Good location, with excellent views out to sea. Plenty of shops, minimarkets, bars and restaurants on the doorstep and a bus stop within 300 metres. Our accommodation was spacious, but a little spartan. Pleasant balcony. Only 2 English channels available on tv was disappointing as was the lack of aircon. Food was sufficiently good without being special with menus largely replicated in our second week. The grounds were charming and very well maintained. Our 2 minor maintenance requests were dealt with very promptly. A key feature was the attitude of the staff, pleasantly charming at all times. Very good value.

Um 15 Uhr am Hotel angekommen und die Rezeption war geschlossen. Eine Notiz mit einer Notfall Telefonnummer an der Tür. Neue Gäste sind also ein Notfall! Eine glatte Unverschämtheit gegenüber dem Gast. Sowas geht garnicht und habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie erlebt. Wir hatten ja gebucht und man wusste das wir kommen. Außerdem stand in der Beschreibung das die Rezeption bis 21 Uhr besetzt ist. Später haben wir festgestellt das oft jemand da war wenn Spanier außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten einscheckten. Nach telefonieren mit der Reiseleitung konnten wir eine Stunde später ins Zimmer. Check in erst ab 13 Uhr möglich, aber um 14 Uhr geht das Personal nach Hause. Also nur eine Stunde Zeit um einzuchecken, genau zwischen 13 und 14 Uhr. Check out ist übrigens 11 Uhr und wer später abgeholt wird muss im freien auf seinen Transfer warten. Die Anlage nennt sich Hotel ist aber nur eine Appartement Anlage, denn es gibt nicht mal ein Restaurant und dann noch die beschränkte Zeit zum einchecken. Im Zimmer war dann der Fußboden nicht gewischt und meine Frau fegte ein Kehrblech mit Sand und Flusen zusammen. Ingesamt muss man aber sagen das die Zimmer immer gereinigt wurden. Die Küchenzeile ist groß, mit vielen leeren Schränken, da äußerst sparsam bestückt. Nur das allernotwendigste an Geschier, sodass Kochen zur Herausforderung wurde. Mini 3 Tassen Kaffeemaschine. Die Apar**ents sind groß und geräumig. Apar**ents die man bucht sind nicht die, die man auf den Fotos sieht, denn die günstigen Zimmer sind alle im Untergeschoß und haben keinerlei Aussicht. Ich wollte ein Stockwerk höher ziehen. Sonst exakt das gleiche Apar**ent über meinem Apar**ent, nur ein Stockwerk höher. Aber für 550€ Aufpreis die man haben wollte war mir das doch zu teuer. Der Pool erscheint auf den Fotos riesig, ist aber in Wirklichkeit recht klein. Zumal die Hälfte gerade mal einen halben Meter tief ist. 6 harte Plastikliegen ohne Auflage gibt es am Pool. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool. Das WLAN ist aus der Steinzeit und eine einzige Katastrophe. Mal geht es 5 Minuten so einigermaßen, aber meistens funktioniert es nicht. Sowas als Internetzugang zu bezeichnen ist eine Frechheit. Wenn man das reklamiert, wird sich rausgeredet und man verweist auf schlechtes Internet an dem man nicht schuld ist. Es kommt aber oft garkeine WLAN Verbindung zustande. Wenn ich gewusst hätte das das Hotel keinen Internet Zugang hat, hätte ich es nicht gebucht. Unser Fazit ist, der Gast ist hier ein notwendiges Übel, das man ertragen muss um Geld zu verdienen. Das Putzpersonal und auch die Dame an der Rezeption waren schon freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We travelled to the island of La Palma for a group of 7 people for work and we were taken to the morning. We made a reservation in Apartamentos Centro Cancajos. We leave the airport and go to the accommodation. When we arrived to this to check in (14.00 hours), we were first surprised; the reception was closed. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. We had to leave with all the baggage and return to the night. Very, very nice apartment, especially the front desk is very nice. It helps to rent a car and call for a car. It is also 30% cheaper than the chain booked online. The location is also great. La experiencia este establecimiento fue increíblemente satisfactoria. Todo es destacable, en relación a la categoría y el precio, pero la calidez humana del personal es posiblemente la mejor que me he encontrado en cualquier hotel. La atenciones recibidas desde antes de la llegada hasta la misma salida fueron excelentes. En el trato, en la elección de la habitación, cambio del desayuno por picnic, facilidad para hacerme con él... se puede decir que fueron especialmente hospitalarios, algo muy difícil de encontrar. El edificio está muy bien situado y seguramente las habitaciones con vistas al puerto tienen que ser espectaculares. Aunque no es de construcción moderna el mantenimiento es perfecto y la limpieza es IMPECABLE. Precisamente al ser un edificio relativamente antiguo hace que la insonorización sea muy buena y los apartamentos muy amplios. El equipamiento de los apartamentos es otro punto fuerte de este hotel, no falta de nada y todo está en perfecto estado de conservación y limpieza. También hay que poner en valor el desayuno. Variedad y calidad se une a la elaboración casera de casi todo. Y aquí tanto el personal de servicio como el de cocina es excepcional. Todo estaba riquísimo, ya quisiese cualquier hotel de 4 estrellas tener un desayuno la mitad de bueno que este. Posiblemente me quede corto en elogios y en agradecimientos por la maravillosa estancia en este hotel.
