The boss is very nice! They also gave us a box of mooncakes. The hotel environment is great. It must have been newly renovated. The kitchen and laundry equipment are very complete. We washed all the dirty clothes we had saved for several days while traveling. The room is also equipped with a laundry bag and coffee machine. , the Chinese at the front desk is also good. If you can't communicate occasionally, use the translation software 😅. There is a small problem, because the house facing the street will be noisy at night. It is recommended to make the balcony sliding door a new one with better sound insulation. The old sliding door has too big a gap. No soundproofing possible.

The facilities are very good, it is a local villa area, very beautiful, the landlord is also very good, and provide a lot of help. The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days. We do n’t have cleaning tools ourselves, which makes us unreasonable.

Open the window is the kitchen or something, the smell is a bit big, so I didn't open the window. It is best to adjust the position of the air conditioner so that it is directly opposite to the bed, and it is cold and not hot.

First X booking this apartment and was pretty satisfied. Everything was fantastic Eg. Detailed info provided by the property management company, well maintained and clean place which makes you feel like a home stay and even provide cooking facilities if you plan to cook, sufficient toiletries, high floor 34th level with nice view and many more . Thumbs up! Just 2 little things to feedback: 1. Toilet floor was kinda slippery. Will be good if can provide floor mat inside toilet as well. Only has one floor mat outside bathroom . The toilet with the bathtub was good. 2. Car gantry issue with the key card access 😂 but not a big problem thou . Host replied fast and managed to settle. Thank you and definitely looking forward to book with SC Homestay soon.

The stay at R&F was generally good but there were some down sides: - the R&F mall is practically empty - this particular apartment was a bit run down and a bit dirty. - one of the benches has a tear in it - electric switches for the fans in home can be a bit confusing to use. - one of dining chairs feels flimsy and about to break. - dining options are not that cheap or worth the money Good sides: - air con was decent - has cooking stove and electric equipment - washing machine - decent balcony and comfy furniture - Jaya grocer is near

The apartment was quite troublesome in terms of check-in procedures as you require to go to the agency to collect key and then walk to the apartment as it is located in another building. The amenities are good as there are many kitchen appliances provided, including microwave oven and oven. However the beds are super hard and difficult to sleep in, and only 1 toilet (junior master bedroom) has the heater working but not the other 2 (living room and master bedroom). Hope they are able to rectify these to provide more comfort for the customer to enjoy their stay better.

Second time staying with Anju management, fast response and also happy with the room it's as advertised, be sure to choose sea view if U want sea view but do note it faces direct EAST U will get the morning sun. If U don't like sun please don't choose sea view. Be careful where U park if U drive only on empty lots with no car plate number I got wheel clamped before cos I was tired and blur after a jam.
