Absolutely loved our stay here. Close to One World Trade and an easy walk to Battery Park, the subway and the ferries. Our King Room with a Sofa bed was spacious and had great bathrooms and amenities. The views are fantastic, and the lovely new area and wonderful mall adjacent to the hotel makes staying here simple

The location is super convenient, right next to Times Square, making it easy to catch a Broadway show. I especially loved the breakfast; the dining area was beautiful and the food was delicious. You can choose from breakfast sets or order à la carte. They even give you free tickets to MoMA when you check in! The hotel is only about a ten-minute walk from MoMA, and my daughter went two days in a row!

First of all, the location is very good, located on Park Avenue and 28th Street, next to Fifth Avenue and only 1 minute away from the 28th Street subway station, which is very convenient for going to North or South Manhattan. We took the subway to Sumit, then walked along the way to Times Square and the shopping street, and finally passed the Empire State Building and walked back in less than half an hour! 2. A 5-minute walk away is a large supermarket WholeFood. It has a large buffet restaurant with a lot of oriental food, which is very convenient and delicious. There are nearly 10 kinds of soups to choose from. The buffet has a lot of cold dishes and cooked food. It feels like the problem of eating is completely solved. In addition, it also includes a sushi restaurant and a pizza restaurant, so no matter what kind of diet you need, it can be solved. Although the price is not as cheap as imagined, in New York, I think it is worth the money 😊 3. Although the equipment in the room is a bit old, it is modern so it doesn't look old. In addition, the size of the room is considered large in New York, which is a big advantage. 4. We stayed here for four nights. Room number 1401 was at least very quiet. The air conditioner, which is the most criticized in the United States, was very noisy. It didn't happen here at all. And its LCD air conditioner control was the simplest and most convenient to adjust by myself that I have ever used, so I slept well for four nights. 5. The staff is of good quality and helpful. The room service is mainly Chinese, so there is no problem in communication. They are also very polite, so I think this is a plus.

The hotel is right in the heart of Times Square. Downstairs, you'll find all sorts of malls, souvenir shops, convenience stores, and popular restaurants – it's incredibly convenient. Although it's a Marriott property, it definitely doesn't live up to a five-star standard; it's more comparable to a budget hotel in China. The lobby is on the 8th floor, and you're pretty much on your own throughout your stay, with no real service to speak of. The room itself is very spacious, indeed over 30 square meters, so opening four suitcases at once is no problem. However, for those with higher expectations for a hotel, the room facilities and general environment are quite ordinary, especially considering the price isn't cheap at all. Even coming in the off-season in mid-November, it was nearly 3,000 per night.

My son and I had the most incredible experience! I would recommend the William Vale to all my friends and family. The balcony views at sunset in the summer are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers many thoughtful amenities including a welcome message with your name on the television upon arrival. I honestly only have one small complaint and that was the cleaning service. We called about having the room cleaned and actually spoke with the individual who said she would come back at the time we requested but she never returned. Other than that one little hiccup everything went smoothly from the time we pulled up to valet to unload our luggage. There is NO better hotel to stay in Williamsburg aside from the William Vale.

The cleanliness was decent—perfectly fine for a regular stay. The only slight drawback was that the facilities felt a bit dated, but the location and transport links more than make up for it. It’s truly ideal for a short visit!

I really like the downtown area; it's quiet and safe. This hotel has an excellent location, very close to the 4, 5, R, and W subway lines, so I never worried about getting back late, which is a huge plus. Be prepared to wait for the elevator, though; there aren't many of them, and the building is quite tall. The front desk is on the second floor for check-in. For check-out, you can just drop your key card in the collection box by the door, which is very convenient. The air conditioning in the room was quite loud, so in winter, I'd suggest turning it off before bed.

Stayed at the New Yorker Hotel and the location is absolutely perfect — right by Penn Station, making it super convenient for travel around NYC. Rooms are on the smaller side (as expected in New York), but very comfortable, clean, and well-kept. The hotel itself feels classic and well-managed. Tik Tok Diner right downstairs is a great spot for a quick bite, and Macy’s is just a short walk away for shopping. Overall, a great stay if you want convenience, cleanliness, and easy access to everything midtown has to offer.

Room was quite small and basic, and walls were thin. Staff was very helpful. There is no on site restaurant except for the steakhouse so it was not an option for my 15 night stay to dine there every night. Great location near to Central station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
