Room description old, dampness in rooms. Amenities I.e. playing area pool, table tenis, etc was chargeable. Food (did breakfast) average in taste. Work was going on in the hotel. Pool site was available incomplete where monkeys were bathing and drinking water from it. Good things were silent corridor, central heating system (however it did fail for few hours during the stay). Separate heating system also provided in room, view from balcony was good.

This hotel is located away from the main market. Excellent location for nature lover. All the rooms gives a beautiful hill view. There is a small garden, excellent for a morning cup of tea or evening snacks. There are few restaurants nearby also. The hotel also has a travel desk who can arrange cars for local siteseeing. I wouldn't recommend breakfast or dinner at the hotel since options at the main market and nearby hotel are better.

Property is bang at the main market. This is an advantage. The view from the hotel is awesome. All the staff are courteous and pamper you. This is core for any hospitality industry. The rooms are nice and have a great view. Different categories. I got an upgrade and it was simply great. Food was nice. I opted for breakfast and dinner. When it is cold, it is good to eat dinner in the restaurant. There is a high tea in the evening ***** with snacks and kashmir special. The ambience of the hi tea lounge is simply awesome. Overall a great experience and i strongly recommend this hotel. No hotel is perfect and you may have some teething issues. The key is that they are resolved. This hotel at one time was frequently visited by the bollywood biggies. It is an old hotel and some may find it different.

Sceneric view from front of resort is more than excellent. We can see huge mountains covered with snow on 3 sides and forest like valley on back side. Location of the ' homestay' please bear in mind, its a homestay and not a hotel, is a little far from the town centre market. The rooms are spacious and more or less comfortable. However they are not offering any room heating equipment and it's a major let down in the cold. Mind you the rooms become extremely cold at night and even though they provide as many blankets you need, but the presence of heater is sorely missed. The homestay manager is soft spoken and attentive and tried to solve all our issues to the best of his intentions and i must appreciate his help as without it our stay would have been even more painful. As per him their restaurant was under renovation and due to the remote location of the homestay, getting any food from the market center was always a pain and needed prior planning

We took 2 rooms for 2 nights for Rs, we are charged ₹ for 1 night for 1 room which is not at all a great stay. No breakfast included, geezer not working, worst food in restaurant with high prices, half the menu is not available, simple room not at all worth for that money, half of the time Wi-Fi is not available. Only the good thing about property is location, the view is good from the property and glacier river will be passing in front of the property.

Location is good. It's near to the market on chandanwadi road. It also had a pure veg restaurant at ground floor. Scope of improvement is that this property is not very well maintained. Washrooms have leakage, rooms are with low terrace and not much ventilation. Also the service is not great You won't find anyone at the reception till 8:30 AM with main gates looked.

We stayed in room 101. Room size was small for the price that we paid. Astonishingly the mattress was small and people above 5 6' will struggle. Breakfast was average but good if you consider the limited options in Pahalgam. The view from the room was amazing. Limited ventilation in all room to preserve heat. Heater in the room was top notch. Prime location. Overall would recommend staying here.

This is a premium property, set on the prime location with private access to the beautiful river. The hotel has comfortable rooms with good heating systems. We stayed in the river facing room and the experience was extremely pleasant. The property has a cafe (Cafe Wilo) as well as a Dining hall (Dilkush). The dinner and breakfast was very tasty with multicuisine food options. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you wish to have an exquisite stay near the river
