|1.91km from city centerI stayed in the Royal Road Residence with my mom in november. Its amazing location, you can literally get to all main attractions by walking. The old Town Square is just 6 mins walking!!! When you come there is a small sign and you should ring the bell to come inside. Reception is in the 1st floor. The staff were very friendly and caring and offered us some hot drinks. We asked them to give us room with balconu and we were so lucky they still got one! The view was AMAZING!! The only thing it was a little bit noisy during weekend because the crowd never finishes on this street. Breakfast was good, specially fresh waffles with chocolate. We stayed for a week and the cleaning was done twice. I will definately come back to this family residence once I am in Prague.

Only basic toiletries, comfy bed. Very good breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs cooked for you. Worth the value.

The apparments are well placed being close to the tram links, a reasonable walk into the town centre and having plenty of eating and drinking places nearby. We were greeted in a friendly manner and found the staff in reception to be very helpful. The apartment was basic but comfortable. We had a 2 roomed appartment for four. There was one double room and one room with single beds, there was a small kitchen between the rooms and a dining area. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms felt spacious enough. The storage (wardrobe etc) were only in one room which also had a TV and telephone. This was fine for us. The kitchen was a little tatty and I wonder whether it will soon be updated as they do seem to be doing improvements at the moment. It had the necessary appliances and it's was nice to see washing up liquid and tea towel supplied along with salt pepper and sugar. This was a nice touch. A chopping board and a bread knife would have been nice though... cutting fresh bread with a carving knife on a plate wasn't ideal. The bathroom was new and looked great although the shower pressure sometimes dropped to a trickle, but only for a moment. I would stay here again

|1.82km from city centerThe location of this apartment was perfect! Very close to the old town and could easily walk everywhere. It was about a 15 minute drive to the zoo which was amazing! The room was very spacious and clean but a little dated and could do with a slight freshen up. The bed was two singles pushed together when a double was requested and only 1 pillow each. Overall, was happy with the stay and would go back again.

|1.77km from city centerI do not even know where to start highlighting the long list of issues with this place. The only positive is that the apartment itself was okay - decent place, kitchen and location. But at this price point in Prague you can find plenty of other nice places that won't literally treat you and your family like garbage. Let's start with our booking: 1) Said kids stay free - not so - they charged for my kids and refused to change it. 2) My arrival was after hours - arrived by train a female alone with 2 kids (11 and 13) - we travel the world together and have since they were very little. We are extremely seasoned travelers. I received an email directing me to the address of the box with the key to the apartment. The key didn't work in the door! Thankfully someone let us into the building but the key didn't work in the apt door! Once again, nice people came to our rescue and opened the door and offered to call the manager. He said we were supposed to go to an entirely different building about 1/2 mile away!!! No directions, nothing but an address and with a foreign phone without cell service or wifi (and at night with 2 kids after having already paid for a taxi ride from the train station and bringing luggage to the 2nd floor) that's less than optimal. Nice people on the street gave us wifi access and we found it through google maps. 3) We went to the main office the next morning and explained the complications. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!! Not a map of the city. Nothing. 4) Housekeepers didn't come day 2 - I emailed and they lied and said my do not disturb sign was on the door (it was not). 5) The next day we emailed the office when we left for the housekeepers to come. They never came. The next day the housekeepers used the key to barge into the apt unannounced and proceeded to ”clean” the room. They didn't even make the beds! I emailed questioning whether making the beds was to be expected. No reply. I could continue but you get the gist. 6) I asked for the manager to follow up - nothing. I asked again and about a week later I got an email from her making excuses for absolutely every concern I had. Such an incredibly disappointing experience.

|1.3km from city centerBooked a 3 night stay in this apartment in a studio room via the main website as this offers a later checkout time than booking.com. I received an email the day before travelling with a link to some helpful information and the key code to get in to the apartment (though the email did go to my junk mail). Location was perfect! The apartment is just a minutes walk from the metro station and a tram stop so it was really easy to get around and to and from the airport. The places we wanted to visit were not far at all so we did walk to most of them. The Franz Kafka Rotating Head sculpture is also on this street. The kitchenette in the room was well equipped with dishes and there is a fridge, kettle, microwave and small hob. The bed was large and comfortable, pillows a bit large for my liking but I am fussy with pillows! Only suggestions I would make would be: An iron A tea towel for drying dishes TV remote was a bit temperamental when trying to sign in to Netflix etc

|1.62km from city centerThe hotel's kitchen is really convenient, you can buy something to go back to the store. The younger brother at the front desk seems to go to work at 10 o'clock in the morning, and it is very early to get off work, so it is best to contact in advance if you check out early or arrive late. The hotel only has electric fans and no air conditioning, but the weather in the Czech Republic is very good and does not require air conditioning. The room is quite big, it is really pleasant for two people to live. The location is also very good, only a few minutes away from the Old Town Square, very close to the gunpowder tower, we go to the sights are basically walking.

b) has a nearby metro station so we could leave for the airport very early in the morning
City Leaf met all those conditions.
It's a simple and comfortable room in the heart of Prague. Private location, quiet, and clean. The room had a good Wi-Fi and TV had Netflix.
Check-in is done online by filling the form with all the information about quests. You will then get a code that works as a key.
Since I didn't get this information from trip.com, I wrote directly to the hotel the night before and they answered very quickly and in good English.
The only thing that we missed was air conditioning as the weather was really hot. Luckily it was possible to open the windows.
Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location of this apartment was AMAZING- just 5 minutes from the Old town square and 5 minutes from Charles bridge... I can't imagine a better place to be located to explore Prague. The apartment is also located on what seemed to be the least busy section of the often bustling Royal Route. The staff was amazing and very helpful and accessible. They are located in the lobby of a hotel across the street, but it literally takes about 45 seconds to go from the entrance of the building of the apartment to the lobby of the hotel with the staff. They were also extremely helpful in answering my many random questions. The apartment met expectations in terms of cleanliness, layout, and space. The ONLY thing that was unexpected is that what appeared to be a foldout couch in my room (I stayed in the Baron suite) was actually a permanent bed. I had been counting on that to turn into a couch so that I could meet there with clients, but I was able to use a common meeting area in the building for this purpose instead. I can't wait to return!

The check in procedure was very complicated. And the instructions provided on the e booking confirmation did not state you need to do a pre-arrival check in. When arriving at the property were not able to check in because this had not been completed. No one answers the properties switch board telephone number after 5:00 pm and the line will automatically cut you off after a couple of minutes on hold.
Also, was able to store luggage at one of their other properties when checking out. When arrived to do so, the receptionist said they cannot store our luggage. I told her that we have an email confirming that we can. Then she replied ” if you can, why are you asking?”. Very rude and unfriendly service.
Great accommodation, but would not return due to the service.

Clean house, with double sofa that the children have loved, equipped with all the comforts, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher(with pills) plates, towels rollers, washing machine, stick, steam iron and phon. We looked at TV while snowing out. What to say, wonderful, wonderful. It would just be good to send a photo to easily identify the entrance door. 10+. We understand the negative reviews.

|2.03km from city centerWe were on the 4th floor, number 42, but luckily there is an elevator. The apartment is clean, large bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. A large double bed and a kitchenette with hob, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, coffee maker. It is location wise in the old center. Everything is walkable. It is recommended to wear sneakers because it is mainly cobblestones that you walk on. Super beautiful city, a lot to see.

|1.97km from city centerStayed for 3 nights early October. Received email giving instructions on where to obtain keys as their reception is a separate building. Checked in with no problems and was able to borrow a European plug adapter which saved me buying one. Room was decent really clean and was cleaned daily despite not asking. I was fine with that. Bed made up again which was like getting in a fresh bed every night. Shower was ok not amazing but more than adequate. There was only one issue I had and that was the bed. I slept not too bad but the mattress wasn't good. For the sake of a few hundred pounds the whole experience could have been much better. In my country even premier Inn a cheap ish chain provide superior beds as they know a good night's sleep is key to a good stay. I would have given 5 stars if not for this. It would have been 3 stars but for the cleanliness and the location and the price which was my main reason to book here compare d to elsewhere .which bumped up to 4. If I were to return I'd look elsewhere but if the price was right I would not spend a lot more hoping the bed were going to be more comfortable.and would therefore consider staying again.

|1.77km from city centerIt's hard to find. Generally, taxis are not available. The roads in Europe's small alleys are hard to pull the suitcase. The hand shakes to find a similar back door. The doorbell does not respond. After several calls, someone opens the door. The kind of reception is all self-help, there is no elevator upstairs, but the service staff will help you with your luggage. The room is really small, the two girls have no space to open the suitcase, the price is not cheap, the matching towels and towels have been broken and still used, but I have prepared a towel. The bathroom shower head on the second floor could not be stuck. Fortunately, the hot water was barely bathing. Outside the fat cat restaurant, it was very noisy at night, it was not until two o'clock in the middle of the night to collect the stalls, sleep test whether you are tired enough to sleep. Fortunately, a few minutes away from the Old Town Square, there are souvenir shops nearby, locals generally do not recommend to live here, prices are higher than other parts of Prague. Breakfast is to go to a few hundred meters away to navigate to the Italian restaurant of pepper corn, which is the standard for ordinary European breakfast. Road idiots still suggest to find a better place. There will be no good place under eight or nine hundred, one point. Money is worth it.

Stunning grand apartments in the heart of Prague. The apartment was huge and tastefully furnished. Comfy beds and first class facilities. Breakfast hampers were delicious. Service was discreet friendly and efficient. Restaurant downstairs was outstanding and good value. Can’t fault it and everything on your doorstep to sight see in this historical charming European City. Thank-you for a wonderful stay and experience.

|1.85km from city centerStill stay from 11 to 13 November 2019. In four adults we booked the online accommodation. Check-in and check-out, unfortunately, are not in the accommodation, but in an office located in the neighbouring area about 500 mt. distance. The staff did not understand the Italian why it was difficult to interact, though kind. We were asked to make a cash deposit of 200 euros for 2 apartments at the arrival. Although the entrance to access the apartment is in the process of restoring and is a disaster, just opening the door of the apartment, we were fascinated by the beauty and completeness of the apartment. The hotel is located in the centre of Prague, with a wonderful view of the city's main monuments. Quality/price ratio: the maximum you could wish. I should have gone back to Prague, I would certainly have gone back here. It was very recommended, I couldn't have asked better!

|2.12km from city centerWe stayed in apartment 8 at the top of the Art House apartment building. We booked via Air BnB. Prior to arriving communication with 'Prague Resistances' who service the apartments was very good. Messages were replied to quickly and they also arranged with an airport transfer. The day before our stay we received an email with the code to get into the apartment building and details on how to locate our apartment within the building . Once we arrived at the Art House building we struggled to find out apartment. The instructions say that the apartment number was A11 and on the 1st floor. In fact we were in apartment 8 on the 4th floor. Luckily the building has a lift so we could get our cases up to our apartment. The apartment was very spacious, modern and comfortable. The bathrooms all worked very well and so did the heating. Its one of the best Air Bnbs we have ever stayed in. A couple of things that we had issues with were the noise in the evenings. The lift makes a very loud sound as it is going up and down. Plus there was a very loud party going on in another apartment until around 2am one night. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs. The apartment's location is fantastic. I'd definitely recommend the Art House apartments and would stay here again if we came back to the city.

My girlfriend absolutely hates any kind of carpet flooring, that's why we opted for this beautiful and brand new facility with spotless clean hard flooring/parquet. The location is very good as with a short tram ride you're in the city centre, with public transport in general you can get anywhere around Prague efficiently (plus the tram stop is literally just by the door). Excellent for couples and families, much better than a classic hotel.

|1.8km from city centerThis hotel is pleasantly surprised. It is super big. A big bed room is actually an apartment with one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. The washing machine, dishwasher, dishwasher, and laundry detergent are all in the kitchen cabinets. Warm reminder that the laundry detergent is You can wrap the clothes together and throw them directly in without unpacking. The kitchen is complete, including salt and pepper, and there are two umbrellas. The arc-shaped house is very special. It is the best hotel to stay in this trip. It has a super large sofa, which is bigger than two single beds. The double bed room in the room is even bigger. When I wake up, there is almost a Pacific Ocean between the two people. There are quilts in the cabinet, so there is absolutely no problem for a family of 4-5 people, but a set of towels is given. I don’t know if I forgot or something. It is recommended to check if two sets of towels were given after entering the room. As always, European hotels do not have slippers and dental appliances. The front desk of the hotel and the room are not together, but very, very close, and the service attitude is very good. Recommend recommendation.
