
The owner speaks Japanese, so it was easy to ask for advice.
I especially recommend this hotel for Japanese solo travelers and those looking for a budget-friendly group trip.From€29

There was a computer issue so check in took longer than usual. Only stayed one night. The room was great. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was really good too. Location is great. Not a far walk to Luxor temple, the bazaar and restaurants. A great mini mart across the street with actual prices on items. The prices were better than buying at small shops.
