Our stay was nice. The place is near several food establishments. The aircon was very cold, although it’s a bit old, and sometimes it made noises that woke us up. I already mentioned this in their feedback form, so hopefully they can fix it.
Overall, the stay was pleasant and the food was good. However, I don’t recommend going on weekends because you can’t fully enjoy the pool—there are just too many people. They also don’t have a bidet in their CRs, which is something we Filipinos are very used to, so it was quite difficult and uncomfortable.From$40

Ramada has always been amazing. We stayed there last year and we were blown away by how great their costumer service is, that's why we returned. Almost a year later and their customer service did not change. Pao, Rea, Dein & Jeff were hospitable, courteous and easy to talk to. Initially, I booked the dates from Nov 24-25. However I thought I booked it from 23-24. When we arrived, they were having problems looking for my booking, when we realized my mistake, they did what they could to still find us a room. I recently stayed at Hotel H2O, and it was such a unique and memorable experience! Our room featured a beautiful, large aquarium wall that created a relaxing and mesmerizing atmosphere throughout our stay. The space was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
The service was also excellent. The bell boy was very accommodating, helping us with our luggage and making sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. The receptionist was equally friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.

The service staff could not hide their rudeness. The concierge was very rude about my late checkout. Paid the fee, and then asked for some tine to make sure everythjng was pacmed (i woke up late from my nap). We would ask about when the best time is for breakfast, and we would be asked condescendingly what is our concern, why are we asking. I asked for 30 minutes, theg said they can only give me 15 minutes. They would treat me like a runaway guest. I would tell them to charge it to my room so I can pay for it on checkout. They would refuse. They held the other guest over at one of the restaurants like they would not believe we would pay our fees, i had to go back to my room after their food upset my stomach.
I went to the champagne room from the good reviews. Some guests with no business there was being attended to by all the staff. They were blocking the way. I had a reservation and was ignored.
The pool is mid, the overhead shower does not really work, the food is also just okay.From$103

Large room (Superior King) which was clean unless you go looking under the fridge or bed. A very comfortable mattress and excellent bedding was provided. The shower was warm to hot and powerful. There was no view from the window which didn't bother us for the price.

The process for securing complimentary parking is excessively complicated and needs to be streamlined. For a 5-night stay, having to follow these steps every single day was truly exhausting and time-consuming:
Validate the ticket at the Front Desk for complimentary status.
Go to the Parking Cashier for a zero-value receipt.
Surrender this receipt at the parking exit.
This multi-step, daily requirement detracts significantly from the convenience expected of a hotel in this category, and I urge management to simplify it for long-term guests.
Front Desk & Check-In Issues
Service at the Front Desk also presented some challenges:
The check-in process was not smooth and took longer than expected.
I often had to wait for an extended period for the front desk to answer my phone calls, which was frustrating when trying to resolve issues or make simple requests.
Value for Money
The breakfast buffet, while excellent, is priced quite high, making it feel less like a value-add and more like an excessive cost for those paying in addition to their room rate.

Value worth. The ambiance is pretty much rustic with small pool area quite different from other hotels in Manila, it was tucked in an alley (easy access)from Manila Bayview Tower.
The staff were smiley warm and accomodating and helpful from the doorman to the cleaners, I guess its becos of good management?
They have drinking water, hot n cold shower, we were used to the window type ac noise, not for light sleepers.
The breakfast is plated generously.
They dont have lifts(but its ok, we were booked on lowest floor (my husband has diabetes)

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. what we noticed is the nice interior design of their lobby at the 4th floor and the friendly staff. We liked that they also have sauna facilities and an inner patio/park at the 5th floor that serves as the view of surrounding rooms. My kids loved their calamansi drink during breakfast. It is also convenient that the hotel has a connecting way to Lucky Chinatown Mall..Few things that we noticed that they can improve on would be:
-Their breakfast selection (maybe add cereals for kids)
- TV cable needs auto configure everytime you turn them on
-Spa area needs to be maintained and should have at least 1 staff manning the place.

We usually just pass by this hotel when we go to Pasay area coming from QC. Was very surprised that this hotel was top notch quality! Room was spacious, facilities great and food was awesome.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeping team kept the rooms tidy and well-maintained. Its prime location made it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff also provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive to my needs. Overall, a truly pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.From$29

I will not stay in JMM again. The room interior is old, many paints are old and dirted. And many furnitures are scratched and not managed well. The microwave oven was malfunctioning. And there was a storm and some water dropped from the windows.
The worst thing was I lost the security card(for the main gate at the ground floor) and door lock key. They charged 2000p for those. 1000p for each. The funny thing is the security key costs 300p by the condo but they asked me to pay 1000p for it also. I protested the front and the answer was it is the hotel's policy and she discussed it with her manager also and she is just an employee.
I traveled so many hotels in the world. If I lost a key card, usually they just reissue it. Even if it is a budget hotel, 1000p for a key card is absurd.
The hotel room cost was 44 usd, but I had to pay about 35 usd for losing two keys.From$33

The location of this hotel is very nice, you get a view of old Manila and its beautiful buildings and landmarks. As for the hotel facilities, the rooms are clean, though they provide only limited toiletries and essentials. The restaurant furniture could use an upgrade. I had a great stay at Hotel Benilde. The location is very accessible, making it easy to get around the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself was super clean, which made my stay even more comfortable.
The only downside was the limited breakfast options, which is why I decided not to avail of it. Instead, I opted to eat at KFC, which is conveniently located right next to the hotel.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Benilde for its excellent service, cleanliness, and prime location. Just keep in mind that if you’re looking for a wider breakfast selection, you might want to explore nearby options.From$54

I stayed in a room on the 16th floor with a balcony. The location is convenient and the place is generally clean, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable smell in the room and I spotted few small cockroaches. Thankfully, I had brought my own air freshener and disinfectant spray, which helped. Overall, the stay was manageable, but the odor and pests definitely took away from the experience.From$15

Pros: This hotel is close to a market and a small mall. If you want to experience the natural ambiance of Manila, you can stay here. The staff is friendly and check-in is fast. There's a 1,000 peso deposit. The rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is cool. Security is guaranteed.
Con: The hotel is old and far from the city center and the airport. The breakfast was terrible, not much choice, just plain rice, boxed meat, and orange juice. There were also waffles. Luckily, there were waffles so I could still have breakfast.From$25
